The manual knob 35 is rotatably arranged outside the lower cover 12, the manual knob 35 is in transmission connection with the main shaft 36, and the installation support 3 and the metal heat seal 2 are driven to ascend or descend when the manual knob 35 rotates, so that the metal heat seal 2 can be manually lifted.

the household vacuum sealing machine is provided with a control circuit, the heat sealing device comprises at least one metal heat seal (2) and at least one heating element which is operated by a low-voltage direct-current power supply or directly operated by a high-voltage alternating-current power supply, and the control circuit is electrically connected with the heating element; the heating element is at least one of a PTC heating element (21), a ceramic heating sheet, an electric heating wire, an electric heating film, an electromagnetic heating device, a quartz heating tube or a heating element made of conductive paint; the heating element is fixed in the inner cavity, the side surface or the top surface of the metal heat seal (2); the metal heat seal (2) is provided with a temperature controller (23) and/or a temperature sensor, and the control circuit is electrically connected with the temperature controller (23) and/or the temperature sensor and is used for sensing and controlling the heat seal temperature.

A domestic vacuum sealer with automatic hidden heat sealing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the shell (1) comprises an upper cover (11) and a lower cover (12), the upper cover (11) is rotatably arranged on the lower cover (12), the inner surface of the upper cover (11) and/or the lower cover (12) is provided with a vacuumizing chamber (13), and one side of the vacuumizing chamber (13) is provided with a groove body (14);
at least in the uncapped state, the heat sealing device descends and retreats into the inner cavity of the lower cover (12) or ascends and retreats into the inner cavity of the upper cover (11);
the heat sealing device comprises a metal heat sealing strip (2) and a PTC heating element (21) which directly works by using a high-voltage alternating current power supply, wherein the metal heat sealing strip (2) is positioned right below or right above the groove body (14);
the upper part of the metal heat seal (2) is provided with at least one heat seal raised line (22), the lower part is provided with a heat conduction installation part, and the PTC heating element (21) is fixed in the inner cavity or the heat conduction installation part of the metal heat seal (2); the control circuit comprises a high-voltage alternating current power supply circuit which is electrically connected with the PTC heating element (21).

A domestic vacuum sealer with automatic hidden heat sealing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the metal heat seal (2) and the vacuumizing chamber (13) extend along the length direction of the lower cover (12) for a set length respectively; the metal heat seal (2) is made of aluminum alloy, iron or stainless steel; the top surface of the heat sealing raised line (22) is used as a heat sealing surface for forming a heat seal on the bag opening of the vacuum packaging bag in a hot pressing way, and the heat sealing surface of the heat sealing raised line (22) is positioned in the groove body (14) or below the groove body (14); the PTC heating element (21) is provided with an electrical connection lead which extends out from the end or back of the metal heat seal (2).

one side or two sides of the upper cover (11) are provided with buckling feet (15) for locking the upper cover (11) on the lower cover (12), the corresponding position of the top surface of the lower cover (12) is provided with an inserting hole (16), an elastic lock catch (17) capable of moving left and right is slidably arranged below the inserting hole (16), and the buckling feet (15) are in inserted locking fit with the elastic lock catch (17);
the elastic lock catch (17) is positioned at the side of the mounting bracket (3), a pushing part (18) is arranged at one side of the elastic lock catch (17) facing the mounting bracket (3), a driving part (19) is arranged at one side of the mounting bracket (3) facing the elastic lock catch (17), and the pushing part (18) is in pushing fit with the driving part (19);

when the upper cover (11) is locked on the lower cover (12), after the locking feet (15) are locked on the elastic locking catches (17), the pushing part (18) pushes the driving part (19) and lifts the mounting bracket (3) upwards, the mounting bracket (3) is in a lifting state, and the top surfaces of the heat sealing convex strips (22) extend out of the groove body (14) and protrude out of the surface of the lower cover (12).
