Abstract

本发明涉一种建筑装修材料，具体地说，涉及一种内墙复合板。为了解决由于发泡材料的表面层粗糙以及自身的强度不足以支撑发泡材料的大面积使用的问题。本发明提供一种内墙复合板，包括发泡板、面板，发泡板包括上表面和下表面，其材料为发泡陶瓷或者发泡水泥；所述面板为木质复合板，面板与发泡板上表面和下表面通过粘结层连接。本发明适合室内装修，作为室内隔墙或者墙面保温装饰以及吊顶，本发明具防火、耐老化的功能，对室内的节能减排具有很好的效果，而且不变形、不老化、不开裂，性能稳定。

一种内墙复合板
技术领域
本发明涉一种建筑装修材料，具体地说，涉及一种内墙复合板。
背景技术
发泡陶瓷、发泡水泥等发泡材料具有的保温阳热效果良好，不燃、防火、耐老化、相容性好吸、水率低阳光暴晒、冷热剧变、风雨交加等恶劣气候条件下不变形、不老化、不开裂，性能稳定 最开始是用在大型工厂的烟囱内壁，或者工厂里其他高温环境的内壁，现广泛应用在建筑内外墙，外门窗洞口等。
由于发泡陶瓷不仅保温阳热效果良好，而且非常轻，所以后来渐渐运用到比较高端的领域，比如装饰材料领域，但是发泡陶瓷、发泡水泥等表面粗糙而且承压或者支撑强度不够容易就断裂破碎。
所以，在装饰材料上的运用，现阶段也仅仅是通过填充的方式，比如在一块装饰材料中，在不同位置设置部分腔体，填充发泡陶瓷，以使整个装饰材料在整体上的保温阳热效果更好。
在实际应用过程中，由于发泡材料的表面层粗糙以及自身的强度不足以支撑发泡材料的大面积使用，所以发泡材料的使用受到极大的限制。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种内墙复合板，其能够实现生产成本低，加工速度快，节省材料循环利用。
本发明的一种内墙复合板，包括发泡板、面板，发泡板包括上表面和下表面，其材料为发泡陶瓷或者发泡水泥；所述面板为木质复合板，面板与发泡板上表面和下表面通过粘结层连接。
作为优选，发泡板上下或者四边设有安装框架，所述框架为金属材料，起支撑发泡板作用。
作为优选，面板包括由木屑压制而成的木屑层和实木层。
作为优选，面板还包括贴木曾，贴木层是有厚度为0.5-0.1mm，贴木层通过胶水与实木层粘结。
有益效果：
1.本发明的通过在发泡板表面粘结面板，使得本发明适合室内装修，作为室内隔墙或者墙面保温装饰以及吊顶，本发明具防火、耐老化的功能，相容性好吸、水率低保温效果好，对室内的节能减排具有很好的效果，而且不变形、不老化、不开裂，性能稳定；
2.本发明的材料轻薄，隔音效果好，对于用作室内隔墙可以很大的节省由于隔墙较厚而浪费空间；
3. 本发明面板为木质板上，可以代替装修中部分木板的使用，节省木材的使用，具有更好的防火功能；
4. 本发明中，贴木层是有厚度为0.5-0.1mm，可以使用优质的木材，比如金丝楠木，楠木、红木、紫檀、鸡翅、黄花梨等，不仅复合板美观，而且表面光滑，更实用。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图和具体的实施例，对本发明作详细描述。
实施例
如图1、图2所示，内墙复合板包括发泡板2和通过粘结层3粘结的面板1，其中面板1为木质复合板，发泡板为发泡陶瓷、发泡水泥等发泡材料。如图2所示，面板1包括由木屑压制而成的木屑层101和实木层102。在一些实施例中，面板1还包括贴木层103，贴木层103是有厚度为0.5-0.1mm，贴木层103通过胶水与实木层102粘结。粘结层3是由有机或者无机的粘结剂组成，粘结剂灌满发泡材料的表面的疏松的孔洞，形成粘结层3，粘结层3与面板1粘合固定，形成表面质地紧密的轻质复合板，每块复合板可以达到60cm到100cm的方形或者长方形面板，厚度可以达到10cm至30cm。
实施例中所述的贴木层103为木材中通过机器刨制的厚度0.5-0.1mm厚的木纤维层，通过胶水粘结在木板上使得木板表面具有更美观的花纹，而且可以防虫、防水、防霉易清洁等的特点。
本实施例中的内墙复合板可以在发泡板2两表面同时粘结有面板1，也可以仅在其一个表面粘结面板1，当发泡板2两表面都粘结有面板1时，在大面积铺设时可以通过金属框架4或者金属框架4与龙骨框架连接增加复合板的支撑强度，当发泡板2仅有一个表面粘结有面板1时，另一表面与墙面通过水泥等粘结剂粘结在墙面上，同时框架可以使的复合板具有整体性。

Claims (4)

1.一种内墙复合板，其特征在于：包括发泡板（2）、面板（1），发泡板（2）包括上表面和下表面，其材料为发泡陶瓷或者发泡水泥；所述面板（1）为木质复合板、面板（1）与发泡板（2）上表面和下表面通过粘结层（3）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内墙复合板，其特征在于：发泡板（2）上下或者四边设有安装框架（4），所述框架（4）为金属材料，起支撑发泡板（2）作用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内墙复合板，其特征在于：面板（1）包括由木屑压制而成的木屑层（101）和实木层（102）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的内墙复合板，其特征在于：面板（1）还包括贴木曾（103），贴木层（103）是有厚度为0.5-0.1mm原木纤维，贴木层（103）通过胶水与实木层（102）粘结。
