The invention discloses a plugging tool for a valve body strength test, which solves the problem that a welding groove is easy to damage when a water inlet and a water outlet are plugged before a high-pressure hydraulic test is performed on a valve body. Bowl-shaped plugging covers with conical inner cavities are respectively buckled on the outer circular surfaces of a water inlet and a water outlet of the valve body (1), a welding groove and the end surfaces of the water inlet and the water outlet are both arranged in the inner cavities of the bowl-shaped plugging covers, threaded through holes (10) are formed in the bottom surfaces of the bowl-shaped water inlet plugging covers (6), a nozzle pipe (11) is connected in the threaded through holes (10) in a screwed mode, an L-shaped left baffle (17) is connected to the outer side surface of the bowl-shaped water inlet plugging covers (6) in a pressed mode, an L-shaped right baffle (18) is connected to the outer side surface of the bowl-shaped water outlet plugging covers (14) in a pressed mode, and counter bolts (19) are arranged between the L-shaped left baffle (17) and the L-shaped right baffle (18). Technical Field

Background
When the valve body of the valve used in the nuclear power field is manufactured, a high-pressure hydraulic pressure strength test is carried out on the valve body, and whether the strength of the valve body meets the design requirement is checked. The valve is installed in two modes, namely welding mode and flange connection mode, and the valve is usually connected with the pipeline in a butt joint mode at important parts of a nuclear power system, so that welding grooves are required to be machined on the outer circular surface of a water inlet and the outer circular surface of a water outlet of the valve body, and a very narrow butt joint surface is generally arranged in the welding grooves. When the valve body strength test is carried out, if the traditional plugging mode is adopted for the water inlet and the water outlet, the welding grooves at the two ends of the valve body and the butt joint surfaces of the welding grooves are easily damaged, and after the test is finished, the grooves are required to be repaired again, so that the production test period of a product is prolonged, the production efficiency is reduced, and the production cost is increased.
