Abstract
The invention provides a water receiving box and a refrigerator comprising the same, wherein the water receiving box comprises a shell and a water absorbing sheet, the shell is provided with an inner cavity, a water inlet and a plug-in opening, the water inlet is communicated with the inner cavity, the water inlet is used for being connected with a drain pipe, and the water absorbing sheet seals the plug-in opening and is partially plugged in the inner cavity. The water receiving box not only effectively improves the evaporation efficiency of water in the water receiving box, but also reduces the problems of splashing and overflowing of water in the water receiving box.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigerators, in particular to an improved structure of a water receiving box in a refrigerator.
Background
The arrangement of the drain pipe and the water receiving box in the existing horizontal refrigerator is that the drain pipe directly extends into the open type water receiving box. When the water level in the water receiving box is low, the hot air flow blown from the side of the compressor is very easy to reversely fill the cabinet body from the bottom of the drain pipe due to the open structure of the water receiving box, and the frosting problem in the cabinet body is easily caused when the cold air flow and the hot air flow are intersected. Moreover, the water absorbing sheet is inserted in the inner cavity and the insertion opening is closed, when the water receiving box is moved or shaken under the action of external force, water in the inner cavity cannot be splashed out of the insertion opening, and the water absorbing sheet is favorable for improving the water content of the exposed part of the water absorbing sheet and is more favorable for evaporation of water.

In order to achieve the evaporation effect by the absorbent sheet 20 even when the amount of water in the cavity is small, the present embodiment designs the absorbent sheet 20 to abut against the lowest region 14 in the cavity, as shown with reference to fig. 2 and 5.
