Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
The embodiment of the invention provides a scheme for searching a terminal, which can accurately identify the searching intention of a user on a first terminal aiming at a voice instruction of the user through a voice recognition technology and/or a voiceprint recognition technology, and output feedback information to enable the user to search the first terminal according to the feedback information. Even when the first terminal does not support the call function, the first terminal can still acquire the voice instruction of the current user, so the embodiment of the invention can not be limited by the call function, and the success rate of searching the terminal and the applicability of the scheme can be improved.
In addition, in the conventional scheme, when the mobile terminal is set to be in a mute state or a vibration off state, the user cannot determine the position of the mobile terminal through the ring tone of the user, and further cannot find the mobile terminal. The feedback information of the embodiment of the present invention may be information preset by a user or a person skilled in the art, that is, the feedback information may not be limited by the mute state or the vibration off state of the first terminal, for example, even when the first terminal is in the mute state, the feedback information of the embodiment of the present invention may still be a ring tone with a preset volume, or even when the first terminal is in the vibration off state, the feedback information of the embodiment of the present invention may still be vibration information.
In summary, since the embodiment of the present invention can output the feedback information that is not limited by the mute state or the vibration off state of the first terminal under the condition of accurately identifying the searching intention of the user for the first terminal, the success rate of searching for the terminal and the applicability of the scheme can be improved; moreover, the feedback information of some embodiments of the present invention may prompt the location of the first terminal to help the user to quickly find the first terminal.
Method embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of an embodiment of a method for finding a terminal according to the present invention is shown, and applied to a first terminal, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 101, collecting a voice instruction of a current user;
102, carrying out voice recognition on the voice command to obtain a corresponding voice recognition result; and/or extracting the voiceprint features of the voice command;
and 103, outputting feedback information when the voice recognition result is matched with a preset searching instruction and/or the voiceprint characteristic is matched with a preset voiceprint characteristic, so that the current user searches the first terminal according to the feedback information.
The first terminal of the embodiment of the present invention may be used to represent a terminal to be searched, and in practical application, the first terminal may be any mobile terminal, for example, the mobile terminal may specifically include but is not limited to: smart phones, tablet computers, electronic book readers, MP3 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III) players, MP4 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV) players, wearable terminals, and the like.
The method for searching for a terminal provided by the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to any APP (Application program) running on a first terminal, where the APP can be a system level APP or an Application level APP, and for example, the system level APP can have functions of Application program management, system management (such as memory, storage, and the like), network management, resource transmission, and the like, so as to assist a user to manage a mobile terminal more conveniently. Optionally, the client and the server of the APP may be located in a wired or wireless network, and the client and the server may perform data interaction through the wired or wireless network, or the client and the server may perform data interaction. For convenience of description, the embodiment of the present invention uses the first client to represent the client running on the first terminal. It is to be understood that the above application environments are only examples, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to specific application environments.
For step 101, in practical applications, the first client may collect the voice instruction of the current user through a microphone or other voice collecting device, where the current user may generally refer to a user corresponding to the voice instruction.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the step 101 of collecting the voice instruction of the current user specifically includes: and intercepting to obtain the voice instruction of the current user by a low-power continuous interception technology. The low-power continuous interception technology can intercept voice signals through a low-frequency operation mode by a CPU when the mobile terminal is in a sleep state (such as in an airplane mode) so as to achieve the requirements of continuous interception and low consumption of memory and electric quantity. When the mobile terminal is in a sleep state, functional modules of the mobile terminal, such as a communication module, a voice recognition module, a voiceprint extraction module and the like, are normally idle, but when a voice instruction of a current user is intercepted and obtained through a low-power continuous interception technology, the functional modules can be awakened and called to execute subsequent steps of the embodiment of the invention, so that the user can be helped to quickly find the first terminal when the mobile terminal is in the sleep state.
For step 102, optionally, the first client may send the voice command to, for example, a server, and the server recognizes the voice command to obtain a corresponding voice recognition result and returns the result. If the voice command is marked as S, a series of processing is carried out on S to obtain a corresponding voice characteristic sequence O, and the voice characteristic sequence O is marked as O ═ { O }1,O2,…,Oi,…,OTIn which O isiIs the ith speech feature, and T is the total number of speech features. A sentence corresponding to a speech signal S can be regarded as a word string composed of many words, and is denoted by W ═ W1,w2,…,wn}. The process of speech recognition is to find the most likely word string W' based on the known speech feature sequence O.
