In the invention, a flexible cableway is adopted, a rigid track with a fixed form is not adopted, the flexible cableway wound on a motor shaft of a power motor or a winding shaft connected with the motor shaft drives the sewage suction pump and the filter to realize reciprocating motion in a preset cableway area, solid-liquid separation is completed, and the synchronous transfer and concentration of fecal particles are realized.

At present, two sewage suction modes of aquaculture exist, one is that a sewage suction pump is fixed, the sewage suction pump is connected with a sewage suction head through a pipeline, the sewage suction head is pulled by a traction rope to reciprocate in a sewage suction area, and the pipeline is also easy to damage if being too long; the other mode is to construct a track in the sewage suction area, the sewage suction pump moves back and forth to transfer the sewage into the sewage receiving groove beside the track, and the track and the sewage receiving groove are high in construction cost; because of the absence of the solid-liquid separation device, the sewage quantity at the rear end is large, the sewage water content is large, and huge space and high construction cost are required for accommodating facilities.
In order to reduce labor cost and labor intensity in aquaculture, equipment for remote control movement is often adopted to replace manual operation in aquaculture areas, and the equipment for remote control movement comprises remote control aircrafts, remote control ships, remote control vehicles and the like, but the equipment has no load bearing capacity, needs specific application environments, lacks wind and wave resistance, is difficult to use in specific areas of the aquaculture industry, and particularly in specific dirt collecting areas, and is difficult to accurately control the movement route and the movement area of dirt absorbing devices in the aquaculture industry.
Meanwhile, in the prior art, a device for reciprocating a sewage suction pump needs a rigid track with a fixed form, a rigid sewage receiving and removing groove and a rigid positioning support are needed, the flood in the arranged area can cause the submerged facilities, the weight is large, the manufacturing cost is high, the equipment cost for realizing reciprocating is high, and the difficulty of connecting with other equipment is greatly increased; the cableway is also provided with a reciprocating traction mode of reciprocating movement, fixed pulleys on water and underwater are required to be installed, so that cableway loops on water and underwater as well as on two sides are formed, the installation and maintenance are very inconvenient, the motor position is fixed, the flood in the set area can cause the submerged facility equipment, and in addition, no in-place reminding device is installed in the reciprocating control.

The following describes the cableway traction manure water separation device of the invention in more detail in connection with a schematic drawing, wherein a preferred embodiment of the invention is shown, it being understood that the invention described herein can be modified by a person skilled in the art, while still achieving the advantageous effects of the invention. Accordingly, the following description is to be construed as broadly known to those skilled in the art and not as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the cableway traction manure-water separation device provided by the invention comprises two parts of a cableway traction device 1 and a manure-water separation device, so that the synchronous operation of the transfer and concentration automation of manure particles is realized.
(Fecal sewage separator)
The fecal sewage separating and loading device comprises a filter 21 and a sewage suction pump 22, wherein the filter 21 and the sewage suction pump 22 are arranged on a base 11 in the cableway traction device 1, and the outlet of the sewage suction pump 22 is connected into the filter 21 through a pipeline 23.
The filter 21 may be one or a combination of a inclined screen filter, a filter tank or a microfilter. In addition, the filter 21 may further comprise a filter plate 211 and a dirt receiving groove 214, the dirt receiving groove 214 is disposed on the base 11, the filter plate 211 is disposed in a suspended and inclined manner, the bottom edge of the filter plate 211 is connected with the dirt receiving groove 214, and the filter plate 211 is sequentially provided with a filter screen layer 212 and a filter medium layer 213 from top to bottom along the height direction thereof.
The sewage suction pump 22 provides the solid-liquid mixture to be filtered for the filter 21, and the filter 21 intercepts granular organic waste and leaks water, so that solid-liquid separation is completed, and synchronous operation of transferring and concentrating faeces particles is realized. Specifically, the fecal sewage disperses and flows out on the filter screen of the filter 21, and the large-particle organic waste is trapped while the water and the small-particle substances are leaked out through the filter screen layer 212, so as to trap particles with the size larger than 60-200 meshes; next, water and small particulate matter are further trapped by the filter media layer 213, particles larger than 10um are trapped, and particles smaller than 10um and water flow back into the water area.
(Cableway traction device 1)
The cableway traction device 1 comprises a base 11, a power motor 12 and a flexible cableway 13, wherein two ends of the flexible cableway 13 are straightened and fixed on corresponding supporting bodies (such as walls, pool walls of a culture pool, frames of a floating frame and the like), the flexible cableway 13 is wound on a motor shaft 14 of the power motor 12 or a winding shaft 15 in transmission connection with the motor shaft 14, and the power motor 12 is mounted on the base 11. The power of the power motor 12 is 20-2000w, the moving distance of the driving device per minute is 0.1-10m, and the remote control distance is 1-500m. As shown in fig. 2, the winding shaft 15 is in driving connection with the motor shaft 14 (this driving connection may be a sprocket-and-chain driving connection or a belt-and-pulley driving connection as shown at a in fig. 2, and in addition, a gear-engagement driving connection may be employed).
In this embodiment, wheels or floating devices (made of floating materials) are arranged below the base 11, so as to support the whole device to move on the land and/or the water surface, and drive the parts such as the sewage suction pump 22, the filter 21 and the like mounted on the base 11 to move together as a whole.
As shown in fig. 4, the power motor 12 includes a forward/reverse motor and a steering control device. The steering control device comprises a motor steering control integrated circuit board and a control switch, the motor steering control integrated circuit board is respectively connected with the forward and reverse rotation motor and the control switch, the control switch comprises one or a combination of a plurality of remote controllers, steering manual control switches or timing switches, namely, forward rotation and reverse rotation switching modes of the power motor 12 comprise three different control modes of steering switch manual control, remote controller manual remote control and circuit board timing remote control, and one or a plurality of control modes are selected according to actual working requirements.
In order to enhance the friction between the shaft (the shaft refers to the motor shaft 14 of the power motor 12 or the winding shaft 15 connected with the motor shaft 14) and the flexible cableway 13, the winding number of the flexible cableway 13 is more than or equal to 1, preferably 1-5, so that the whole set of device is pulled to integrally move along the direction of the flexible cableway 13 when the power motor 12 rotates, and slipping is avoided.
Meanwhile, one winding shaft 15 is generally arranged, and the winding shaft 15 is vertically arranged with the extending direction of the flexible cableway 13, so that in order to make the whole device more stable in the moving process, a plurality of winding shafts 15 can be arranged in parallel, for example, 2-5 winding shafts are arranged side by side, each winding shaft 15 passes through a bearing and/or a bearing seat and/or a fixed pulley to be fixed and positioned, and is communicated left and right and/or is not communicated; likewise, the flexible cableways 13 can be arranged in parallel, so that the yaw of the whole device in the moving process is avoided. Further, in order to define a winding area of the flexible rope way 13 on the winding shaft 15, a stopper such as a groove 151 or a stopper post 152 (shown in fig. 2 and 5), or a stopper ring, etc., is provided to restrict the winding area of the flexible rope way 13 at the winding position of the flexible rope way 13 on the winding shaft 15.
Furthermore, horizontal struts 16 are provided on both sides of the base 11 in the direction of extension of the flexible runway 13 for controlling the movement of the shuttle of the invention within the respective frame.
