Background
The washing machine is a cleaning electric appliance for washing clothes by utilizing the mechanical action of electric energy, and along with the improvement of living standard, the requirements of people on the washing machine are also higher and higher, and some detailed structures of the washing machine can also draw attention of consumers. At present, a control panel of the washing machine is integrated with a plurality of control buttons for controlling operations such as starting, stopping, washing, rinsing and the like of the washing machine and a display window for displaying working information of the washing machine, and the control panel is an important component of an automatic control system of the washing machine. As the functions of the washing machine are increased, the number of control buttons on the control panel is increased, but the excessive control buttons may cause the user to feel inconvenience in operation. In order to reduce the number of control buttons on the control panel, currently commercially available washing machines generally install a knob type encoder on the control panel instead of the control buttons to realize the switching of functions. However, the knob used in the current washing machine generally has only a function of selecting a program, and the knob has a single function and is not good for the visual sense of beauty formed by users.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, the invention provides a washing machine integrating knob functions and key functions.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the washing machine comprises an operation display part and a circuit board, wherein the operation display part is provided with a knob button capable of triggering components on the circuit board, the knob button comprises a knob component and a button component sleeved in the knob component, the button component comprises a button support and a button arranged on the upper part of the button support, an elastic structure for resetting the button is arranged on the side wall of the button support, and a pushing part matched with the elastic structure and a triggering part for triggering the components on the circuit board are arranged on the button.

Preferably, the elastic cantilever comprises a connecting part connected with the side wall of the key support and an elastic part connected with the connecting part, the connecting part extends along the radial direction of the key support, and the elastic part extends along the circumferential direction of the key support.
Preferably, the elastic cantilever and the key support are integrally formed.
Preferably, the elastic cantilever is provided with a plurality of elastic cantilevers and is uniformly distributed on the outer peripheral side of the key support.

1. the washing machine provided by the invention has the advantages that the knob component and the key component on the operation display part of the traditional washing machine are improved, the knob component and the key component are integrated together to form the knob key, the improved knob key has the knob function and the key function, the number of control buttons on the operation display part of the washing machine can be effectively reduced, a user can select the knob function or the key function according to the use condition, the whole appearance of the washing machine is more attractive, and the modernization sense is strong. In addition, after the structures for realizing the two functions are arranged together, the visual aesthetic feeling left for the user is strong, and the operation experience is better. The button subassembly comprises button and button support, and button subassembly's simple structure is equipped with the elastic structure that is used for driving the button and resets on the button support, is convenient for make the button pressed the back automatic re-setting, excellent in use effect.
2. The elastic structure adopts an elastic cantilever arranged on the periphery side of the key support, and further, an elastic part on the elastic cantilever extends along the circumferential direction of the key support to form an arc shape. Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a washing machine according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes an operation display portion 1 and a circuit board 2, wherein a knob button capable of triggering components on the circuit board 2 is provided on the operation display portion 1. The knob button includes knob subassembly and the button subassembly of locating the inside of knob subassembly of cover, and the button subassembly includes button support 4 and installs in button 3 on the upper portion of button support 4, is equipped with the elastic structure who is used for making button 3 reset on the lateral wall of button support 4, is equipped with the triggering portion with elastic structure complex bulldoze portion and trigger circuit board 2 on the component.
This embodiment is in the same place knob subassembly and button subassembly setting, and the knob button possesses knob function and button function simultaneously, can effectively reduce the quantity of control button on washing machine operation display part 1, and the user can select knob function or button function according to the service condition, and the visual aesthetic feeling that leaves for the user is strong, and the operation experience sense is better. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the elastic structure is an elastic cantilever 41 provided on the outer peripheral side of the key holder 4. The elastic cantilever 41 includes a connection portion 411 connected to the outer wall of the key holder 4 and an elastic portion 412 connected to the connection portion 411.
In this embodiment, the key support 4 is cylindrical, the connection portion 411 extends along a radial direction of the key support 4, the elastic portion 412 extends along a circumferential direction of the key support 4, the cross section of the elastic portion 412 in an axial direction perpendicular to the key support 4 is arc-shaped, and a center of the arc-shaped elastic portion 412 is located on an axis of the key support 4.
The elastic part 412 of the elastic cantilever 41 deforms when the key 3 is pressed, after the external force disappears, the elastic part 412 is restored to the original state, the key 3 is driven to reset, and the linkage performance is good and the use effect is good when the elastic cantilever 41 drives the key 3 to reset.
Further, the elastic cantilever 41 and the key support 4 are integrally formed, and the elastic cantilever 41 is provided with a plurality of elastic cantilevers and is uniformly distributed on the peripheral wall of the key support 4.