Specifically, the speech recognition is a model matching process, in which a speech model is first established according to the speech characteristics of a person, and a template required for the speech recognition is established by extracting required features through analysis of an input speech signal; the process of recognizing the voice command of the user is a process of comparing the characteristics of the voice command with the template, and finally determining the best template matched with the voice command so as to obtain a voice recognition result. The specific speech recognition algorithm may adopt a training and recognition algorithm based on a statistical hidden markov model, or may adopt other algorithms such as a training and recognition algorithm based on a neural network, a recognition algorithm based on dynamic time warping matching, and the like.
For step 102, optionally, the first client may send the voice command to, for example, a server, and the server extracts the voiceprint feature of the voice command and returns. Voiceprint recognition technology, also called speaker recognition technology, is a technology for recognizing the identity of a speaker by extracting relevant features representing the identity of the speaker through a voice signal, such as fundamental frequency features reflecting the glottic opening and closing frequency, frequency spectrum features reflecting the size and shape of an oral cavity and the length of a vocal tract, and the like. In practical application, the voice command can be subjected to voiceprint feature analysis and extraction according to a voiceprint feature extraction algorithm to obtain voiceprint features. The voiceprint feature extraction algorithm can be set according to actual requirements, and is not particularly limited here. Optionally, the voiceprint features may specifically include a rolling tongue feature parameter, a vocal cord feature parameter, an oral cavity feature parameter, a nasal sound feature parameter, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific voiceprint features.
Since the operation required by the voice recognition and/or the voiceprint feature extraction in the step 102 is executed in the server, the operation amount of the first client can be reduced, that is, the resource consumption of the first client can be greatly reduced, so that the operation time and the operation efficiency of the first client can be improved, and the practicability of the first client can be improved; in addition, the advantage of abundant server-side computing resources (cloud resources in the cloud server) can be exerted, so that the acquisition precision and the acquisition efficiency of the voice recognition result and/or the voiceprint feature can be improved. Of course, the voice recognition and/or voiceprint feature extraction process corresponding to step 102 may also be executed by the voice recognition module and/or the voiceprint extraction module of the first client, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit a specific execution subject of the voice recognition and/or voiceprint feature extraction process corresponding to step 102.
For step 103, the preset search instruction may be a preset search instruction. In practical application, a user can set the preset searching instruction through the first preset interface. The format of the preset search instruction may include: the voice format, the text format, and the like, such as a voice signal and a text of "where you are on a mobile phone", it can be understood that the embodiment of the present invention does not impose any limitation on the specific preset search instruction and the setting mode thereof.
Similarly, the preset voiceprint feature may also be a previously collected voiceprint feature. The user can trigger the collection operation of the preset voiceprint features through the second preset interface, and the first client can automatically collect the historical voice signals generated by the user on the first terminal. Alternatively, the history voice signal may be a voice signal generated by the user during a voice call, or a voice signal generated during other voice input (for example, a search voice instruction input during the use of the search APP, or a control voice instruction input during the use of the smart control APP, etc.).
In practical applications, the number of users of the first terminal may be one or more. When the users of the first terminal are multiple users, the master user can be identified, and the preset voiceprint characteristics of the master user can be further obtained. The owner user may be a user who owns the first terminal, and the non-owner user may be a user who uses the first terminal temporarily, and since the owner user has the greatest possibility of finding the first terminal, the preset voiceprint feature of the owner user may be preferably applied to the process of finding the terminal. To sum up, the embodiment of the present invention outputs the feedback information when the matching between the voiceprint feature and the preset voiceprint feature is successful, and since the matching between the voiceprint feature and the preset voiceprint feature can be used for authenticating the identity of the current user, when the identity of the current user is not the owner user of the first terminal or the user who has used the first terminal, the identity authentication of the current user can be considered not to pass. Namely, the embodiment of the invention can accurately identify the identity of the owner by means of the voiceprint recognition technology, thereby ensuring the safety of the terminal.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the preset voiceprint characteristics of the host user can be obtained by: acquiring call information of a user of the first terminal in a preset time period; and taking the user with the call information meeting the preset call condition as a master user, and obtaining the preset voiceprint characteristics of the master user according to the voice data generated by the master user. The preset time period may be any time period or any time period of ending time, for example, the time period of the preset time period may be one month, and the ending time may be the current time, and the like. The preset call condition may be related to a call frequency. For example, when the call information includes the number of calls and the call duration, if the number of calls and the call duration of a certain user in a preset time period respectively exceed corresponding thresholds, the user may be considered as a master user of the first terminal. For another example, when the call information includes the number of calls and the call duration, the number of calls and the call duration of the multiple users in the preset time period are sorted, and the user with the largest number of calls and call duration is selected as the master user. It is understood that the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific preset call condition.
