本发明公开了一种环保型醇基燃料,由下述重量份的成分制成:甲醇85.0‑96.0份、乙醇2.0‑6.0份、丁酮1.0‑5.0份、石蜡油1.0‑2.0份、水0.5‑2.0份、氯化铁0.1‑0.2份、添加剂1.0‑2.0份;所述添加剂通过下述制备方法得到:①加压处理:将水提取过的栀子残渣,放入高压罐中,加压至3kg/cm2,使其压力均匀,维持,然后瞬间释放压力;②蒸馏处理:将步骤①得到的物料放入蒸馏器,在蒸馏器底部,加热燃烧或通入蒸汽,当炙热的蒸气充满在蒸馏器里,蒸气通过冷凝管,被引入冷凝器内,再通过油水分离器,收集油相;③高剪切均质机处理:将步骤②得到的油相通过高剪切均质机处理,制成纳米乳,得到添加剂。

一种环保型醇基燃料
技术领域
本发明涉及燃料领域,具体涉及一种环保型醇基燃料。
背景技术
醇基燃料就是以醇类(如甲醇、乙醇、丁醇等)物质为主体配置的燃料。它是以液体或者固体形式存在的。它也是一种生物质能,和核能、太阳能、风力能、水力能一样,是各国政府目前大力推广的环保洁净能源。面对石化能源的枯竭,醇基燃料是最有潜力的新型替代能源,深受各国企业组织的青睐。
现在醇基燃料的研究很多,如中国专利CN103184081A,公开了一种醇基燃料油,由以下重量份的组分组成:甲醇70-75份,二甲苯4-6份,200号溶剂油4-6份,石蜡油4-6份,甘油4-6份,水5-10份。但是,存在不足,首先,二甲苯具有毒性,其次,为了降低成本而多加水,使得燃料中甲醇含量在75%以下,使燃料热值很低。虽然在醇基液体燃料中,可以含适量的水,含水可以提高闪点温度,降低着火的危险,但是燃料中混入水分,对金属腐蚀表现在两个方面:一是水分能直接引起金属的化学核电化学腐蚀;二是如燃料中的某些含硫及酸性腐蚀物质溶解在水中时,则加速金属的腐蚀过程。燃料中的游离水对金属的危害很大,它能腐蚀各种钢制零件,如钢油罐、油桶、管道、阀门及其它零件。溶解在燃料中的微量水分只能引起低含量钢铁腐蚀。水分对低合金钢有较强的腐蚀作用,也腐蚀铜和锌等有色金属,对青铜不产生腐蚀。又如中国专利CN103911189A,在提高甲醇的含量的同时,降低了水分的含量,但是在实际的使用中,也发现一些问题,例如,产品中没有加入专用添加剂,致使燃料不充分,存在黑烟、积碳、黑锅底,无残液残渣,在使用中出现熏人、刺眼等问题。
现有技术中,很多醇基燃料厂家宣称燃料中添加了稳定剂、乳化剂,燃烧后热值高、废气排放量极低。尽管一些生产企业把所添加的乳化剂吹嘘得神乎其神,但实际上各种所谓独家配方的稳定剂、乳化剂往往只是调味剂、染色剂、金属离子等化学品的混合物,一般都是6-9种化工原料溶解后的混合液体,与燃烧过程中环保减排的关系并不是太大。部分厂家宣称为了提高热值已经在醇基燃料中另外加入了添加剂,可以大幅提高燃料的热值。但是,实际上,除非不计成本地加入高热值的其他燃料,否则,仅加入以各类化工原料为主的添加剂只能使醇基燃料低热值在小范围内发生变化,调整后的醇基燃料低热值往往很难突破27MJ/kg。在实际使用过程中,后厨人员普遍反映燃料燃烧后不但有积碳,而且烟气熏眼,必须用风机强制排风才能正常工作,问题依然存在。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种环保型醇基燃料,可以改善醇基燃料燃烧后的环境,该醇基燃料可用于外燃式燃烧领域,可替代柴油和传统燃料油。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的,一种环保型醇基燃料,由下述重量份的成分制成:
所述添加剂通过下述制备方法得到:
①加压处理:将水提取过的栀子残渣,放入高压罐中,加压至3kg/cm2,使其压力均匀,维持,然后瞬间释放压力;
②蒸馏处理:将步骤①得到的物料放入蒸馏器,在蒸馏器底部,加热燃烧或通入蒸汽,当炙热的蒸气充满在蒸馏器里,蒸气通过冷凝管,被引入冷凝器内,再通过油水分离器,收集油相;
③高剪切均质机处理:将步骤②得到的油相通过高剪切均质机处理,制成纳米乳,得到添加剂。
本发明所述的使其压力均匀,维持,然后瞬间释放压力,优选使其压力均匀,维持5-10min,然后在1-5s内释放压力。
本发明所述的高剪切均质机处理,优选线速度30-40m/s,时间3-5min。
本发明中,加入乙醇、丁酮,可以增加热值,达到很好的燃烧效果,同时可以改变醇基燃料的比重。石蜡油的比重比甲醇轻,沸点很高约为110℃,并且石蜡油不会被甲醇溶解,甲醇与空气直接接触会挥发,本发明中加入氯化铁可以很好的避免这种情况,可以改善醇基燃料体系中的互溶性,防止分层,使得醇基燃料中的石蜡油和甲醇紧密结合,从而达到提高闪点的目的,考虑到成本因素,石蜡油添加量不宜太大。
相比现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
1、现有技术中,一些厂家加入二甲醚(DEM)和高碳醇作为添加剂,但是不仅需要复杂的工艺,也会使醇基燃料的生产成本大大提高。而本发明的到的添加剂,具有属于比水轻、热值高、安全环保、难挥发、可燃但不易燃、能完全燃烧无残留的油性液体有机物,作为醇基燃料的添加剂,是非常合适的。
2、现有技术,一般是单纯的依靠添加热值提高剂、增加烃含量不但降低了醇基燃料的安全性能,而且导致了醇基燃料成本价格上升,不利于醇基燃料的推广。本发明的添加剂,其作用主要是功能性地改善燃料燃烧工况,如降低消耗,增加燃烧性、安全性,减少腐蚀性,防止使用时的烟气熏眼。而且,本发明的添加剂经过了高剪切均质机处理,以纳米乳的形式作为添加剂加入醇基燃料,是得到的醇基燃料容易雾化、汽化、蒸发。
3、本发明的添加剂来源于植物提取物的残渣,很多植物提取物,进过水提取后,一般是作为废弃物处理,而本发明,特别选取水提取之后的植物残渣,相比醇提取后的植物残渣,水提取后的植物残渣中还有大量的精油等脂溶性成分存在,本发明天通过加压处理、蒸馏处理、高剪切均质机处理,可以充分释放植物水提取后残渣中的植物精油,做到了对废物利用,一举两得。
具体实施方式
下面以实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1:
配制环保型醇基燃料,按照以下组分和比例混合(室温下搅拌均匀即可)得到环保型醇基燃料:

实验例:
对实施例3、对比例的醇基燃料、0#柴油进行燃烧特性实验对比研究。燃料油经过管道通过燃烧器喷嘴进入燃烧室燃烧,加热20kg水,水温从40℃到80℃,空气由鼓风机从燃烧器侧壁鼓人燃烧室,燃烧产生的烟气由烟道排入大气,并用烟气取样器抽取烟气经过烟气分析仪测量(烟气的数值是40℃、50℃、60℃、70℃、80℃时测试数据的平均值,按相对空气消耗系数为1.1换算得出醇基燃料燃烧、柴油燃烧烟气成分的相对含量)。
通过实施例3和对比例1、对比例2的比较,从燃烧值和火焰温度来比较,都有提升,原因在于实施例3的添加剂经过了高剪切均质机处理,以纳米乳的形式作为添加剂加入醇基燃料,使得到的醇基燃料容易雾化、汽化、蒸发,而且更重要的是,减少了CO的产生,也改善了使用时的熏眼、刺眼问题。

1.一种环保型醇基燃料,其特征在于:由下述重量份的成分制成:
所述添加剂通过下述制备方法得到:
①加压处理:将水提取过的栀子残渣,放入高压罐中,加压至3kg/cm2,使其压力均匀,维持,然后瞬间释放压力;
②蒸馏处理:将步骤①得到的物料放入蒸馏器,在蒸馏器底部,加热燃烧或通入蒸汽,当炙热的蒸气充满在蒸馏器里,蒸气通过冷凝管,被引入冷凝器内,再通过油水分离器,收集油相;
③高剪切均质机处理:将步骤②得到的油相通过高剪切均质机处理,制成纳米乳,得到添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型醇基燃料,其特征在于:所述的使其压力均匀,维持,然后瞬间释放压力,是使其压力均匀,维持5-10min,然后在1-5s内释放压力。
