Description

Configuration information acquisition method and device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an email technology in the field of data communication, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for acquiring configuration information.
Background
Electronic Mail (E-Mail) is a communication method based on electronic information exchange, and is widely used in daily offices and lives because of its convenience, rapidness, and low cost.
The electronic mail system mainly comprises a mail server and a mail client, wherein the mail server is responsible for sending and receiving mails; the user establishes connection with the mail server through a mail client installed on a Personal Computer (PC) or a mobile terminal, and can send and receive electronic mails on the PC or the mobile terminal.
When a connection is established between a mail client and a mail server, configuration information such as an address, a port number, a mail protocol, a security type, and the like of the mail server needs to be configured in the mail client, and in the existing configuration information acquisition method, the following two methods are generally adopted to acquire configuration information corresponding to a mailbox domain name:
1) and acquiring configuration information corresponding to a pre-stored mailbox domain name in the mail client based on the configuration information statically stored in the mail client. For example, when a user logs in an easy-to-net mailbox through a mail client, configuration information corresponding to the domain name of the easy-to-net mailbox can be acquired from the mail client, and connection is established between the configuration information found in the mail client and a mail server corresponding to the domain name of the easy-to-net mailbox; when a user logs in the Gmail box through the mail client, the configuration information corresponding to the Gmail box domain name can be obtained from the mail client, and the connection with the mail server corresponding to the Gmail box domain name is established according to the configuration information searched in the mail client. The configuration information refers to public information required by the connection between the mail client and the mail server. For example, the configuration information may include: the address and port number of the mail server, and the security type and mail protocol of the connection between the mail client and the mail server.
2) Acquiring configuration information corresponding to the mail address in the remote server based on the configuration information dynamically stored in the remote server, wherein the configuration information comprises: public configuration information and personal configuration information. For example, when a user logs in an internet mailbox through a mail client, configuration information corresponding to a mail address can be searched in a remote server; when the mailbox information corresponding to the mail address is not found in the remote server, the configuration information corresponding to the mail address input by the user can be obtained, the connection is established between the mailbox information input by the user and the mail server corresponding to the network easy mailbox domain name, and when the connection between the configuration information corresponding to the mail address input by the user and the mail server is successful, the configuration information corresponding to the mail address input by the user is stored in the remote server; and when the configuration information corresponding to the mail address is found in the remote server, establishing connection with the mail server according to the configuration information found in the remote server. It should be noted that, in the method for dynamically storing configuration information by a remote server, the public configuration information and the personal configuration information in the configuration information are stored in the remote server in a packaged manner, that is, one configuration information in the remote server can only correspond to one mailbox address, but cannot correspond to one mailbox domain name.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art:
in the above-mentioned existing method for acquiring configuration information, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name may be statically stored in the mail client, or the configuration information corresponding to the mail address may be dynamically stored in the remote server; however, whether the configuration information is statically stored at the mail client or dynamically stored at the remote server, it is impossible for both the mail client and the remote server to store the configuration information for all of the mail servers, and the number of mail servers may be increasing. Therefore, by adopting the existing method for acquiring the configuration information, when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is not found in the mail client, the user is required to input the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name; when the configuration information corresponding to the mail address is not found in the remote server, the user is required to input the configuration information corresponding to the mail address; moreover, when the mail client establishes connection with the mail server corresponding to the mailbox domain again, the user is required to input the configuration information again, so that the user is very inconvenient to log in the electronic mailbox, and the user experience is very poor.

Detailed Description
In various embodiments of the present invention, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a first implementation flow of a method for acquiring configuration information in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for acquiring configuration information may include the following steps:
step 101, determining a mailbox domain name according to a mail address input by a user.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the mailbox domain name may be determined according to the mail address input by the user. The mail address is as the letter commonly used by people in real life, and comprises the following components: a recipient address and a sender address. The format of the mail address comprises three parts: the first part is a user name, which represents the account number of the user mailbox, supports the combination of letters, numbers and underlines, and the account number is required to be unique for the same mail server; the second part is the separator "@"; the third part is a mailbox domain name used for marking the position of the mailbox. Such as: com is an email address, the user name of which is "support"; the mailbox domain name is "163. com". Therefore, the mail client can determine the mailbox domain name according to the mail address input by the user.
And 102, searching configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name.
