Preferably, opposite sides of the second plate 22 are respectively attached to the bending portion 212 and the second surface 12, that is, the second plate 22 is located between the second surface 12 and the bending portion 212, so that the second plate 22 is more conveniently and smoothly attached to the second surface 12, and in addition, the first plate 21 can be more conveniently and conveniently repaired.

In the design process of the protrusion 221, the gap between the boundary of the protrusion 221 and the first plate 21 can be set according to specific appearance requirements, the gap is calculated according to the manufacturing error range of + -2 mm of the total width of the framework, the tolerance grade is 5 according to the relevant national standards GB/T14486-93 and SJ/T10628-95 of the plastic molding, the size error range of the total width is + -5 mm according to the table lookup, and the size error range of the overlapped part of the two plates is + -0.6 to + -0.7 mm. In order to ensure that the bending portion 212 and the second plate 22 can overlap each other and do not interfere with the protrusion 221, it is necessary to ensure x+y > Z, where X is a distance between the left end surface of the second plate 22 and the first side surface 2211 of the protrusion 221, Y is a width of the bending portion 212, and Z is a distance between the straight portion 211 of the first plate 21 and the protrusion 221.
The assembly process of the embodiment shown in fig. 2 is:
cutting the second sheet 22 and attaching the second sheet 22 to the second surface 12;
attaching the bending part 212 of the first plate 21 to the second plate 22, ensuring that no seam is visible in the sight line of a user, and marking the lower edge of the first plate 21;
repairing the lower edge of the first plate 21;
the first plate 21 after finishing is attached to the first surface 11, thereby finishing the attaching process.
Of course, it should be understood that, for aesthetic purposes, it is also possible to conceal as much of the overlapping structure as possible, for example, as shown in fig. 4, the bending portion 212 includes a first bending portion 2121 formed by bending the straight portion 211 away from the first surface 11 and a second bending portion 2122 formed by bending in opposite directions (i.e., a second bending portion 2122 formed by bending a side of the first bending portion 2121 away from the straight portion 211 toward the first surface 11), where the second bending portion 2122 meets the second plate 22 and preferably overlaps each other, because the second bending portion 2122 is bent in opposite directions, so that only one seam is exposed to the outside, and most of the overlapping structure is concealed in the space enclosed by the first bending portion 2121, the first surface 11 and the second surface 12.
