Abstract
The invention provides a drain pipe support, which comprises a frame, a plurality of bearing parts: the outer side of the frame is provided with a plurality of supporting surfaces which are arranged at an angle, and the bearing parts are formed on the inner side of the frame and arranged corresponding to the supporting surfaces and used for bearing the drain pipe. When the drain pipe is borne by different bearing pieces, the distance between the drain pipe and the corresponding supporting surface is different. The drain pipe support is mainly used for avoiding the formation of a trap in a drain pipe of a washing machine, and solves the problems of poor universality and low reliability of the existing drain pipe support.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing machines, in particular to a structural design of a drain pipe support.
Background
In order to conveniently move and place, the drain pipes of the existing washing machines are hoses with certain lengths, so that a user generally inserts the drain pipes into a floor drain to play a drainage role in order to avoid water flow overflowing the ground. When the drain pipe is inserted into the floor drain, the drain pipe forms a more obvious S-shaped trap, as shown in figure 1. Therefore, the development of a drain pipe bracket which is easy to install, suitable for different supporting positions and not easy to fall off is a problem to be solved by the invention.

The invention aims to provide a drain pipe support which solves the problems of poor universality and low reliability of the existing drain pipe support while avoiding the formation of a trap.

For convenient storage, the free end of the drain pipe 20 of the existing washing machine is generally provided with accessories such as hooks, clips and the like, and in other embodiments of the invention, the accessories of the drain pipe 20 can be smoothly passed through by increasing the size of an annular ring consisting of a plurality of bearing pieces. However, in order to avoid the drain pipe 20 from shaking in the annular ring while ensuring the compactness of the overall structure, a set gap is reserved between the adjacent bearing parts in the embodiment for the passage of the accessories of the drain pipe 20, and the scheme does not need to make the annular ring oversized, which is beneficial to reducing the shaking of the drain pipe 20 in the drain pipe bracket 10.

a set gap is reserved between the adjacent bearing pieces and is used for the passing of the drain pipe accessories;
the frame comprises an outer frame, an inner frame and a first connecting part positioned between the outer frame and the inner frame, the outer frame is provided with the supporting surface, and the inner frame is connected with the bearing piece;
the bearing piece comprises a bearing plate and a second connecting part positioned between the bearing plate and the inner frame;
the bearing plate is designed to be an arc-shaped plate, and the second connecting parts are supporting legs positioned at two ends of the bearing plate; the supporting legs are connected to the corners of the inner frame;
the set gap is formed between two adjacent and parallel supporting legs.
2. The drain support of claim 1, wherein the two oppositely disposed carriers form a clamping structure for clamping the drain.
3. The drain support of claim 1, wherein the outer frame is a square frame having four of the support surfaces.
4. The drain pipe stand of claim 1, wherein the first connection includes a plurality of reinforcing ribs extending from the outer frame to the inner frame.
5. The drain pipe support according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein guide slopes or guide curved surfaces are formed in both sides of the carrying plate in the direction in which the drain pipe passes.
