In the following description, the sample machine is simply referred to as a prototype.
The store monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to electronic equipment.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a store monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step 101: matching the collected first information and second information associated with the first electronic equipment with store management information in a database to obtain a first matching result;
here, it should be noted that: the first electronic device for executing the method of the embodiment of the present invention is different from the electronic device in step 101, and when the method is actually applied, the first electronic device in step 101 may be a prototype in a store.
The first information comprises equipment information of the first electronic equipment and behavior information for operating the first electronic equipment; the second information includes store information to which the first electronic device belongs.
In practice, the clerk may modify the computer system time to forge the sample duration information, etc., and also need to identify such violations.
Based on this, in one embodiment, it is determined whether time information in the behavior information is the same as a corresponding server time;
when the time information in the behavior information is different from the corresponding server time, correcting the time information in the behavior information by using the server time;
accordingly, after correction, the first information and the second information are matched with store management information in the database.
The step is to directly match the store management information in the database with the collected first information and second information without any processing on the collected information, so as to judge whether illegal behaviors such as leaving a store, running a store, modifying system time, selling fake and shoddy products and the like exist.
That is, in this step, the electronic device is a prototype in a store. And automatically distinguishing simple illegal behaviors based on literal information of the collected behavior data of the prototype (the first electronic equipment).
In practical application, event information in the process of human interaction can be automatically extracted by means of automatically deployed prototype data acquisition software, and illegal behaviors such as leaving a store, running a store, changing system time, selling counterfeit and shoddy products and the like can be discovered according to information such as space, time and the like in the event information and a pre-maintained knowledge base.
The first information refers to behavior information data generated when the prototype is operated, and can include: prototype names, operation behaviors, operation objects, spatial information, timestamps, and the like.
The second information is store data, and may include: store presence, product listing, business hours, sales rules, spatial information, etc.
Step 102: extracting characteristic information from the behavior information, and determining a use habit corresponding to the first electronic device based on the characteristic information;
in practical application, a corresponding model is established in a machine learning mode based on sample data, and the use habit corresponding to the first electronic device is determined by using the extracted feature information and the established model.
Wherein the usage habit refers to a behavior habit of a user using the first electronic device.
Step 103: matching the determined use habits with store management information in a database to obtain a second matching result;
here, in this step, the collected data is mined, and the further identification of the complex violation is realized by analyzing the acquired features, patterns or rules. For example: the behavior habit and the work and rest rule of a user are analyzed through information such as the number category of software installed on the prototype, the distribution condition of daily operation content and frequency, the use time range and the like so as to distinguish whether the prototype is sold or not, and the discrimination of charging and sample output is realized.

Step 104: and determining and outputting a monitoring result of the store to which the first electronic equipment belongs by using the first matching result and the second matching result.
That is, the first matching result and the second matching result are integrated as the monitoring result of the store.
In practice, the output may be an electronic mailbox sent to the administrator for the administrator to handle the violation.
In practical application, the steps 101 to 104 may be performed periodically, that is, the monitoring result of the store to which the first electronic device belongs is determined periodically and output, so that a manager can know the monitoring condition of the store in time.
In addition, during actual application, a manager can set the weight or confidence of each storefront and the violation monitoring analysis in the database to judge whether the violation is a violation.
According to the store monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the collected first information and second information associated with the first electronic equipment are matched with store management information in a database to obtain a first matching result; the first information comprises equipment information of the first electronic equipment and behavior information for operating the first electronic equipment; the second information comprises store information to which the first electronic equipment belongs; extracting characteristic information from the behavior information, and determining a use habit corresponding to the first electronic device based on the characteristic information; matching the determined use habits with store management information in a database to obtain a second matching result; by using the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring result of the store to which the first electronic device belongs can be determined and output, and by matching the acquired information with the store management information in the database, the monitoring result of the store can be automatically determined, so that the personnel cost can be greatly reduced, and the violation abnormity can be accurately positioned, thereby having the advantages of high efficiency, pertinence, cost saving and the like.
In practical applications, besides the expected store violations, there are other suspected violations besides the expected store violations, and these suspected violations also need to be monitored.
Based on this, another store monitoring method is provided in the embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 201: matching the collected first information and second information associated with the first electronic equipment with store management information in a database to obtain a first matching result;
here, it should be noted that: the electronic device executing the method of the embodiment of the present invention is different from the first electronic device in step 101, and in practical application, the first electronic device in step 101 may be a prototype in a store.
The first information comprises equipment information of the first electronic equipment and behavior information for operating the first electronic equipment; the second information includes store information to which the first electronic device belongs.
In practice, the clerk may modify the computer system time to forge the sample duration information, etc., and also need to identify such violations.
Based on this, in one embodiment, it is determined whether time information in the behavior information is the same as a corresponding server time;
when the time information in the behavior information is different from the corresponding server time, correcting the time information in the behavior information by using the server time;
accordingly, after correction, the first information and the second information are matched with store management information in the database.
Step 202: extracting characteristic information from the behavior information, and determining a use habit corresponding to the first electronic device based on the characteristic information;
in practical application, a corresponding model is established in a machine learning mode based on sample data, and the use habit corresponding to the first electronic device is determined by using the extracted feature information and the established model.
