Technical Field
The invention relates to a multi-wire cutting machine, in particular to a cutting wire alignment device of the multi-wire cutting machine, and belongs to the technical field of multi-wire cutting.
Background

According to the cutting line alignment device of the multi-wire cutting machine, the alignment block assembly is provided with the first reference surface and the second reference surface which are perpendicular to each other, the first reference surface is provided with two first alignment posts, the second reference surface is provided with two second alignment posts, and central axes of the first alignment posts and the second alignment posts in the horizontal direction are overlapped; grooves for accommodating cutting lines are provided at the horizontal central axes of the end faces of the first pair of posts and the second pair of posts.
According to the cutting line alignment device of the multi-wire cutting machine, the cutting line is connected with a 24V power supply, the cutter setting block body is made of an insulator material, the first alignment posts and the second alignment posts are made of a conductor material, a first indicator lamp is arranged at the top of a first reference surface of the cutter setting block body, and the first indicator lamp is connected with two first alignment post wires; and a second indicator lamp is arranged at the front part of a second reference surface of the pair of wire block bodies, and the second indicator lamp is connected with two second pair of wire posts.
The cutting line alignment device of the multi-wire cutting machine comprises a locking mechanism between the bottom plate and the adjusting plate, wherein the locking mechanism comprises an arc-shaped long hole formed in the bottom plate, a threaded hole formed in the adjusting plate and locking screws, the locking screws and the threaded holes formed in the adjusting plate are two groups, and the locking screws penetrate through the arc-shaped long hole formed in the bottom plate and are assembled with the threaded holes formed in the adjusting plate.
According to the cutting line alignment device of the multi-wire cutting machine, the locking nails for fixing the sliding seat on the sliding beam are arranged on the sliding seat.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, a locking mechanism between a base plate 1-2-3 and an adjusting plate 1-2-4 of the cutting line alignment device of the multi-wire cutting machine disclosed by the invention consists of an arc-shaped long hole 1-2-3-1 arranged on the base plate 1-2-3, a threaded hole arranged on the adjusting plate 1-2-4 and locking screws 1-2-8, wherein the number of the locking screws 1-2-8 and the threaded holes on the adjusting plate 1-2-4 is two, and the locking screws 1-2-8 penetrate through the arc-shaped long hole 1-2-3-1 on the base plate 1-2-3 and are assembled with the threaded holes on the adjusting plate 1-2-4.