In addition, the above process of identifying the host user according to the call information is only an example, actually, a person skilled in the art may also identify the host user according to a voice signal generated by the user in other voice input processes (for example, a search voice command input in the process of using the search APP, or a control voice command input in the process of using the intelligent control APP, etc.) according to practical application requirements, and the specific identification process of the host user is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the feedback information can be used for prompting the position of the first terminal so as to help the user to quickly find the first terminal, and the type of the feedback information can be preset by the user or a person skilled in the art. Optionally, the type of the feedback information may specifically include: at least one of a bell type, a vibration type, a flash type, and an environmental information type. The feedback information of the ring type can be played by the first terminal, so that the current user can determine the position of the first terminal according to the sound. The vibration type feedback information may be generated by the motion of the first terminal so that the current user determines the position thereof according to the motion of the first terminal. The feedback information of the flash type can be sent out by a flash lamp of the first terminal, so that the current user can determine the position of the first terminal according to the flash information. The information of the environment information type can be used for representing the environment in which the first terminal is positioned, and the information can be sent to an external device by the first terminal so as to provide the current environment information for the current user through the external device; because the information of the environment information type can be displayed through the external equipment which is not lost, the search range of the user for searching the first terminal can be further narrowed, and the speed of the user for searching the terminal is increased.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can output the feedback information which is not limited by the mute state or the vibration closing state of the first terminal under the condition of accurately identifying the searching intention of the user for the first terminal, thereby improving the success rate of searching the terminal and the applicability of the scheme. Further, the feedback information of the embodiment of the invention can prompt the position of the first terminal so as to help the user to quickly find the first terminal. When the type of the feedback information is a vibration type or a ringing type, reminding such as sound, vibration, flashing light and the like can be actively carried out. When the type of the feedback information is an environment information type, the search range of the user for searching the terminal can be further narrowed by combining the current environment information (such as the ambient light intensity, the picture or video information corresponding to the environment, the position information and the like) of the terminal, and the speed of the user for searching the terminal is increased.
Optionally, the environment information may specifically include: at least one of ambient light intensity, picture or video information corresponding to the environment, and location information. The ambient light intensity can be used to determine whether the first terminal is shielded (e.g., by objects such as a quilt, a pillow, etc.) so as to narrow a search range for the user to search for the first terminal. The ambient light intensity can be detected by the light sensor of the first terminal, and the ambient light intensity value is usually detected, so that the ambient light intensity value can be sent to the external device, and the external device simulates a brightness display through the ambient light intensity value, that is, the external device can simulate the ambient light intensity of the first device to be searched, so that the user can judge the position of the first device.
The picture or video information corresponding to the environment can be environment picture information obtained by shooting through a camera of the first terminal, and can be used for assisting a user in distinguishing the environment where the first terminal is located and reducing the range of the user for searching the first terminal.
The position information can be used for representing the geographical position of the first terminal, assisting a user in distinguishing the environment where the first terminal is located and reducing the range of the user for searching the first terminal. In practical applications, the location information may specifically include: latitude and longitude information, IP (Protocol for interconnection between networks, Internet Protocol) information, and the like. The latitude and longitude information may be acquired through a GPS (Global Positioning System) function of the first terminal, and the IP information may be acquired through a network connection device of the first terminal or a corresponding preset query interface.
It should be noted that the preset search instruction, the preset voiceprint feature, or the feedback information according to the embodiment of the present invention may be set by the first terminal itself, or may be set by the fourth terminal. Wherein the fourth terminal may be any terminal different from the first terminal. In practical application, the fourth terminal may be a terminal corresponding to a preset contact of the first terminal, may also be another terminal (such as a mobile terminal or a desktop computer) owned by the first terminal user, and may also be a terminal belonging to a public place such as an internet cafe and not belonging to the first terminal user. The preset searching instruction, the preset voiceprint characteristic or the feedback information can be set by the fourth terminal, so that the user can conveniently and temporarily set the preset searching instruction, the preset voiceprint characteristic or the feedback information in a remote mode when the user can not find the first terminal, and the success rate of searching the terminal can be further improved.
