Abstract
The invention discloses a casting sand box, and relates to the technical field of casting molds. The casting sand box comprises a cope sand box and a drag sand box, wherein the cope sand box extends out of a convex plate towards the drag sand box, the drag sand box is provided with grooves for embedding the convex plate, the convex plate is arranged on two sides of the length direction of the cope sand box, and when the two convex plates are just matched with the grooves, the drag sand box is just embedded between the two convex plates and is combined with the cope sand box. This scheme is more easily aligned when the mould assembling.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of casting molds, in particular to a casting sand box.
Background
Sand casting is a casting method that produces castings in sand molds: and filling molding sand with a sand mold in the sand box, injecting molten metal into the sand mold through a pouring cup, and forming a casting after the molten metal is cooled in the sand mold.
The flasks are generally divided into cope and drag flasks, which are closed by closing the openings of the cope and drag flasks to form a closed cavity.
However, if the cope and drag are aligned after they are combined, the visual inspection is performed, and if the cope and drag are not aligned, manual adjustment is required. For large castings, the corresponding flasks are relatively bulky and realignment is cumbersome if the cope and drag are not aligned during flask assembly.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provide the casting sand box which is easier to align during box closing.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a casting sand box which comprises a cope sand box and a drag sand box, wherein the cope sand box extends out of a convex plate towards the drag sand box, the drag sand box is provided with grooves for embedding the convex plate, the convex plate is arranged on two sides of the length direction of the cope sand box, and when the two convex plates are just matched with the grooves, the drag sand box is just embedded between the two convex plates and is combined with the cope sand box.
The technical effects are as follows: the two convex plates play a limiting role during box closing, and the lower sand box is embedded between the two convex plates and is automatically aligned with the upper sand box in the width direction. No visual inspection is required, so that the cope flask and the drag flask are more easily aligned when the mold is closed.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: at least one end of the groove is provided with a positioning surface for preventing the convex plate from sliding along the horizontal direction.
Further, a positioning threaded hole is formed in the positioning surface and extends to the convex plate.
In the casting sand box, the convex plate is provided with the guide block in a protruding mode, the groove is internally provided with the guide groove matched with the guide block, and the inclined surface of the guide block, which is attached to the guide groove, is a guide surface.
In the casting sand box, the fastening tables are protruded on the convex plate, the fastening tables are symmetrically protruded on the lower sand box, and a plurality of fastening threaded holes are formed in the two fastening tables in a right-opposite mode.
In the casting sand box, the convex plate corresponds to the parts on two sides of the fastening table, and the surface facing the groove is an inclined surface.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) The alignment of the cope flask and the drag flask is divided into two steps, wherein the first step is to automatically align with the drag flask in the width direction when the cope flask falls down in the vertical direction through the limit of the two convex plates; and a second step of horizontally moving the cope flask until the cope flask abuts against the positioning surface, so that the cope flask and the drag flask are aligned in the length direction.
(2) The guide surface of the invention plays a guiding role, so that the falling process of the cope flask can be automatically aligned.
(3) According to the invention, the inclined surfaces on two sides of the fastening table are not contacted with each other when the cope flask just falls on the drag flask to perform horizontal movement positioning, so that the friction area during horizontal movement is reduced, and the friction resistance is reduced.

Detailed Description
The structure of the casting sand box provided by the embodiment is shown in figure 1.
The casting sand box comprises a cope sand box 1 and a drag sand box 2, wherein the cope sand box 1 extends out of a convex plate 11 towards the drag sand box 2, the drag sand box 2 is provided with grooves 12 for embedding the convex plate 11, the convex plate 11 is arranged on two sides of the length direction of the cope sand box 1, and when the two convex plates 11 are just matched with the grooves 12, the drag sand box 2 is just embedded between the two convex plates 11 and is combined with the cope sand box 1.
The two projecting plates 11 play a limiting role in the mold closing, and the drag flask 2 is inserted between the two projecting plates 11 and automatically aligned with the cope flask 1 in the width direction. No visual inspection is required, so that the cope flask 1 and the drag flask 2 are more easily aligned at the time of mold closing.
Wherein at least one end of the groove 12 is provided with a positioning surface 122 for preventing the convex plate 11 from sliding in the horizontal direction. The positioning surface 122 is provided with a positioning threaded hole 123, and the positioning threaded hole 123 extends to the convex plate 11. The convex plate 11 is provided with a guide block 111 in a protruding way, the groove 12 is internally provided with a guide groove 121 matched with the guide block 111, and the inclined surface of the guide block 111, which is jointed with the guide groove 121, is a guide surface 112. The convex plate 11 is protruded with a fastening table 113, the drag flask 2 is symmetrically protruded with fastening tables 113, and the two fastening tables 113 are provided with a plurality of fastening screw holes 114. The convex plate 11 is inclined surface 13 at the part corresponding to the two sides of the fastening table 113 and faces the groove 12.
