Abstract
本发明公开了一种肥料切割搅拌机,包括机架,所述机架上固定有升降柱,所述升降柱上穿接有升降平台,所述升降平台可沿升降柱上下活动,所述升降平台上安装有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置设置有伺服电机和由伺服电机驱动的搅拌头,所述搅拌头平滑延伸形成用于向下穿透肥料的凸头,所述搅拌头与伺服电机之间连接有传动轴,所述传动轴上串接有复数个切割刀,所述切割刀呈锯齿状。本发明搅拌头可在肥料桶内来回上下升降,不但实现水平方向搅拌,还能实现垂直方向搅拌,使得肥料桶内的肥料搅拌更加均匀。而且搅拌头设有凸头,便于穿透肥料减少阻力。传动轴上还串接有多个层面的锯齿状切割刀,便于一边切割,一边搅拌,提升搅拌效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及农用设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种肥料切割搅拌机。
背景技术
肥料是帮助植物生长的化合物。肥料由于能提供给植物必须的矿物质元素,促进植物的生长,改善土壤的养分,因此一直运用在农业生产上。在当前,由于人们安全意识的提高和对微生物种植原理的深入理解,有机肥料逐步进入农业生产当中,有机肥料往往是通过多种有机作物经充分搅拌均匀发酵制作而成,既能废物利用,也能增大经济效益。
在过去,人们都是大多采用人工的方式用铲或锄头或其他农具对肥料进行翻转、搅拌,但这样操作效率低下,劳动强度大,不利于大规模生产。现今,尽管人们已经研发出肥料搅拌机,较以往提升了搅拌效率,但一般采用水平式搅拌,这样搅拌不够彻底,而且没有切割功能,还不能完全满足农户的生产需求。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种肥料切割搅拌机。
本发明为解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种肥料切割搅拌机,包括机架,所述机架上固定有升降柱,所述升降柱上穿接有升降平台,所述升降平台可沿升降柱上下活动,所述升降平台上安装有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置设置有伺服电机和由伺服电机驱动的搅拌头,所述搅拌头平滑延伸形成用于向下穿透肥料的凸头,所述搅拌头与伺服电机之间连接有传动轴,所述传动轴上串接有复数个切割刀,所述切割刀呈锯齿状。
进一步地,所述传动轴周围环绕有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴一端连接搅拌头,另一端连接伺服电机。
进一步地,所述切割刀等距间隔设置在传动轴上。
进一步地,所述机架落地端垂直延伸有两条互相平行的支撑脚,两条支撑脚与机架落地端围成用于放置肥料桶的半封闭区域,所述半封闭区域位于搅拌头的正下方。
进一步地,所述搅拌头与传动轴之间可拆卸连接。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用的一种肥料切割搅拌机,搅拌头可在肥料桶内来回上下升降,不但实现水平方向搅拌,还能实现垂直方向搅拌,使得肥料桶内的肥料搅拌更加均匀。而且搅拌头设有凸头,便于穿透肥料减少阻力。传动轴上还串接有多个层面的锯齿状切割刀,便于一边切割,一边搅拌,加快搅拌效率,提升搅拌效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种肥料切割搅拌机,包括机架1,机架1上固定有升降柱2,升降柱2上穿接有升降平台3,升降平台3可沿升降柱2上下活动,升降平台3上安装有搅拌装置,搅拌装置设置有伺服电机4和由伺服电机4驱动的搅拌头5,搅拌头5平滑延伸形成用于向下穿透肥料的凸头6,搅拌头5与伺服电机4之间连接有传动轴7,传动轴7上串接有复数个切割刀8,切割刀8呈锯齿状。搅拌头5可在肥料桶内来回上下升降,不但实现水平方向搅拌,还能实现垂直方向搅拌,使得肥料桶内的肥料搅拌更加均匀。而且搅拌头5设有凸头6,便于穿透肥料减少阻力。传动轴7上还串接有多个层面的锯齿状切割刀8,便于一边切割,一边搅拌,加快搅拌效率,提升搅拌效果。
本实施例中,为了进一步提升搅拌效果,传动轴7周围环绕有搅拌轴9,搅拌轴9一端连接搅拌头5,另一端连接伺服电机4。
切割刀8等距间隔设置在传动轴7上,这样排布可使得切割更加均匀。
机架1落地端垂直延伸有两条互相平行的支撑脚10,两条支撑脚10与机架1落地端围成用于放置肥料桶的半封闭区域,半封闭区域位于搅拌头5的正下方。将肥料桶放置在半封闭区域内,将搅拌头5探入肥料桶进行升降式搅拌。
为了便于更换搅拌头5,搅拌头5与传动轴7之间采取可拆卸连接。

1.一种肥料切割搅拌机,包括机架,其特征在于:所述机架上固定有升降柱,所述升降柱上穿接有升降平台,所述升降平台可沿升降柱上下活动,所述升降平台上安装有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置设置有伺服电机和由伺服电机驱动的搅拌头,所述搅拌头平滑延伸形成用于向下穿透肥料的凸头,所述搅拌头与伺服电机之间连接有传动轴,所述传动轴上串接有复数个切割刀,所述切割刀呈锯齿状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种肥料切割搅拌机,其特征在于:所述传动轴周围环绕有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴一端连接搅拌头,另一端连接伺服电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种肥料切割搅拌机,其特征在于:所述切割刀等距间隔设置在传动轴上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种肥料切割搅拌机,其特征在于:所述机架落地端垂直延伸有两条互相平行的支撑脚,两条支撑脚与机架落地端围成用于放置肥料桶的半封闭区域,所述半封闭区域位于搅拌头的正下方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种肥料切割搅拌机,其特征在于:所述搅拌头与传动轴之间可拆卸连接。