In the specific embodiment of the present invention, after determining the mailbox domain name according to the mail address input by the user, configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name may be searched in the mail client and the remote server, respectively. Specifically, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name may be first searched for in the configuration information pre-stored in the mail client; when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is not found in the mail client, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name can be further found in the configuration information pre-stored in the remote server. Wherein the configuration information may include: the address and port number of the mail server, and the security type and mail protocol of the connection between the mail client and the mail server.
And 103, when the configuration information is not found, acquiring the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user.
In the specific embodiment of the present invention, when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is not found in both the mail client and the remote server, it indicates that the mail client has not been connected to the mail server corresponding to the mailbox domain name and has been used successfully, or the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name has changed, and at this time, it is necessary for the user to input the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name in the mail client.
Further, in the specific embodiment of the present invention, when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is found in the mail client, a connection may be established with the mail server according to the configuration information found in the mail client; when the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information found in the mail client, the acquisition process of the configuration information can be ended; when the connection with the mail server fails according to the configuration information found in the mail client, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name can be further found in the configuration information pre-stored in the remote server.
Further, in the specific embodiment of the present invention, when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is found in the remote server, a connection may be established with the mail server according to the configuration information found in the remote server; when the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information searched in the remote server, the mail client can store the configuration information searched in the remote server; when the connection with the mail server fails according to the configuration information searched in the remote server, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user can be acquired.
And step 104, establishing connection with a mail server corresponding to the mailbox domain name according to the configuration information.
In the specific embodiment of the invention, after the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user is acquired in the mail client, the connection can be established with the mail server corresponding to the mailbox domain name according to the configuration information; when the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information, step 104 may be performed; when the connection with the mail server fails according to the configuration information, the acquisition flow of the configuration information may be ended.
And 105, when the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information, storing the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user, and sending the configuration information to the remote server for storage.
In the specific embodiment of the invention, when the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user can be stored, and the configuration information is sent to the remote server for storage; when the connection with the mail server fails according to the configuration information, the acquisition flow of the configuration information may be ended. That is to say, in the specific embodiment of the present invention, after the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user is stored in the mail client, the configuration information is also sent to the remote server for storage, so that the remote server can more comprehensively obtain the configuration information corresponding to different mailbox domain names, and the requirement of obtaining the configuration information by more users can be met by sending the configuration information to the remote server for storage.
According to the above analysis, through the steps 101 to 105, when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is not found in both the mail client and the mail server, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user can be obtained, and when the connection with the mail server according to the configuration information is successful, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user can be stored. Therefore, when the mail client establishes connection with the mail server corresponding to the mailbox domain name again, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name can be found in the mail client without repeatedly inputting the configuration information by a user, the user can conveniently log in the electronic mailbox, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a second implementation of the method for acquiring configuration information in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method for acquiring configuration information may include the following steps:
step 201, determining a mailbox domain name according to a mail address input by a user.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the mail client may determine the mailbox domain name according to the mail address input by the user. For example, assume that the email address obtained by the email client and input by the user is: support @163.com, in this step, it is possible to determine that the mailbox domain name is "163. com" from the mail address.
Step 202, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is searched in the configuration information pre-stored in the mail client.
In the specific embodiment of the present invention, after the mailbox domain name is determined according to the mail address input by the user, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name may be searched in the configuration information pre-stored by the mail client.
Step 203, judging whether the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is found in the mail client; when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is found in the mail client, executing step 204; when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is not found in the mail client, step 206 is executed.
In this step, it may be determined whether the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is found in the mail client. For example, assume that the email address obtained by the email client and input by the user is: support @163.com, in this step, it can be judged whether the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name can be found in the mail client; when finding 163 the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name in the mail client, executing step 204; when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is not found 163 in the mail client, step 206 is executed.
And step 204, establishing connection with the mail server according to the configuration information searched in the mail client.
In this step, when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is found in the mail client, a connection may be established with the mail server according to the configuration information found in the mail client. For example, after the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name is found in the mail client, a connection may be established with the mail server according to the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name found in the mail client.
Step 205, judging whether the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information found in the mail client; when the connection between the mail client and the mail server is successful, step 215 is executed; when the connection between the mail client and the mail server fails, step 206 is performed.