The elastic cantilever 41 and the key support 4 are integrally formed, so that the strength of the elastic cantilever 41 is improved, and meanwhile, the components forming the knob key are reduced, so that the knob key is simplified. The button 3 is provided with an installation part 31 matched with the button support 4, the button support 4 is sleeved outside the installation part 31, the periphery wall of the installation part 31 is provided with a buckle 32, the side wall of the button support 4 is provided with a clamping groove matched with the buckle 32, and the button 3 is connected with the button support 4 through the matching of the buckle 32 and the clamping groove on the installation part 31. In order to enable the key 3 to smoothly move back and forth relative to the key holder 4, the length of the clamping groove along the axial direction of the key holder 4 is greater than the length of the buckle 32. Of course, the positions of the buckle and the clamping groove can be interchanged, and the mounting part can be sleeved outside the key support 4.
The key 3 is connected with the key support 4 through the matching of the buckle 32 and the clamping groove, the connecting structure is simple, and the buckle 32 plays a limiting role and is used for limiting the moving stroke of the key 3 relative to the key support 4 and avoiding the key 3 from being separated from the key support 4 in the resetting process.
The button 3 is equipped with convex push rod 33 and top muscle 34 in the one side towards button support 4, and top muscle 34 is equipped with a plurality of and encircles push rod 33 setting, and top muscle 34 is the bulldozing portion of button 3, and push rod 33 is the trigger portion of button 3. The key 3 adopts an integrated structure, which is beneficial to improving the use strength of the key 3. The number of the top ribs 34 is plural, and the assembly limitation caused by the small number of the top ribs 34 is avoided.
The circuit board 2 is provided with a display part 5 and a trigger switch 21, the key support 4 is axially provided with a light guide channel 42, the lower port of the light guide channel 42 is in contact with the circuit board 2 and surrounds the display part 5, and the key 3 covers the upper port of the light guide channel 42.
The washing machine provided by this embodiment, the knob subassembly includes the outside knob cap 7 of cover locating button 3, with knob cap 7 linkage and cover locate the outside knob pointer 8 of button support 4 and the encoder 6 that is connected with circuit board 2, encoder 6 includes fixed inlayer and pivoted skin, the inside of knob cap 7 is located to the one end cover of knob pointer 8, the outside of outer outside on the encoder 6 is located to the other end cover.
The annular blocking rib 71 is arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the knob cap 7, the knob key further comprises a light guide plate 91 matched with the knob cap 7, the operation display part 1 comprises an operation panel 11, when the knob cap 7 is installed on the operation panel 11, the light guide plate 91 presses the annular blocking rib 71 on the knob cap 7 and is fixed on the operation panel 11, and the gap between the light guide plate 91 and the operation panel 11 is used for limiting and adjusting the movement amplitude of the knob cap 7.
The knob button for the washing machine provided in this embodiment further includes a front control board 92 disposed in the knob cap 7 and closely attached to the button 3, and the light emitted by the display portion 5 passes through the light guide channel 42, the light guide board 91 and the button 3 and then projects onto the front control board 92, where a label or a character corresponding to the function is disposed on the front control board 92.
When the washing machine of the embodiment is used, the button 3 is pressed, the button 3 moves towards the circuit board 2, the push rod 33 on the button 3 triggers the touch switch 6, and meanwhile, the top rib 34 acts on the elastic cantilever 41 to deform the elastic part 412. After the external force is eliminated, the elastic part 412 drives the key 3 to reset in the process of recovering the original state. When the knob cap 7 is rotated, the knob cap 7 drives the outer layer of the encoder 6 to rotate through the knob pointer 8, and the program, the mode, the parameters and the like of the washing machine are adjusted. When the display part 5 works, the light emitted by the display part passes through the light guide channel 42 on the key support 4 and the keys 3 and then is projected onto the front control board 92.
Example two
The difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that the elastic structure is a spring sleeved outside the key support 4, the key support 4 is provided with a step abutting against the lower end of the spring, and the upper end of the spring abuts against the key 3. After the key 3 is pressed, the spring is compressed, and after the external force disappears, the spring drives the key 3 to reset. The elastic structure has simple structure and good use effect.
Example III
The difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the elastic structure is an elastic cantilever provided on the inner sidewall of the key support 4, that is, the connecting portion on the elastic cantilever extends inward along the radial direction of the key support 4, and the elastic portion is provided inside the key support 4 and extends along the circumferential direction of the inner circumferential wall of the key support.
