In particular, in the embodiment of the present invention, two vertical plates 92 of the motor support 9 may be provided with the clamping holes 921, and the motor 3 may pass through the two clamping holes 921 and form a clamping structure with the peripheral walls of the two clamping holes 921, so that the connection reliability of the motor 3 and the motor support 9 is more beneficial to be ensured.
Referring to fig. 7, the portion of the motor 3 connected to the motor bracket 9 is shown in the drawing, that is, the left end portion of the motor 3, and the outer wall thereof may be provided with two circumferentially extending clamping grooves 32 at intervals. When the motor 3 and the motor bracket 9 are in a connected state, the clamping groove 32 can be clamped with the clamping hole 921, specifically, the bottom of the clamping groove 32 is abutted against the peripheral wall of the clamping hole 921, and two side walls of the clamping groove 32 are tightly attached to two end surfaces of the vertical plate 92 of the motor bracket 9. The clamping groove 32 may be a ring groove, or an arc groove extending along a circumferential direction.
When the motor 3 is engaged with the motor bracket 9, the portion of the motor 3 engaged with the motor bracket 9 has an abutment surface 35 at the upper end of the peripheral wall, and the abutment surface 35 can be bonded to the cross plate 91 of the motor bracket 9. Thus, the transverse plate 91 of the motor bracket 9 is matched with the two clamping holes 921, so that a three-point supporting structure can be formed for the motor 3, and the reliable positioning of the motor 3 is more facilitated to be ensured.
In fact, the motor 3 is clamped into the motor support 9, and may further include an output portion 31 of the motor 3, where the output portion 31 includes a screw rod, and when the rotating shaft of the motor 3 rotates, the screw rod can be driven to generate linear displacement, so that the screw rod extends or retracts, and then the first adjusting support 5 is driven to act.
In addition, the motor 3 can be further provided with a plastic gasket 33 and a limiting sleeve 34 to adjust the stroke of the output part 31, and with the arrangement, the motor 3 with the same model can meet different stroke adjustment requirements of the electric seat basin 1 with different structures, so that the angle adjustment mechanism of the seat basin provided by the embodiment of the invention has wider applicability.

When the chair is used, the first adjusting bracket 5 is a driving bracket, the second adjusting bracket 6 is a driven bracket and is used for driving the adjusting cross rod 4 by matching with the first adjusting bracket 5, and the two adjusting brackets can ensure the approximately synchronous action of the left end and the right end of the adjusting cross rod 4 so as to ensure the stability of the chair basin 1 in the angle adjusting process.
With continued reference to fig. 8, and with reference to fig. 9, the upper end of the second adjusting bracket 6 may have a supporting surface 61, where the supporting surface 61 can abut against the connecting rod 22, so as to prevent the seat pan 1 from excessively deforming in the Z direction when the vehicle collides, and reduce the damage to the human body; similarly, the upper end of the first adjusting bracket 5 may also be provided with the supporting surface 61, so that the first adjusting bracket 5 cooperates with the second adjusting bracket 6 to form a better support for the docking rod 22, so as to more effectively prevent the seat pan 1 from being excessively deformed in the Z direction.
The bottom surface of the seat pan 1 may be further provided with a plurality of guide members 7, and in particular, in the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the guide members 7 is two, and the two guide members 7 may be disposed at intervals in the lateral direction. The guide holes 71 extending along the front-rear direction can be formed in each guide piece 7, the adjusting cross rod 4 can penetrate through the guide holes 71 of each guide piece 7, and when the first adjusting bracket 5 drives the adjusting cross rod 4 to act, the adjusting cross rod 4 can slide in the guide holes 71, so that the angle of the chair basin 1 can be adjusted.
The guide hole 71 may be formed by enclosing the guide member 7 with the seat pan 1, specifically, the guide member 7 may have a U-shaped structure, and the opening of the U-shaped structure may be connected to the bottom surface of the seat pan 1, so that the groove of the U-shaped structure and the bottom surface of the seat pan 1 may enclose to form the guide hole 71, and the guide hole 71 in this form may also satisfy the above effects.
The invention also provides a power seat, which comprises the seat pan angle adjusting mechanism in each embodiment.
