Abstract
本发明涉及照明装置领域,具体涉及一种激光投射灯,解决现有的投射灯能效转换率低,照射距离不够远,使用寿命短等问题,其包括壳体、灯罩、安装支架和发光组件,发光组件位于壳体和灯罩组成的腔体内,包括散热基板、激光控制模块和激光模块;激光模块固定设置在散热基板的正面,散热基板背面设置有散热器,激光控制模块与激光模块连接;激光模块包括激光模块外壳、透镜压圈、透镜、黄磷滤镜和激光发射装置;透镜压圈、透镜、黄磷滤镜和激光发射装置依次设置在激光模块外壳内部,透镜压圈在轴向压紧透镜和黄磷滤镜。本发明采用激光作为照明光源,提高了能效转换率,增加了照明装置的照射距离。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明装置领域,具体涉及一种激光投射灯。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,投射灯被运用于越来越多的场合,投射灯一般用于照明和装饰。现有投射灯大部分采用LED发光二极管作为照明光源,LED照明光源具有寿命长、节能、绿色环保、色彩丰富以及微型化等优点,但是LED发光二极管由于将输入电能的很大一部分转变为热能,能效转换率低,出现了严重的能源浪费;同时,LED发光二极管面积小发热密度高,散热不良导致结点温度的升高,严重影响发光波长、光强、发光效率和使用寿命。此外,LED发光是散光,具有漫射,体积大,照射距离不够远等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有投射灯能效转换率低,照射距离不够远,使用寿命短等问题,而提供了一种激光投射灯,该激光投射灯增强了现有照明装置的射程和光能的转换率,增加了投射灯的使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种激光投射灯,包括壳体、灯罩、安装支架和发光组件,所述发光组件位于壳体和灯罩组成的腔体内,包括散热基板、激光控制模块、至少一个激光模块;所述激光模块固定设置在散热基板的正面,所述散热基板背面设置有散热器,所述激光控制模块与激光模块连接;所述激光模块包括激光模块外壳、透镜压圈、透镜、黄磷滤镜和激光发射装置;所述透镜压圈、透镜、黄磷滤镜和激光发射装置依次设置在激光模块外壳内部,所述透镜压圈在轴向压紧透镜和黄磷滤镜;所述激光发射装置发出的激光通过黄磷滤镜转换成白色照明光并发散,白色光线通过透镜聚光照射出去。
进一步地,所述透镜压圈的横截面为L型结构,包括横向部和竖向部,所述横向部与激光模块外壳螺纹连接并轴向压紧透镜,通过此种结构使透镜和黄磷透镜均能够更加稳固的压紧于激光支架上。
进一步地,所述透镜与黄磷滤镜相接触的一侧设置有白色照明光发散的发散腔,不仅可以减轻透镜的重量,还可以使聚光效果更加显著。
进一步地,所述黄磷滤镜的入光侧设置有凹槽,出光侧设置有凸起结构。
进一步地,所述激光模块外壳通过法兰和螺栓固定设置在散热基板的正面。
进一步地,所述散热器为条状散热鳍。
进一步地,所述壳体一侧设有便于给电源接线的出线口。
进一步地,所述安装支架上设有便于悬挂和安装的条形安装孔。
进一步地,所述安装支架与壳体通过螺钉连接。
进一步地,所述散热基板与壳体通过螺钉连接。
本发明的优点为:
1.本发明采用激光作为照明光源,提高了能效转换率,增加了照明装置的照射距离,具有结构简单、射程远、能耗低、寿命长、明亮度可随意调节等优点,可使用于抢险救灾、广场照明、工程照明、隧道照明及军事照明。
2.本发明采用激光作为照明光源,激光源发射出的光是聚光,穿透力强,单一的LED输出光功率一般为5~15mW,而单芯半导体激光管的发光功率达10W,一个激光管的亮度等于几百个LED的亮度总和,很小的激光可以达到很大的照射距离,大大改善了照射效果,提高照射清晰度,增加了照明装置的照射距离。
3.本发明采用激光作为照明光源,激光光源体积小,产生的热量小,将输入电能几乎全部用来发光,效率转换高,节约了能源,提高了能量的利用率;同时,激光产生的热量小,避免了散热不良导致结点温度的升高,延长了产品的使用寿命,降低了热辐射。
4.本发明激光发射装置前端设有黄磷滤镜,把蓝色光过滤成白色光线,黄磷滤镜还具有散光作用,黄磷透镜前端设有透镜,达到聚光效果,增大了照射距离,提高照射清晰度。
5.本发明在散热基板背面设置有散热器,加快了投射灯内部热量的散发速度,进一步提高了产品的使用寿命,壳体外设有条状散热鳍,提高灯具的散热效率,壳体侧方设有出线口,便于给电源接线。
