本发明公开了一种大棚种植用浇滴机,包括箱体,箱体内设有转轴,转轴一端与箱体侧壁旋转连接,转轴另一端穿过箱体侧壁并与调速电机的输出轴固定,电机固定在箱体的侧壁上,转轴上固定有滚筒,滚筒表面固定有若干个叶板,箱体上端固定有弧形罩体,弧形罩体一端固定有竖板,竖板上设有凹槽,竖板到箱体侧壁的距离为10cm,箱体侧壁固定有横板,横板上端有竖杆,竖杆上端有水箱,水箱下端有水管并与其连通,水管上有调速阀,水管下端与箱体连接,箱体下端有滑板,滑板下端有把手,箱体下端有两根滑轨,滑轨上有与滑板两侧相匹配的滑槽,滑板在滑槽内滑动设置,滑轨两端有支撑板,本发明可控制水速,避免浪费,不出现滴灌孔堵塞的情况。

本发明涉及大棚种植领域,具体涉及一种大棚种植用浇滴机。
背景技术
现有的滴灌设备,在大棚里的土壤表面上大面积铺设,水直接滴入到土壤里,造成水资源浪费,并且不同的植物需用水量也不同,滴灌无法控制水速,滴灌管在土壤表面安装,极易造成滴灌孔堵塞,水箱安装在大棚外面,还要铺设水管来满足滴灌时的充足用水。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种大棚种植用浇滴机。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种大棚种植用浇滴机,包括箱体,所述箱体内设有转轴,所述转轴一端与箱体侧壁旋转连接,所述转轴另一端穿过箱体侧壁并与调速电机的输出轴固定,所述电机固定在箱体的侧壁上,转轴上固定有滚筒,所述滚筒表面固定有若干个叶板,所述箱体上端固定有弧形罩体,所述弧形罩体一端固定有竖板,所述竖板上设有凹槽,所述竖板到箱体侧壁的距离为10cm,所述箱体侧壁固定有横板,所述横板上端固定有竖杆,所述竖杆上端固定有水箱,所述水箱下端固定有水管并与其连通,所述水管上设有调速阀,所述水管下端与箱体连接,所述箱体下端固定有滑板,所述滑板下端固定有把手,所述箱体下端设有两根滑轨,所述滑轨上设有与滑板两侧相匹配的滑槽,所述滑板在滑槽内滑动设置,所述滑轨两端固定有支撑板。
优选的,所述箱体的长度为40cm。
优选的,所述箱体的高度为30cm。
优选的,所述滑轨离地高度为60cm。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:滴灌均匀,可以控制水速,大棚的里的空间有限,在需要的植物上方滴灌,避免不必要的浪费,不会出现滴灌孔堵塞的情况,安装有水箱,满足滴灌时的用水充足,通过调速阀调节水速,保持水的持续供给,放置到地面,不需要手持,并且可以前后移动,滴灌的面积增大,保证植物充分的被滴灌到。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示,一种大棚种植用浇滴机,包括箱体1,所述箱体1内设有转轴2,所述转轴2一端与箱体1侧壁旋转连接,所述转轴2另一端穿过箱体1侧壁并与调速电机16的输出轴固定,所述电机16固定在箱体1的侧壁上,转轴2上固定有滚筒3,所述滚筒3表面固定有若干个叶板4,所述箱体1上端固定有弧形罩体5,所述弧形罩体5一端固定有竖板6,所述竖板6上设有凹槽6-1,所述竖板6到箱体1侧壁的距离为10cm,所述箱体1侧壁固定有横板7,所述横板7上端固定有竖杆8,所述竖杆8上端固定有水箱 9,所述水箱 9下端固定有水管10并与其连通,所述水管10上设有调速阀11,所述水管10下端与箱体1连接,所述箱体1下端固定有滑板12,所述滑板12下端固定有把手13,所述箱体1下端设有两根滑轨14,所述滑轨14上设有与滑板12两侧相匹配的滑槽14-1,所述滑板12在滑槽14-1内滑动设置,所述滑轨14两端固定有支撑板15。
所述箱体1的长度为40cm。
所述箱体1的高度为30cm。
所述滑轨14离地高度为60cm。
工作原理:本发明将水箱9注入水,打开调速阀11使水通过水管10流入箱体1内,水面到箱体1内三分之一处,使滚筒3的叶板4完全进入水里即可,调节调速阀11使水流变慢,水持续流入箱体1内,启动调速电机16,控制其速度为慢速,电机16使转轴2带动滚筒3旋转,滚筒3上的多个叶板4拍打水面,水被溅起打在弧形罩体5内壁,随后顺着弧形罩体5内壁向下流动到竖板6上,通过竖板6上的凹槽6-1,形成滴落状态,滴落到植物的土上壤完成滴灌,调节滚筒3变快,溅起的变水多,滴灌的流速变快,使用把手13可将箱体1前后移动,进行多方面的滴管。

1.一种大棚种植用浇滴机,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)内设有转轴(2),所述转轴(2)一端与箱体(1)侧壁旋转连接,所述转轴(2)另一端穿过箱体(1)侧壁并与调速电机(16)的输出轴固定,所述电机(16)固定在箱体(1)的侧壁上,转轴(2)上固定有滚筒(3),所述滚筒(3)表面固定有若干个叶板(4),所述箱体(1)上端固定有弧形罩体(5),所述弧形罩体(5)一端固定有竖板(6),所述竖板(6)上设有凹槽(6-1),所述竖板(6)到箱体(1)侧壁的距离为10cm,所述箱体(1)侧壁固定有横板(7),所述横板(7)上端固定有竖杆(8),所述竖杆(8)上端固定有水箱 (9),所述水箱 (9)下端固定有水管(10)并与其连通,所述水管(10)上设有调速阀(11),所述水管(10)下端与箱体(1)连接,所述箱体(1)下端固定有滑板(12),所述滑板(12)下端固定有把手(13),所述箱体(1)下端设有两根滑轨(14),所述滑轨(14)上设有与滑板(12)两侧相匹配的滑槽(14-1),所述滑板(12)在滑槽(14-1)内滑动设置,所述滑轨(14)两端固定有支撑板(15)。
