Preferably, one end of the bottle blocking soft belt connected with the transition plate is fixedly connected with the adjacent second guardrail or the adjacent third guardrail through a pressing plate; the bottle blocking soft belt is fixedly connected with the first guardrail through the pressing plate.
Preferably, two ends of the sliding shaft are respectively provided with a first check ring used for limiting the first spring and a second check ring used for limiting the second spring.
The invention provides a device for distributing oven bottle discharge to two filling machines and controlling in a linkage way, which can effectively and quickly realize that medicine bottles are respectively transferred from one oven bottle discharge to the two filling machines and realize the linkage control of the filling machines and the oven. As shown in fig. 2, after the medicine bottle comes out of the oven, the medicine bottle passes through the transition plate 3 and is conveyed onto the bottle conveying mesh belt 2, the bottle conveying mesh belt 2 runs rightward at the moment, the bottle blocking soft belt 5 blocks the medicine bottle, so that the medicine bottle can only be conveyed rightward, when the medicine bottle comes out of the oven, the sliding block 12 moves rightward by the elasticity of the spring I9 on the left side, at the moment, the bottle less proximity switch 11 senses the sensing piece 13, and the bottle less proximity switch 11 conveys a signal to the right side filling machine to reduce the speed or stop for waiting. When more bottles come out of the oven, the sliding block 12 moves leftwards through the pressure exerted by the bottles of the bottle blocking soft belt 5, and at the moment, the bottle approaching switch 11 senses the sensing piece 13, and the bottle approaching switch 11 sends a signal to the oven to reduce the speed or stop for waiting.