Wherein the usage habit refers to a behavior habit of a user using the first electronic device.
Step 203: matching the determined use habits with store management information in a database to obtain a second matching result;
here, in this step, the collected data is mined, and the further identification of the complex violation is realized by analyzing the acquired features, patterns or rules.
Step 204: calculating a corresponding performance index by using the sales information in the second information;
step 205: comparing the obtained performance index with statistical information based on at least two stores to obtain a first comparison result;
step 206: comparing the obtained service index with the historical service index to obtain a second comparison result;
step 207: obtaining a performance analysis result of a store to which the first electronic equipment belongs by using the first comparison result and the second comparison result;
in practical application, steps 201, steps 202 to 203, and steps 204 to 207 are not performed in a sequential order.
Through steps 204-207, suspected violations other than expectations can be identified, that is, in steps 204-207, as shown in fig. 3, the relevant performance indicators are calculated and a probability distribution curve is drawn from two angles, namely, from the horizontal direction and the vertical direction according to business requirements, and the suspected violations other than expectations exist for storefronts with data seriously deviated in position on the curve and isolated.
Step 208: and obtaining and outputting a monitoring result of the store to which the first electronic equipment belongs by using the first matching result, the second matching result and the obtained performance analysis result.
That is, the first matching result, the second matching result, and the obtained performance analysis result are integrated as the monitoring result of the store.
In practice, the output may be an electronic mailbox sent to the administrator for the administrator to handle the violation.
In practical application, the steps 201 to 208 may be performed periodically, that is, the monitoring result of the store to which the first electronic device belongs is determined periodically and output, so that a manager can know the monitoring condition of the store in time.
In addition, during actual application, a manager can set the weight or confidence of each storefront and the violation monitoring analysis in the database to judge whether the violation is a violation. Moreover, if the proposed behavior is not classified into the existing violation type library after inspection, the administrator can add the behavior to the database to participate in future supervision and analysis.
In addition, the corresponding performance index is calculated by using the sales information in the second information; comparing the obtained performance index with statistical information based on at least two stores to obtain a first comparison result; comparing the obtained service index with the historical service index to obtain a second comparison result; obtaining a performance analysis result of a store to which the first electronic equipment belongs by using the first comparison result and the second comparison result; correspondingly, monitoring results of the store to which the first electronic device belongs are obtained and output by using the first matching result, the second matching result and the obtained performance analysis result, so that some suspected violations can be judged, and the suspected violations can be detected on site in time.
Further, although the illegal behavior of the store front is automatically analyzed, a store clerk may question the result of the automatic analysis in consideration of the actual application, and a complaint is proposed, and this problem also needs to be dealt with.
Based on this, another store monitoring method is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step 401: matching the collected first information and second information associated with the first electronic equipment with store management information in a database to obtain a first matching result;
here, the first information includes device information of the first electronic device and behavior information of an operation performed on the first electronic device; the second information includes store information to which the first electronic device belongs.
In practice, the clerk may modify the computer system time to forge the sample duration information, etc., and also need to identify such violations.
Based on this, in one embodiment, it is determined whether time information in the behavior information is the same as a corresponding server time;
when the time information in the behavior information is different from the corresponding server time, correcting the time information in the behavior information by using the server time;
accordingly, after correction, the first information and the second information are matched with store management information in the database.
Step 402: extracting characteristic information from the behavior information, and determining a use habit corresponding to the first electronic device based on the characteristic information;
in practical application, a corresponding model is established in a machine learning mode based on sample data, and the use habit corresponding to the first electronic device is determined by using the extracted feature information and the established model.
Wherein the usage habit refers to a behavior habit of a user using the first electronic device.
Step 403: matching the determined use habits with store management information in a database to obtain a second matching result;
here, in this step, the collected data is mined, and the further identification of the complex violation is realized by analyzing the acquired features, patterns or rules.
In actual application, the steps 401 and the steps 402 to 403 are not in sequence in execution.
Step 404: determining and outputting a monitoring result of a store to which the first electronic equipment belongs by using the first matching result and the second matching result;
that is, the first matching result and the second matching result are integrated as the monitoring result of the store.
In practice, the output may be an electronic mailbox sent to the administrator for the administrator to handle the violation.
In practical application, the steps 401 to 404 may be performed periodically, that is, the monitoring result of the store to which the first electronic device belongs is determined periodically and output, so that a manager can know the monitoring condition of the store in time.
Step 405: acquiring scene information of a store to which the first electronic equipment belongs in real time by using a camera;
step 406: when a complaint request is received, extracting scene information corresponding to time carried in the complaint request from the scene information according to a time evidence carried in the complaint request;
step 407: and matching the extracted scene information with the evidence in the complaint request to obtain a third matching result, and outputting the matching result.
That is to say, for the complaint of the store clerk on a certain analysis result, the corresponding monitoring picture is extracted according to the time clue, the true and false are distinguished by comparing with the evidence provided by the store clerk, and finally the interaction record is sent to the manager.