6.本发明中一组或多组激光模块可自由搭配,各激光模块安装和控制互不影响。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至3所示的一种激光投射灯,包括壳体1、灯罩3、安装支架2和发光组件,发光组件位于壳体1和灯罩3组成的腔体内,其包括散热基板5、激光控制模块4、多个激光模块6;激光模块6固定设置在散热基板5的正面,散热基板5背面设置有散热器,激光控制模块4与激光模块6连接;激光模块6包括激光模块外壳61、透镜压圈62、透镜63、黄磷滤镜64和激光发射装置65;透镜压圈62、透镜63、黄磷滤镜64和激光发射装置65依次设置在激光模块外壳61内部,透镜压圈62在轴向压紧透镜63和黄磷滤镜64;透镜压圈62的横截面为L型结构,包括横向部和竖向部,横向部与激光模块外壳61螺纹连接并轴向压紧透镜63;透镜63与黄磷滤镜64相接触的一侧设置有白色照明光发散的发散腔;黄磷滤镜64的入光侧设置有凹槽,出光侧设置有凸起结构;激光发射装置65发出的激光通过黄磷滤镜64转换成白色照明光并发散,白色光线通过透镜63聚光照射出去。
激光模块外壳61通过法兰和螺栓固定设置在散热基板5的正面。激光控制模块4与壳体1采用螺钉连接方式,激光控制模块4可采用激光控制器,激光控制器包括温度控制器和激光二极管驱动器,用于控制激光发射装置65的温度和驱动,同时给激光发射装置提供稳定的直流电,安装支架2与壳体1采用螺钉连接方式,散热基板5与壳体1采用螺钉连接方式,激光模块6与散热基板5采用螺钉连接方式,灯罩3与壳体1采用螺钉连接方式。
壳体1外设有条状散热鳍,提高灯具的散热效率,侧方设有出线口,便于给电源接线。安装支架2上设有便于悬挂和安装的条形安装孔,安装支架2与壳体1通过螺钉连接。散热基板5背面设有散热器,有助于激光模块6的散热;可以单组或多组自由搭配激光模块6,各激光模块6的安装和控制互不影响。
本发明一种激光投射灯可模块化控制,多组激光模块6可任意搭配开启,可安装不同颜色的激光模块6,可用于舞台激光灯,激光发射装置65安装于激光模块外壳61内部,通过黄磷滤镜64转换成白色照明光并发散,白色光线通过透镜63聚光照射出去,达到照明效果。
Claims (10)
1.一种激光投射灯,包括壳体(1)、灯罩(3)、安装支架(2)和发光组件,其特征在于:所述发光组件位于壳体(1)和灯罩(3)组成的腔体内,包括散热基板(5)、激光控制模块(4)、至少一个激光模块(6);
所述激光模块(6)固定设置在散热基板(5)的正面,所述散热基板(5)背面设置有散热器,所述激光控制模块(4)与激光模块(6)连接;
所述激光模块(6)包括激光模块外壳(61)、透镜压圈(62)、透镜(63)、黄磷滤镜(64)和激光发射装置(65);所述透镜压圈(62)、透镜(63)、黄磷滤镜(64)和激光发射装置(65)依次设置在激光模块外壳(61)内部,所述透镜压圈(62)在轴向压紧透镜(63)和黄磷滤镜(64);
所述激光发射装置(65)发出的激光通过黄磷滤镜(64)转换成白色照明光并发散,白色光线通过透镜(63)聚光照射出去。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光投射灯,其特征在于:所述透镜压圈(62)的横截面为L型结构,包括横向部和竖向部,所述横向部与激光模块外壳(61)螺纹连接并轴向压紧透镜(63)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的激光投射灯,其特征在于:所述透镜(63)与黄磷滤镜(64)相接触的一侧设置有白色照明光发散的发散腔。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的激光投射灯,其特征在于:所述黄磷滤镜(64)的入光侧设置有凹槽,出光侧设置有凸起结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的激光投射灯,其特征在于:所述激光模块外壳(61)通过法兰和螺栓固定设置在散热基板(5)的正面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的激光投射灯,其特征在于:所述散热器为条状散热鳍。
7.根据权利要求6所述的激光投射灯,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)一侧设有便于给电源接线的出线口。
8.根据权利要求7所述的激光投射灯,其特征在于:所述安装支架(2)上设有便于悬挂和安装的条形安装孔。
9.根据权利要求8所述的激光投射灯,其特征在于:所述安装支架(2)与壳体(1)通过螺钉连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的激光投射灯,其特征在于:所述散热基板(5)与壳体(1)通过螺钉连接。
