Abstract
本发明公开了一种透气防腐的保温板，包括基层、保温层、PVC层以及设置在PVC层层上的铝板层；所述的保温层包括交叉分布的十字保温组件以及双十字保温组件，在所述的保温层的四个端面上设置有保温盖板。本发明提供的采用十字保温组件的保温板，能够起到较好的保温效果，同时本发明的保温板通过采用十字保温组件和双十字保温组件相结合的方式，能够起到较少保温板的重量，能够防止保温板从墙体上脱落，同时也能够起到透气的作用，避免了保温板的发霉，同时通过在保温板的最外层面采用铝板层，也能够起到防腐蚀的作用，同时也能够便于清洗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料，特别涉及一种透气防腐的保温板。
背景技术
在建筑领域，为了保证建筑的节能和环保，一般在建筑的外墙上都会采用保温板，来增加隔热效果，现有的保温板基本上是有面层和基层再加上中间的保温层组成的，保温层为一个整体块状设计，并通过胶水与基层和面层固定。这样的结构存在以下的缺点，一是整体重量较大，容易造成保温板从墙体上脱落；2、保温板的保温层容易潮湿和发霉，影响美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述问题，提供一种透气防腐的保温板。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的方法是：一种透气防腐的保温板，包括基层、保温层、PVC层以及设置在PVC层层上的铝板层；所述的保温层包括交叉分布的十字保温组件以及双十字保温组件，在所述的保温层的四个端面上设置有保温盖板。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述的十字保温组件包括十字支撑架，在所述的十字支撑架上设有保温玻璃棉层。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述的双十字保温组件包括双十字支撑架，在所述的双十字支撑架上设置有保温玻璃棉。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述的基层为水泥粘接层。
有益效果：
本发明提供的采用十字保温组件的保温板，能够起到较好的保温效果，同时本发明的保温板通过采用十字保温组件和双十字保温组件相结合的方式，能够起到较少保温板的重量，能够防止保温板从墙体上脱落，同时也能够起到透气的作用，避免了保温板的发霉，同时通过在保温板的最外层面采用铝板层，也能够起到防腐蚀的作用，同时也能够便于清洗。

下面结合实施例并参照附图对本发明作进一步描述，应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是，下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是幅图中的方向，词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图1所述的一种透气防腐的保温板，包括基层1、保温层、PVC层3以及设置在PVC层3层上的铝板层4。所述的基层为水泥粘接层，所述的保温层包括交叉分布的十字保温组件5以及双十字保温组件6，在所述的保温层的四个端面上设置有保温盖板2。
所述的十字保温组件5包括十字支撑架，在所述的十字支撑架上设有保温玻璃棉层。所述的双十字保温组件包括双十字支撑架，在所述的双十字支撑架上设置有保温玻璃棉。
本发明提供的采用十字保温组件的保温板，能够起到较好的保温效果，同时本发明的保温板通过采用十字保温组件和双十字保温组件相结合的方式，能够起到较少保温板的重量，能够防止保温板从墙体上脱落，同时也能够起到透气的作用，避免了保温板的发霉，同时通过在保温板的最外层面采用铝板层，也能够起到防腐蚀的作用，同时也能够便于清洗。

1.一种透气防腐的保温板，其特征在于：包括基层、保温层、PVC层以及设置在PVC层层上的铝板层；所述的保温层包括交叉分布的十字保温组件以及双十字保温组件，在所述的保温层的四个端面上设置有保温盖板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气防腐的保温板，其特征在于：所述的十字保温组件包括十字支撑架，在所述的十字支撑架上设有保温玻璃棉层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气防腐的保温板，其特征在于：所述的双十字保温组件包括双十字支撑架，在所述的双十字支撑架上设置有保温玻璃棉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气防腐的保温板，其特征在于：所述的基层为水泥粘接层。
