Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides an electronic cigarette 100, which includes an atomizer 200 and a battery 300 that are rotatably connected with each other by a screw thread, the atomizer 200 includes a screw thread base 202, an atomizing sleeve 201 connected to the screw thread base 202, a suction nozzle 204 located at an upper end of the atomizing sleeve 201, and other components installed inside the atomizing sleeve 201, at least one window 203 is formed on the atomizing sleeve 201, and in this embodiment, the windows 203 are designed as two mutually symmetrical windows.
Specifically, a transparent glass tube 205 is nested inside the atomizing sleeve 201, an oil storage cavity 206 for storing tobacco tar is formed inside the transparent glass tube 205, and the window 203 is used for providing a user with a view of the tobacco tar in the oil storage cavity 206. Referring to fig. 2, as a specific implementation manner in this embodiment, the above-mentioned transition member 304 is a circular sleeve having an internal thread matching with the threaded base 202, and the circular sleeve may be riveted in a recess 305 in the center of the connection base 303 of the battery 300, so that the threaded portion of the battery 300 is not integrally formed with the connection base 303, and thus, the assembly of the atomizer 200 and the battery 300 may be respectively implemented by using the circular sleeve as a reference, so that the atomizer 200 and the battery 300 have a relatively determined positional relationship when screwed by threads.
As an electrical conduction structure between the atomizer 200 and the battery 300, the screw base 202 includes an external screw sleeve 212 and an electrode column 208 located at the center and insulated from the external screw sleeve 212, a recess 305 for riveting the transition member 304 is formed in the connection base 303, and a power supply positive electrode 309 insulated from the transition member 304 is disposed at the center of the recess 305. As a preferable measure, a radial groove 311 is formed on the connection base 303, the groove 311 is aligned with the start switch 302 on the battery sleeve 301, the connection base 303 can be assembled with the transition part 304 by using the groove 311, and then other parts are assembled, so that the assembly of the battery 300 is more convenient.
Referring to fig. 3, the method for assembling the atomizer 200 and the battery 300 in the electronic cigarette 100 according to the present embodiment is as follows:
Firstly, a transition part 304 with threads is provided in advance, and at least the transition part 304 is used for manufacturing and forming a fixture; the transition member 304 may be embodied as a circular sleeve with internal threads formed thereon, which may be made of an electrically conductive metallic material, as described above. The outer diameter of the circular sleeve needs to match the size of the pre-machined depressions 305 on the connection base 303.
Again, on the basis of the well-manufactured fixture, the screw base 202 (the screw base 202 is previously assembled by the external screw sleeve 212, the electrode column 208 and the insulating ring) is screwed on the transition member 304, so as to position the screw base 202. It is also possible to assemble the battery sleeve 301 with the connection base 303 first and then rivet the transition member 304 to the connection base 303.
Because the radial groove 311 is formed on the connection base 303, when the connection base 303 is riveted on the transition member 304 in a specific operation, the groove 311 axially corresponds to the position of the window 203 on the fixture, so as to realize positioning of the connection base 303. Then, the battery sleeve 301 is riveted on the connection base 303, so that the mounting hole of the start switch 302 on the outer wall of the battery sleeve 301 is aligned with the groove 311, and meanwhile, the components such as the battery core 207 and other circuit boards are assembled into the battery sleeve 301, so that the battery 300 is assembled.
Through the assembly of the above steps, the atomizer 200 and the battery 300 have a certain screw thread rotation position, so that the window 203 on each electronic cigarette product and the start switch 302 can be aligned consistently, and the production consistency of the product appearance is ensured.
