本发明公开了一种适用于宽温区检测的温度变送器,其包括有热敏电阻,热敏电阻由如下材料按照其重量百分比配比制成:二氧化铈12~25%、五氧化二铌12~25%、三氧化钨12~25%、氮化铝6~12%、二氧化硅7~10%、氧化锡7~9%、钛酸钡2~5%、硝酸盐2~5%;采用上述技术方案的适用于宽温区检测的温度变送器,其可通过多种组合物的配比,以使其形成的热敏电阻在较宽的检测温区内实现良好的检测精度与检测稳定性,进而改善本申请中的温度变送器整体的使用效果。

本发明涉及电子技术领域,尤其是一种适用于宽温区检测的温度变送器。
背景技术
变送器是一种将物理测量信号或普通电信号转换为标准电信号输出,或者以通讯协议方式输出的设备。温度变送器是常见的变送器之一,其用于检测环境内的温度变化状态。现有的温度变送器当其需要在较宽的温度区间内进行检测时,往往会由于用于进行检测的热敏材料的适用温区不佳而导致其检测稳定性并不理想。
