Abstract

The brake comprises a relay valve body and a two-way valve body communicated with the relay valve body, wherein the relay valve body comprises an upper cavity and a lower cavity, the upper cavity and the lower cavity are communicated through a central channel, a sealing lip is arranged on a central channel opening, the upper cavity is provided with an air inlet communicated with an air storage cylinder, a sealing sliding piece is arranged in the upper cavity, one end of the sealing sliding piece is propped against the sealing lip, the other end of the sealing sliding piece is propped against an upper shell of the relay valve body through a first spring seat and a first spring, a piston is arranged in the lower cavity to separate an upper air chamber from a lower air chamber, a protruding block is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the piston, the protruding block can lift up through the sealing lip and the sealing sliding piece, and the upper air chamber is communicated with an air outlet connected with a brake air chamber. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient assembly, safety, reliability and long service life, and can ensure the softness of the automobile when the automobile is in idle load and ensure the enough braking strength of the automobile when the automobile is in heavy load.

Background

As a further improvement, the bidirectional valve body comprises a shell and a valve core thereof, wherein two ends of an inner cavity of the shell are respectively provided with an air storage port and a control port, the middle part of the shell is provided with an air storage pipeline and a control pipeline, the air storage pipeline is communicated with the upper cavity, the control pipeline is communicated with a lower air chamber of the lower cavity, the valve core is arranged in the inner cavity of the shell, and the air storage port and the air storage pipeline or the passage of the control port and the control pipeline are controlled in a unidirectional way.

The bidirectional valve body 2 comprises a shell 22 and a valve core 23 thereof, wherein two ends of an inner cavity of the shell 22 are respectively provided with an air storage port 24 and a control port 25, the middle part of the shell is provided with an air storage pipeline 26 and a control pipeline 27, the air storage pipeline 26 is communicated with the upper cavity 3, the control pipeline 27 is communicated with the lower air chamber 17 of the lower cavity 4, the valve core 23 is arranged in the inner cavity of the shell 22, and the passage of the air storage port 24, the air storage pipeline 26 or the control port 25 and the control pipeline 27 is unidirectionally controlled. A one-way valve 27 is arranged between the air storage port 24 and the air storage pipeline 26.