It should be noted that the second terminal, the third terminal, and the third terminal in the embodiment of the present invention generally refer to any terminals different from the first terminal. In this way, the fourth terminal for setting the preset search instruction, the preset voiceprint feature or the feedback information, and the second terminal or the third terminal for receiving and displaying the current environment information may be the same or different terminals; moreover, the second terminal, the third terminal, and the third terminal may be obtained through presetting or random selection, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In practical applications, the external device may specifically include: a second terminal or server, etc. Alternatively, if the external device is the second terminal, the communication mode between the first terminal and the second terminal may be various, for example, a direct communication mode or a server relay mode. For the direct communication mode, the connection between the first terminal and the second terminal may be established, and the current environment information may be sent to the second terminal through the connection. For the server transfer mode, a connection between the first terminal and the server may be established, so as to forward the current environment information to the second terminal through the server. Alternatively, if the external device is a server, the first terminal may send the current environment information to the server, so that the third terminal obtains the current environment information by accessing the server, for example, the server may provide an interface for obtaining the current environment information, the user may issue an access request on the third terminal, and then the third terminal calls the interface in response to the request to obtain the corresponding current environment information.
In practical applications, the direct communication mode may specifically include: bluetooth communication, short message communication, data line communication, internet communication, or the like. Optionally, when an internet communication mode is adopted, the first terminal and the second terminal may communicate with each other in a user account mode, that is, the first terminal and the second terminal may operate a first client and a second client respectively, and the first client and the second client may communicate with each other in a user account mode, wherein the first client and the second client may correspond to the same or different user accounts, so that convenience of communication between the terminals may be achieved.
Optionally, when the first terminal is a mobile terminal and the second terminal is a computing terminal (i.e., a non-mobile terminal), the first client and the second client may be versions that are respectively applicable to the mobile terminal and the computing terminal for the same user account. For example, the first client is a mobile terminal version of a mobile phone assistant application, such as an android version of a mobile phone assistant application, and the second client is a computing terminal version of a mobile phone assistant application, such as a PC (Personal Computer) version of a mobile phone assistant application. That is, when the user sets at least one of the preset search instruction, the preset voiceprint feature and the feedback information remotely through the second terminal, the second client may send corresponding setting information to the first client. Optionally, the first client may use a mobile network or a WIFI network, and the second client may use a WIFI network, and of course, the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific networks used by the first client and the second client.
In practical applications, step 103 may first perform matching between the speech recognition result and the preset search instruction, and/or matching between the voiceprint feature and the preset voiceprint feature.
The matching between the voice recognition result and the preset searching instruction can be used for recognizing the intention of the voice instruction, and when the intention of the voice instruction is the intention of searching the terminal, the operation of outputting the feedback information is executed.
The matching between the voice recognition result and the preset searching instruction can be precise matching or fuzzy matching. The accurate matching means that the voice recognition result must be accurately matched with a preset searching instruction (which may include voice, etc.), and if the preset searching instruction is "where the mobile phone is located" and the voice recognition result is "mobile phone location", the matching between the voice recognition result and the preset searching instruction is considered to be failed. The fuzzy matching may mean that the voice recognition result conforms to a fuzzy matching rule corresponding to a preset search instruction. In a specific implementation, the search terminal passwords corresponding to the "search terminal" can be summarized, wherein the summarized passwords not only can include a preset search instruction "where the mobile phone is", but also can include other instructions, such as "where the mobile phone is", "mobile phone is", and "mobile phone location", so that once the voice recognition result is matched with the search terminal password, the matching between the voice recognition result and the preset search instruction can be considered to be successful. It is to be understood that the above-mentioned precise matching or fuzzy matching is only used as an alternative embodiment, and the embodiment of the present invention does not impose a limitation on the specific matching manner between the speech recognition result and the preset search instruction.
The matching between the voiceprint feature and the preset voiceprint feature can be used for authenticating the identity of the current user, and when the identity of the current user is not the owner user of the first terminal or the user using the first terminal, the identity authentication of the current user can be considered to be failed. In practical application, the voiceprint features and the preset voiceprint features can be compared, and if the corresponding comparison results are consistent or the difference value of the comparison results meets the preset difference value condition, the voiceprint features and the preset voiceprint features can be considered to be successfully matched.
When the voice recognition result matches a preset search instruction, and/or the voiceprint feature matches a preset voiceprint feature, in an optional embodiment of the present invention, the type of the feedback information may specifically include an environment information type, and then the step 103 of outputting the feedback information may specifically include: and sending the current environment information to a second terminal so as to provide the current environment information to the current user through the second terminal. Further optionally, the step of sending the current environment information to the second terminal may specifically include: and establishing connection between a first client on the first terminal and a second client on the second terminal, and sending the current environment information to the second terminal through the connection.
