The sterile paper towel according to claim 1, wherein the prepared paper towel has longitudinal tensile strength of 24-26N-m/g, transverse tensile strength of 9.5-10.5N-m/g, longitudinal wet strength of more than or equal to 30N/m, longitudinal elongation of more than or equal to 15%, and softness of more than or equal to 300mN/2 layers.
