In clinical practice, a stent delivery system can bring a series of reactions such as coagulation performance, bacterial adsorption and tissue damage caused by friction when entering a human body, so that the surface biocompatibility of the stent delivery system material is important except that the stent delivery system material must have due mechanical properties. After the bracket conveying system is placed in the imitation groove, the fastening bolt 1.4 penetrates through the first cover plate limiting hole 1.13, the fixing bolt 1.4 is rotated clockwise, the fixing bolt 1.4 can be made to advance, the head of the fixing bolt is abutted against the first base limiting hole 1.12, and stable pressing of the head clamping cover plate 1.2 is achieved. The fixing bolt 1.4 is rotated anticlockwise, so that the fixing bolt 1.4 can be withdrawn from the first cover plate limiting hole 1.13, the head clamping cover plate 1.2 is opened, and compared with a threaded hole, the threaded sleeve 1.3 can obviously improve the threaded connection strength and the wear resistance, and the loosening and the sliding of threads are prevented.
Wherein, the material of the head clamping base 1.1 and the head clamping cover plate 1.2 is medical polytetrafluoroethylene so as to protect a bracket conveying system which is in direct contact with the medical polytetrafluoroethylene.
As shown in fig. 4, the positioning seat 2 is provided with a positioning base body 2.1, the positioning base body 2.1 is provided with a fixing frame fastening mechanism, and the structure of the positioning base is the same as that of the fixing frame fastening mechanism of the head clamping base body 1.1, so that the details are not repeated here. The positioning base body 2.1 is provided with a second U-shaped through groove 2.6 which is matched with ultraviolet curing equipment; a plurality of first positioning grooves 2.5 are arranged above the second U-shaped through groove 2.6; the positioning base body 2.1 is also provided with a protection cushion block 2.2, the protection cushion block 2.2 is provided with a plurality of bulges 2.7, and the bulges 2.7 of the protection cushion block 2.2 are in interference fit with the first positioning groove 2.5 so as to limit the degree of freedom of the protection cushion block 2.2 and avoid the protection cushion block 2.2 from sliding off in the clamping process; the protection cushion block 2.2 is also provided with a plurality of second positioning grooves 2.4 for fixing the bracket conveying system. Wherein the material of the protective cushion block 2.2 is medical polytetrafluoroethylene.
As shown in fig. 5, the fixing base 3 is provided with a fixing base body 3.1, the fixing base body 3.1 is fixed on the fixing frame 6, and one end of the fixing base body 3.1 is connected with a fixing base cover plate 3.2 through a pin shaft 3.5.
The fixing base body 3.1 is provided with a fixing frame fastening mechanism, and the structure of the fixing base body is the same as that of the fixing frame fastening mechanism of the head clamping base body 1.1, so that the description is omitted here. The fixed base body 3.1 is provided with a first fixed groove 3.7 matched with the fixed base cover plate 3.2, and the side walls on two sides of the first fixed groove 3.7 are provided with a plurality of opposite second fixed grooves 3.8 for placing a bracket conveying system; the fixing base 3 is further provided with a fixing base cover plate fastening mechanism, the structure of which is basically the same as that of the head clamping cover plate fastening mechanism, and only the first fixing groove 3.1 is slightly different from the head clamping groove 1.11 in structure, so that the description is omitted here.
As shown in fig. 6, the supporting seat 4 is provided with two supporting seat fastening rings 4.1, the fixing frame 6 penetrates through the supporting seat fastening rings 4.1, the supporting seat fastening rings are provided with upper openings 4.5, and through holes are formed in two sides of the upper openings 4.5; a fastening bolt 4.2 is arranged in the through hole, and the fastening bolt 4.2 is connected with a fastening nut 4.3; the supporting seat 4 is also provided with a supporting guide wire 4.4, and two ends of the supporting guide wire 4.4 are arranged in an upper opening 4.5 of the supporting seat fastening ring 4.1.
Preferably, the distance between the head clamping seat 1 and the positioning seat 2 is 80cm, and the distance between the supporting seat 4 and the tail clamping seat 5 is 54cm.
