Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a video capture method of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method of this embodiment includes:
and step S102, the server receives a video interception request sent by the terminal when the online video playing is carried out.
When a user wants to review a video clip or share the video clip with others in the process of watching an online video, the user can send a video capture request to a server when watching the starting point or the ending point of the clip that the user wants to capture. The user can perform preset operation on the terminal so as to enable the terminal to send a video intercepting request to the server, for example, clicking an intercepting video button, operating a touch screen with preset gestures, inputting voice instructions and the like.
The user can respectively carry out preset operation with the terminal once when watching the starting point and the end point of the video clip to be intercepted, so that the terminal sends two video intercepting requests to the server in sequence.
The terminal can mark the starting point or the end point of the video segment to be intercepted corresponding to the request in the video intercepting request.
Instead of distinguishing the video interception request of the terminal, the server may distinguish whether the video interception request is directed to the start point or the end point of the video segment. For example, the server may sequentially label and record video capture requests sent by the same terminal according to the receiving order, the request corresponding to the odd label may correspond to the start point of the video clip, and the request corresponding to the even label may correspond to the end point of the video clip. And when the video interception request sent by the terminal is not received within the preset time, the server empties the recorded content.
The user may also interact with the terminal only once when viewing the start point or the end point of the video segment that the user wants to intercept, that is, only informing the server of the start point or the end point of the video segment to be intercepted, and the server will intercept the video with the preset length backwards according to the start point of the video segment or forwardly according to the end point of the video segment.
And step S104, the server determines the screenshot range according to the video playing progress of the server when the video intercepting request is received.
The video playing progress is usually represented by video playing time, and the video playing progress can also be represented by other ordered information forms such as video fragment marks and the like according to needs.
Due to the influence of the network and the equipment, the video playing progress of the server is different from that of the terminal, and the server cannot acquire the video playing progress of the terminal. Therefore, a segment of the playing progress range including the video playing progress of the server at the time of receiving the video interception request can be taken as the screenshot range.
For example, the video playing progress of the server when the video capture request is received can be taken as a reference progress, and the contents of the preset range before and after the reference progress can be included in the screenshot range.
And step S106, the server selects a plurality of video screenshots in the screenshot range.
The server can randomly capture the video in the capture range or capture the video at certain intervals. For example, within the screenshot range, the video may be screenshot at preset playing time intervals.
Online videos are often presented in streaming media, i.e., each video is composed of several video segments. Therefore, for the streaming media video, the server can capture the screenshot of each video fragment in the screenshot range; or, selecting part of video fragments at preset intervals in the screenshot range, and respectively screenshot each selected video fragment.
The video segment obtained by intercepting the streaming media video is also composed of video segments, so that the starting point video segment or the end point video segment of the intercepted video segment can be quickly positioned by adopting the method.
And S108, the server sends the selected video screenshot to the user so that the user can select a video screenshot position according to the video screenshot.
The video screenshot can intuitively present different contents in the screenshot range to the user, and the user can select a picture which is consistent with the video playing progress of the terminal when the video screenshot request is sent.
When the server sends the screenshots, playing progress information corresponding to each screenshot can be sent, and after the user selects one screenshot, the terminal can feed back the playing progress information corresponding to the selected screenshot to the server. Or, the server may only send the screenshot, and pre-establish a corresponding relationship between the screenshot identifier and the playing progress information, after the user selects one screenshot, the terminal may return the screenshot identifier, and the server determines the video capture position selected by the user according to the corresponding relationship.
And step S110, the server intercepts the video according to the video intercepting position selected by the user and returns the information of the intercepted video clip to the terminal.
The server can intercept the video according to the video starting point interception position and the video end point interception position sent by the user, and can also intercept the video according to the single interception position and the preset video segment length.
Part of online videos, such as videos played in an HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) based manner, are formed in a manner of an index file, where the index file includes identifiers of video segments constituting the videos. Therefore, the video clips generated by intercepting such videos can also be generated by a similar method, that is, generating an index file of the video clips, wherein the index file comprises the video clips included in the intercepted video clips.
