The working principle of the liquid redistributor is as follows: the liquid redistributor is installed in the packed tower together with the packing layer, the liquid distributor is installed below the packing layer, and the upper collection tray 110 is used as a packing support plate to support the packing. Because the shunting support rods 131 are arranged between the upper-layer collecting tray 110 and the lower-layer collecting tray 120, and a stable triangular structure is formed between every two shunting support rods 131 and the upper-layer collecting tray 110 or the lower-layer collecting tray 120, stress is dispersed, and the supporting effect is good.
When liquid flows out from the gaps of the filler layer, the liquid is firstly redistributed for the first time through the filtering holes 111 in the upper collecting tray 110 and the action of the drainage grooves 112, when the liquid flows out from the filtering holes 111 and falls on the lower collecting tray 120, part of the liquid falls on the flow-dividing supporting rods 131, and is redistributed for the second time through the separating sleeves 132 with special shapes. The liquid falling onto the lower collection tray 120 is third redistributed by the action of its perforations 111 and drainage slots 112. The liquid filtered from the lower collection tray 120, some of which flows directly into the first downcomer 231; some of the liquid falls onto the liquid collecting tray 210, and flows into the top end of the second downcomer 232 after being accumulated to a certain height; some overflow through holes passing through the support column 220 flow from the outside of the support column 220 to the inside of the liquid redistribution structure 230, partially flow directly into the second downcomer 232, partially fall onto the drip pan 210, and accumulate to a certain height to flow from the top end of the second downcomer 232. Finally, the liquid uniformly flows out from the bottom ends of the first downcomer 231 and the second downcomer 232 to obtain the fourth redistribution.
The liquid redistributor has the advantages that the liquid redistributor improves the liquid redistributing effect and simultaneously has the supporting function of the packing layer, and the cost is saved.