In practical application, the first client and the second client are connected in a data line mode. Alternatively, the first client and the second client may first establish a connection with the server, respectively, and then the server may establish a wireless connection therebetween. Of course, the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific process of establishing the connection between the first client and the second client.
In a specific implementation, the output of the feedback information may be performed according to a type preset for the feedback information by a user or a person skilled in the art. For example, if the preset type is a vibration type, feedback information is output according to the vibration type; or, if the preset type is the ring type, outputting the feedback information according to the ring type.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, when the current environment information conforms to the preset dark condition, the preset type may be adjusted to improve the identification degree of the location of the first terminal, thereby reducing the difficulty of searching for the terminal. Correspondingly, the step 103 of outputting the feedback information may specifically include:
when the current environment information accords with a preset dark condition, if the preset type aiming at the feedback information is a vibration type, outputting the feedback information according to a ring type; or
And when the current environment information accords with a preset dark condition, if the preset type of the feedback information is a ring type and the volume of the ring type does not exceed a preset volume (namely is less than or equal to the preset volume), outputting the feedback information according to the volume higher than the preset volume.
The preset dark condition may be a condition corresponding to environmental information such as an ambient light intensity, a picture corresponding to an environment, or video information. For example, if the obtained illumination of the current environment of the first terminal is weak, it indicates that the first terminal may be covered at this time, and at this time, if the feedback type preset by the user is a vibration type, the vibration type may be automatically changed to a ring type; if the feedback type set by the user is a ringer type, the volume may be automatically amplified. Similarly, if the acquired environment picture information where the first terminal is located is a black picture, it can also be stated that the first terminal may be covered.
In summary, the method for searching for a terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention can accurately identify the search intention of the user for the first terminal according to the voice instruction of the user through the voice recognition technology and/or the voiceprint recognition technology, and output the feedback information so that the user searches for the first terminal according to the feedback information. Even when the first terminal does not support the call function, the first terminal can still acquire the voice instruction of the current user, so the embodiment of the invention can not be limited by the call function, and the success rate of searching the terminal and the applicability of the scheme can be improved.
To enable those skilled in the art to better understand the embodiments of the present invention, an example of a method of finding a terminal of the present invention is provided herein.
The example relates to a method that a user a places a first terminal under a cotton quilt, before executing a method for finding a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, the user a sets a voiceprint feature of the user a (denoted as voiceprint feature a) through a mobile phone assistant application, the user a sets a preset voice command (for example, "where a mobile phone is), the user a sets the type of feedback information corresponding to the preset voice command as a vibration type, a ring type (not affected by a volume and the like set on the current terminal) and an environment information type through the mobile phone assistant application, and the user a binds a mapping relationship between the first terminal and a second terminal, that is, at least one of an ambient light intensity, a picture or video information corresponding to an environment and location information can be transmitted to the second terminal.
The method for searching for a terminal corresponding to this example may specifically include the following steps:
step S1, the first terminal collects the voice instruction of the user;
alternatively, when the first terminal is in a sleep state, the voice instruction of the current user can be intercepted through a low-power continuous interception technology, so that the power consumption of the first terminal can be reduced.
Step S2, the first terminal carries out voice recognition on the voice command and matches the corresponding voice recognition result with a preset voice command;
step S3, the first terminal extracts the voiceprint feature of the voice command and matches the voiceprint feature with the voiceprint feature A;
step S4, matching the voice recognition result with a preset searching instruction in step S2, and/or collecting current environment information by the first terminal when the voiceprint feature is matched with the voiceprint feature A in step S3;
step S5, when the current environment information accords with a preset dark condition, if the preset type of the user for the feedback information is a vibration type, the first terminal outputs the feedback information according to a ring type; or when the current environment information meets a preset dark condition, if the preset type of the user for the feedback information is a ringing type and the volume of the ringing type is a preset volume, the first terminal outputs the feedback information according to the volume higher than the preset volume;
step S6, the first terminal sends the current environment information to the second terminal to display the current environment information on the second terminal, so that the user can check the current environment information through the second terminal to determine the location of the first terminal.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal can accurately recognize the intention of the voice command generated by the owner user, and can actively perform the reminding such as sound, vibration, flashing light, and the like when the intention is the intention of searching for the terminal. In addition, if the current environment of the first terminal is weak in light, the vibration can be automatically changed into a ring, or the sound volume can be automatically amplified. In addition, current environment information (such as illumination information of the current environment where the terminal is located, which is acquired by the light sensor) can be sent to the second terminal, so that the search range of the user for searching the terminal is further narrowed, and the speed of the user for searching the terminal is increased.