In this step, after the connection is established with the mail server according to the configuration information found in the mail client, it can be determined whether the connection between the mail client and the mail server is successful. For example, after the connection is established with the mail server according to the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name found in the mail client, whether the connection between the mail client and the mail server is successful or not can be judged; when the connection between the mail client and the mail server is successful, step 215 is executed; when the connection between the mail client and the mail server fails, step 206 is performed.
Step 206, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is searched in the configuration information pre-stored in the remote server.
In the specific embodiment of the present invention, when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is not found in the mail client, or when the connection between the mail server and the configuration information found in the mail client fails, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name may be found in the configuration information pre-stored in the remote server. For example, if the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name is not found in the mail client, or when the connection between the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name found in the mail client and the mail server fails, the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name may be found in the configuration information pre-stored in the remote server.
Step 207, judging whether the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is found in the remote server; when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is found in the remote server, executing step 208; when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is not found in the remote server, step 211 is executed.
In the step, it may be determined whether the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is found in the remote server. For example, it may be determined whether configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is found 163 in the remote server; when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is found 163 in the remote server, executing step 208; when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is not found 163 in the remote server, step 211 is executed.
And step 208, establishing connection with the mail server according to the configuration information searched in the remote server.
In the specific embodiment of the present invention, when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is found in the remote server, a connection may be established with the mail server according to the configuration information found in the remote server. For example, after the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name is found in the remote server, a connection may be established with the mail server according to the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name found in the remote server.
Step 209, judging whether the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information searched in the remote server; when the connection between the mail client and the mail server is successful, executing step 210; when the connection between the mail client and the mail server fails, step 211 is performed.
In the specific embodiment of the present invention, after the connection is established with the mail server according to the configuration information found in the remote server, it may be determined whether the connection between the mail client and the mail server is successful, for example, after the connection is established with the mail server according to the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name found in the remote server, it may be determined whether the connection between the mail client and the mail server is successful; when the connection between the mail client and the mail server is successful, executing step 210; when the connection between the mail client and the mail server fails, step 211 is performed.
Step 210, saving the configuration information found in the remote server in the mail client.
In the specific embodiment of the present invention, when the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information found in the remote server, the configuration information found in the remote server may be saved in the mail client, and the acquisition process of the configuration information is ended. For example, when the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name found in the remote server, the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name found in the remote server may be saved in the mail client, and the acquisition process of the configuration information is ended.
And step 211, acquiring configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user in the mail client.
In the specific embodiment of the present invention, when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is not found in the remote server, or when the connection between the mail server and the configuration information found in the remote server fails, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user may be acquired in the mail client. For example, when the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name is not found in the remote server, or when the connection between the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name found in the remote server and the mail server fails, the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name input by the user may be acquired in the mail client.
And step 212, establishing connection with the mail server according to the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, after configuration information corresponding to a mailbox domain name input by a user is acquired in a mail client, a connection may be established with a mail server according to the configuration information. For example, after the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name is acquired in the mail client, a connection may be established with the mail server according to the configuration information corresponding to the 163 mailbox domain name input by the user.
Step 213, judging whether the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information; when the connection between the mail client and the mail server is successful, step 214 is executed; when the connection of the mail client to the mail server fails, step 215 is performed.
In this step, after establishing connection with the mail server according to the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user, whether the connection between the mail client and the mail server is successful can be judged; when the connection between the mail client and the mail server is successful, step 214 is executed; when the connection of the mail client to the mail server fails, step 215 is performed.
And 214, storing the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user, and sending the configuration information to the remote server for storage.
In the specific embodiment of the invention, when the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user can be stored, and the configuration information is sent to the remote server for storage.
Step 215, the acquisition flow of the configuration information is ended.
In the specific embodiment of the present invention, when the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information found at the mail client, or when the connection with the mail server is failed according to the configuration information input by the user, the acquisition process of the configuration information may be ended.
According to the analysis, through the steps 201 to 215, when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is not found in the mail client and the mail server, the configuration information input by the user can be obtained, and when the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information input by the user, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user can be stored and sent to the remote server for storage.
According to the method for acquiring the configuration information, when the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name is not found and the connection with the mail server is successful according to the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name input by the user can be stored and sent to the remote server for storage. Therefore, when the mail client establishes connection with the mail server corresponding to the mailbox domain name again, the configuration information corresponding to the mailbox domain name can be found in the mail client without the need of repeatedly inputting the configuration information by a user.