The video clip information returned by the server can be embodied in a variety of ways.
First, the server may return the captured video clip to the terminal, that is, send a playable multimedia file to the user. By the method, the user can flexibly use the acquired video clip, and the user can repeatedly create the video clip or share the video clip without limitation of a platform.
And secondly, the server returns the address of the intercepted video clip to the terminal. The address of the video segment may be the address of a newly generated video file or the address of an index file of the video segment, and a user can play the corresponding video segment by clicking the address. The method can quickly feed back the video interception result to the user, can save the user flow, and can protect the rights and interests of the video platform service side.
The method comprises the steps of determining a screenshot range according to the video playing progress of a server when a video intercepting request is received, providing a plurality of screenshots in the screenshot range for a user to select a video intercepting position, enabling the result of video intercepting to be more accurate, and enabling requirements on a player to be lower and universality to be strong.
The terminal and each playing module in the terminal may affect the difference of the video playing progress of the terminal and the server. For example, for video played based on HLS, the server may provide the index file to the terminal. And players in different browsers may play in different ways after acquiring the index file. For example, some players in browsers may start playing from the third last video segment in the index file, or from the first video segment in the index file.
In order to reduce the influence of the terminal and a module used for playing the video of the terminal on the accuracy of video clip interception as much as possible, the screenshot range can be corrected according to the terminal information carried by the video interception request. A video capture method according to another embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another embodiment of the video capture method of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method of this embodiment includes:
step S202, the server receives a video interception request sent by the terminal when performing online video playing, wherein the video interception request comprises terminal information.
The terminal information may be one or more of a terminal model, a terminal operating system version, a type of a browser used for playing the online video in the terminal, and a type of a player used for playing the online video in the terminal. The terminal information may also include other types of information as needed, and is not described herein again.
And step S204, the server determines the screenshot range according to the video playing progress of the server when the video intercepting request is received.
The step S104 may be referred to in a specific implementation manner of the step S204.
And S205, correcting the screenshot range by the server according to the fault tolerance range corresponding to the terminal information.
And the server records the fault tolerance range corresponding to each terminal information. After the server finds the fault-tolerant range corresponding to the terminal information, the server can respectively subtract the fault-tolerant range from the two endpoint values of the screenshot range to obtain the corrected screenshot range.
In addition, in step S204, the difference between the video playing progress of the server when the server receives the video capture request and the fault tolerance range may be determined as the corrected playing progress, and the screenshot range may be determined according to the corrected playing progress.
And step S206, the server selects a plurality of video screenshots in the screenshot range.
And step S208, the server sends the selected video screenshot to the user so that the user can select a video screenshot position according to the video screenshot.
And step S210, the server intercepts the video according to the video intercepting position selected by the user and returns the information of the intercepted video segment to the terminal.
The specific implementation of steps S206 to S210 may refer to steps S106 to S110.
By adopting the method, errors caused by the type and version problems of the terminal and each playing module in the terminal can be reduced, and the accuracy of video capture is further improved.
In the above embodiment, the following method may be adopted to obtain the fault tolerance range corresponding to each piece of terminal information: firstly, the server obtains a statistical result of a difference value between the video playing progress of the server and the playing progress corresponding to the video intercepting position selected by the user when the server receives a video intercepting request each time; and then, the server determines the fault tolerance range corresponding to the same terminal information according to the statistical result. For example, the server may calculate a statistical result of a difference between the video playing progress of the server and the playing progress corresponding to the video capturing position selected by the user by using a method such as an average value, a weighted average value, and the like.
Therefore, the server can acquire the fault tolerance range corresponding to the terminal information according to the statistical data generated by each video interception behavior.
The video interception method provided by the invention is suitable for various types of video playing protocols. The video played by the HLS protocol is organized into the video fragments by the index file to form the complete video, so that the video fragments can be quickly extracted and combined without the processes of decapsulation and encapsulation when the operations of video fragment interception and video fragment sharing are performed, and the video interception method is applied to the video played by the HLS protocol, and is simple to implement and high in flexibility.
