A chef machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the lower end of the central shaft hole extends out of the lower side of the planet carrier and is provided with a central shaft hole convex wall, the inner wall of the central shaft hole convex wall is provided with a circle of blocking edge at a preset height position from the end face of the central shaft hole convex wall, and a groove is formed between the lower end of the central shaft hole convex wall and the blocking edge; the central shaft is arranged on the inner side of the blocking edge; the inner diameter of the first gasket is smaller than the inner diameter of the blocking edge, the outer diameter of the first gasket is larger than the outer diameter of the blocking edge, and the first gasket is fixed at the lower end of the central shaft through the first connecting screw so as to block the blocking edge on the upper side of the first gasket; the novel connecting device comprises a groove, and is characterized by further comprising a plug, wherein the plug is plugged in the groove and is tightly matched with the convex wall of the central shaft hole, and an avoidance space for avoiding the first gasket and the first connecting screw is arranged between the plug blocking edges.
4. A chef machine as claimed in claim 3 wherein: the plug is in interference fit with the convex wall of the central shaft hole; or the plug is adhered to the convex wall of the central shaft hole through an adhesive.

A chef machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the lower end of the central shaft hole extends out of the lower side of the planet carrier and is provided with a central shaft hole convex wall, the inner wall of the central shaft hole convex wall is provided with a circle of blocking edge at a preset height position from the end face of the central shaft hole convex wall, and a groove is formed between the lower end of the central shaft hole convex wall and the blocking edge; the central shaft is arranged on the inner side of the blocking edge; the inner diameter of the first gasket is smaller than the inner diameter of the blocking edge, the outer diameter of the first gasket is larger than the outer diameter of the blocking edge, and the first gasket is fixed at the lower end of the central shaft through the first connecting screw so as to block the blocking edge on the upper side of the first gasket; the novel screw bolt is characterized by further comprising a plug, wherein a connecting hole is formed in the plug, the plug is adaptively arranged in the groove, and the connecting hole and the first gasket which are sequentially plugged by the screw bolt are connected with the lower end of the central shaft.

A chef machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein: the main body comprises a machine base assembly and a machine head assembly, one end of the machine head assembly is connected with the upper end of the machine base assembly in a turnover mode, the driving device, the speed changing mechanism and the power output shaft are arranged in the machine head assembly, and the speed changing mechanism and the power output shaft are arranged at the other end of the machine head assembly.

The chef machine of claim 6 wherein: the machine seat assembly comprises a base and a support, the support is arranged at the upper part of one end of the base, and one end of the machine head assembly is connected with the upper end of the support in a turnover way; a placing groove is formed in the upper side of the other end of the base, and a detachable stirring barrel is arranged in the placing groove; the stirrer is detachably arranged on the power output connector, and is placed in or moved out of the stirring barrel along with the turnover of the machine head assembly.
