Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of manufacturing and assembling of marine engines, and particularly relates to a gas injection valve mounting structure of an engine. According to the invention, the gas injection valve is directly arranged on the cylinder head of the engine, so that the mounting structure of the gas injection valve is simplified, and the structural stability of the gas injection valve is ensured; according to the invention, the outlet of the injection pipe of the fuel gas injection valve is in a bevel shape facing the inner end of the air inlet pipe, so that fuel gas can be prevented from flowing back in the air inlet pipe.

Background
The gas injection valve of the gas engine in the prior art is mostly arranged on an air inlet pipeline outside the engine cylinder head, the mounting mode needs to be provided with a special mounting seat or a pipe joint on the air inlet pipeline, the connecting structure is load-bearing, the assembly is inconvenient, the structural stability of the gas injection valve is not guaranteed, and the mounting cost is high.

The invention aims to provide a fuel gas injection valve mounting structure of an engine, which is convenient for assembling the fuel gas injection valve.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: a gas injection valve mounting structure of an engine is characterized in that the gas injection valve is mounted on an engine cylinder head, a through hole is formed in the engine cylinder head, the through hole penetrates through an air inlet pipeline inside the cylinder head, and an injection pipe of the gas injection valve penetrates through the through hole and protrudes into the air inlet pipeline inside the cylinder head.
The gas injection valve is fixedly connected with the cylinder head top surface through bolts perpendicular to the first flange surface, the through holes are formed in the cylinder head top surface and the area attached to the first flange surface, the injection pipe penetrates into the through holes from the first flange surface, and a first sealing ring is arranged between the first flange surface and the cylinder head top surface around the injection pipe.
One end of the injection pipe protruding into the air inlet pipeline is in a bevel connection shape, and the bevel connection is arranged towards the inner end of the air inlet pipeline.
The gas injection valve is characterized in that a second flange surface is further arranged on the gas injection valve and perpendicular to the first flange surface, the second flange surface faces the end face of the air inlet of the cylinder head in the same direction, a gas inlet of the gas injection valve is located on the second flange surface, and the second flange surface is used for being connected with a gas supply pipeline.
And a second sealing ring is arranged on the second flange surface around the fuel gas inlet.

The gas injection valve 20 is provided with a first flange surface 23 attached to the top surface of the cylinder head 10, the gas injection valve 20 is fixedly connected with the top surface of the cylinder head 10 through bolts perpendicular to the first flange surface 23, the through hole 12 is formed in the area attached to the first flange surface 23 on the top surface of the cylinder head 10, the injection pipe 21 penetrates into the through hole 12 from the first flange surface 23, and a first sealing ring 25 is arranged between the first flange surface 23 and the top surface of the cylinder head 10 around the injection pipe 21. The end of the injection pipe 21 protruding into the air inlet pipeline 11 is in a bevel connection shape, and the bevel connection is arranged towards the inner end of the air inlet pipeline 11.
