Description

Continuous forming molding method
Technical Field
The present invention relates to polymer molding technology, and more particularly to a molding method for continuous molding.
Background
The technology of providing the mold chamber space required for the polymer molding process by the first mold chamber and the second mold chamber formed by the multi-layer mold respectively therein is well known, but the same mold still has different specific process applications, especially when different parts of the same product are formed by polymer materials with different compositions, the method thereof still has other problems, for example:
as shown in fig. 1, a raw material having different compositions is injected into a first cavity 2 and a second cavity 3 of a mold 1, respectively, to be formed into blanks 2a and 3a, and then the formed blanks 2a and 3a are placed in a third cavity 4 to be molded into a finished product.
As shown in fig. 2, a raw material with a specific composition is injected into the first mold chamber 2, and after a corresponding shaped blank 2b is molded, the blank 2b is positioned in the third mold chamber 4, and another raw material with a specific composition is injected into the third mold chamber 4, and then combined with the existing blank 2b and molded into a finished product.
In order to reduce the number of mold clamping mechanisms required for mold clamping, the first, second and third mold chambers 2, 3, 4 are usually located in the same multi-layer mold 1, and the same mold clamping mechanism can be used to provide mold clamping force, and the specific technical content is to utilize the respective parts of the first mold chamber 2 and the second mold chamber 3 to form the third mold chamber 4 after being butted with each other, i.e. as shown in fig. 1, the first mold chambers 2 are respectively formed between the upper mold sheet 1a and the middle mold sheet 1b of the mold 1, the second mold chamber 3 is formed between the middle mold sheet 1b and the lower mold sheet 1c of the mold 1, and after the middle mold sheet 1b is pulled out, the third mold chamber 4 is formed between the upper mold sheet 1a and the lower mold sheet 1 c.
The technical content of forming the third mold chamber 4 by the extracted middle mold piece 1b is limited by the use of the same mold clamping mechanism, but before and after the extraction of the middle mold piece 1b, the mold clamping stroke distance of the mold 1 is different, so that the mold clamping mechanism unnecessarily increases the variable in control, and the stroke after the extraction of the middle mold piece 1b is too long, thereby delaying the manufacturing process.
Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a molding method for sequential molding, which allows different molded bodies having a sequential relationship in the manufacturing process to be sequentially molded and allows different molded bodies to be simultaneously molded.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a molding method for continuous molding includes such steps as synchronously molding the first and the second molded bodies, and making the first molded body in the second cavity while making the second molded body in the first cavity.
The method can be implemented by a die set, wherein the die set is provided with two first dies; a second mold, which can be abutted against any one of the first molds and is clamped, and a first mold chamber is formed between the clamped first molds; the two third dies can be abutted against the other first die which is not abutted against the second die, so that a second die chamber is formed between the third dies which are abutted against each other and the first die.
When the first mold is located at the first position, each first mold is respectively abutted with the second mold and a corresponding third mold, and when the first mold is located at the second position, each first mold is respectively abutted with the second mold and a corresponding other third mold.
The first forming body and the second forming body are respectively formed by the first die in the first position in a molding mode, after the first forming body is retained and the second forming body is removed, the first die is moved to the second position, and the retained first forming body is located in the first die chamber.
Wherein each first mold linearly reciprocates between the first position and the second position.
And each first die is displaced between the first position and the second position along the horizontal direction.
The second die is arranged between the third dies and is separated from the third dies by a die station distance.
Wherein each first mold is spaced apart from each other by a distance equal to the mold station pitch.
The invention has the advantages that:
the molding method for continuous molding of the invention is simpler and more convenient in implementation, is easy to control the same mold clamping stroke, and has obvious effect on improving the manufacturing efficiency.
