The invention discloses a cylinder double-sided adhesive machine for electrostatic brushing, which comprises a driving machine body, a working machine head, a pasting mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a rotating shaft, a screw rod and a cylinder, wherein the driving machine body is connected with the cylinder through the rotating shaft, the driving machine body is connected with the working machine head through the screw rod, and the pasting mechanism and the feeding mechanism are both arranged on the working machine head. According to the invention, the cylinder can be wound by paper serving as a main body of the electrostatic brush, the driving machine body can drive the working machine head to transversely move on the cylinder through the screw rod, the pasting mechanism on the working machine head can paste the double-sided adhesive special for the electrostatic brush on the paper on the cylinder, and the rotating shaft is arranged to drive the cylinder to rotate so as to adjust the position of the cylinder, at which the double-sided adhesive needs to be pasted, so that the double-sided adhesive special for the electrostatic brush is pasted on the paper serving as the main body of the electrostatic brush through the mechanical structure, the automatic machine is high in automation degree, high in processing efficiency, good in processing precision and strong in practicability.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cylinder double-sided adhesive machine for electrostatic brush of the present invention comprises a driving machine body 1, a working machine head 2, a pasting mechanism 3, a feeding mechanism 4, a rotating shaft 5, a screw rod 6, a cylinder 7 and a guide rod 8.
The drive body 1 includes a translation motor 11 and a rotation motor 12. The rotating end of the translation motor 11 is fixedly connected with the screw rod through a bolt, the working machine head 2 is mounted on the screw rod 6, namely, the translation motor 11 is connected with the working machine head 2 through the screw rod 6, therefore, when the translation motor 11 drives the screw rod 6 to rotate, the working machine head 2 can horizontally move on the screw rod, in order to ensure that the working machine head 2 does not deviate from a preset position in the moving process, the working machine head 2 is further sleeved on the guide rod 8, and the guide rod 8 is fixedly mounted on the driving machine body 1. The rotary electric machine 12 is connected to the cylinder 7 via the rotary shaft 5.
The attaching mechanism 3 includes a cutting mechanism 31, an end pressing mechanism 32, and a pressing mechanism 33. The cutting mechanism 31 includes a cutting cylinder 311 and a cutting pin 312, the cutting cylinder 311 is fixedly mounted on the work head 2 by bolts, and a piston rod of the cutting cylinder 311 is fixedly connected with the cutting pin 312, so that the cutting cylinder 311 can drive the cutting pin 312 to move up and down.
The end pressing mechanism 32 comprises an end pressing cylinder 321 and a pressing block 322, a piston rod of the end pressing cylinder 321 is fixedly connected with the pressing block 322, and the pressing cylinder 321 is fixedly arranged on the working machine head 2 through bolts, so that the cutting cylinder 321 can drive the pressing block 322 to move up and down.
The pressing mechanism 33 comprises a pressing cylinder 331 and a roller 332, wherein a piston rod of the pressing cylinder 331 is connected with a rotating shaft of the roller 332, and the pressing cylinder 331 is fixedly arranged on the working machine head 2 through bolts, so that the pressing cylinder 331 can drive the roller 332 to move up and down, but the rotation of the roller 332 is not affected.
The feeding mechanism 4 includes a double-sided adhesive film holder 41, a support arm 42 and pulleys 43, the support arm 42 is fixedly mounted on the work head 2, and the double-sided adhesive film holder 41 is fixedly mounted on the support arm 42, i.e., the double-sided adhesive film holder 41 is mounted on the work head 2 through the support arm 42, and the pulleys 43 are plural, the plural pulleys 43 are all mounted on the work head 2 through the rotation shaft, and the setting positions of the respective pulleys 43 can be set as needed, so that the double-sided adhesive film 20 finally mounted on the double-sided adhesive film holder 41 can reach the bonding place through the pulleys 43.
In use of the present invention, the paper 10 as the main body of the electrostatic brush may be wrapped around the cylinder 7, and a large roll of the electrostatic brush-dedicated double-sided tape 20 may be mounted on the double-sided tape holder 41 and may be transported to a position to be bonded by the pulley 43.
When the double-sided tape 20 is adhered to the paper 10 on the cylinder 7, the end pressing cylinder 321 of the end pressing mechanism 32 is operated, the pressing block 322 is lowered, one end of the double-sided tape 20 is pressed on the initial adhesion position of the paper 10 on the cylinder 7 by the pressing block 322, then the pressing cylinder 331 of the pressing mechanism 33 is operated, the roller 332 is lowered on the double-sided tape 20, then the end pressing cylinder 321 is operated again, the pressing block 322 is raised, meanwhile, the translation motor 11 is operated to drive the working machine head 2 to horizontally move, so that the roller 322 rolls on the cylinder 7, the double-sided tape 20 is adhered to the cylinder 7, after the adhesion is satisfied, the cutting cylinder 311 of the cutting mechanism 31 is started, and the cutting needle 312 is lowered to cut the double-sided tape 20, so that the adhesion of the double-sided tape 20 to one part of the paper 10 on the cylinder 7 is completed.
At this time, the rotating motor 12 can drive the cylinder 7 to rotate by a certain angle, and the above steps are repeated, so that the adhesion of the double faced adhesive tape 20 special for the electrostatic brush can be completed on the other part of the paper 10 serving as the main body of the electrostatic brush on the cylinder 7.
