Abstract
The invention is applicable to the technical field of mobile terminals and discloses a sealing component of a mobile terminal and a manufacturing method thereof. The sealing part of the mobile terminal comprises an elastic frame and a rigid part embedded in the elastic frame, wherein the elastic frame is provided with four side edges, the rigid part is provided with at least two side edges which are respectively and independently embedded in the elastic frame, the side edges of the elastic frame are arranged at intervals between the rigid parts, the rigid part is disconnected at the corner of the elastic frame, the elastic frame can have certain elastic deformation freedom degree, the rigid parts are integrally connected and formed through a connecting support, and the rigid parts are coated with the rigid parts. The sealing component of the mobile terminal and the manufacturing method thereof have the advantages of high assembly efficiency of products, simple and easy assembly process and low manufacturing cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mobile terminals, and particularly relates to a sealing component of a mobile terminal and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The frame size of mobile terminals such as mobile phones is narrowed to a certain degree, the width of the left and right bottom surfaces of a screen assembly (touch screen) and a shell for gluing back glue or glue is very small, and how to realize waterproof sealing of gaps around the screen assembly (touch screen) becomes a technical problem which must be overcome.
In the prior art, the gap filling glue is equivalent to sealing by using the peripheral side surfaces of the screen assembly (touch screen) and the side walls of the groove of the shell. This approach, however, faces some real-world problems: for example, the overflow glue is difficult to clean, the disassembly and the heavy work are difficult, the waterproof stability is difficult to check, the appearance fineness of the gap is poor, and the production and the assembly of the product are difficult.
In the prior art, an assembly mode that almost zero clearance is formed between the decorative ring and the shell is adopted, the requirement on the manufacturing precision of parts is very high, the waterproof problem cannot be completely solved, special waterproof measures can be added on a circuit board and an electronic device inside a machine only, extra parts and cost are caused, and the product cost is high.
Adopt the double-colored shaping flexible glue of lateral wall at screen subassembly (touch-sensitive screen) glass periphery or casing in addition, this not only has certain requirement to glass and casing molding, still because the unit price of glass and preceding casing is with high costs, the defective rate of double-colored flexible glue process can directly cause valuable part to scrap, leads to great cost burden, has the problem with high costs equally.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, and to provide a sealing member of a mobile terminal and a method for manufacturing the same, which has a good sealing effect, is easy to manufacture and assemble, and has a low cost.
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a sealing component of a mobile terminal, where the sealing component of the mobile terminal includes an elastic frame and a rigid member embedded in the elastic frame, the elastic frame has four sides, the rigid member has at least two sides that are respectively and independently embedded in the sides of the elastic frame, the rigid members are arranged at intervals at the corners of the elastic frame, the rigid member is disconnected at the corners of the elastic frame, the elastic frame may have a certain degree of freedom of elastic deformation, the rigid members are integrally connected and formed by a connecting bracket, and the connecting bracket is integrally cut off after the elastic frame is wrapped outside each rigid member.
With reference to the first aspect, in a first possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the elastic frame is formed by injection molding of a plastic material, and a plurality of through holes are formed in each rigid member so that a rubber material can pass through the through holes when the elastic frame is formed by injection molding.
With reference to the first aspect, in a first possible implementation manner of the first aspect, each rigid member has an extension portion that extends to a surface of the elastic frame or outside the elastic frame.
With reference to the first aspect, in a first possible implementation manner of the first aspect, four rigid members are provided, and are respectively disposed on each side edge of the elastic frame, and the rigid members are disposed at intervals at corners of the elastic frame.
With reference to the first aspect, in a second possible implementation manner of the first aspect, three rigid members are provided, and are respectively disposed on three sides of the elastic frame, and the rigid members are disposed at intervals at corners of the elastic frame.
With reference to the second possible implementation manner of the first aspect, in a third possible implementation manner of the first aspect, an antenna is disposed at one side of the elastic frame where the rigid member is not disposed.
With reference to the first aspect, in a fourth possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the elastic frame is made of a plastic material.
With reference to the first aspect, in a fifth possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the rigid member is rod-shaped or sheet-shaped.
With reference to the first aspect or any one of the first to the fifth possible implementation manners of the first aspect, in an eighth possible implementation manner of the first aspect, guide slopes are provided on an inner side or/and an outer side of the elastic frame.
With reference to the first aspect or any one of the first to fifth possible implementation manners of the first aspect, in a tenth possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the rigid component is an electrically conductive component.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing the sealing component of the mobile terminal, including the steps of stamping and forming a steel sheet, placing the steel sheet in an injection mold, injection molding an elastic frame in the injection mold, cutting off the excess steel sheet, and forming a rigid member embedded in the elastic frame.
According to the sealing part of the mobile terminal and the manufacturing method thereof provided by the invention, the elastic frame has certain elasticity and a good sealing effect, the rigid parts can be embedded into the elastic frame to form the framework, the rigid parts are respectively and independently embedded into the side edges of the elastic frame, the elastic deformation capability of the elastic frame is not influenced, the elastic frame can have certain rigidity, the assembly of a product is convenient, the sealing part can be formed independently, the preparation cost is low, other parts cannot be scrapped together even if the sealing part has defects in the production process, the assembly efficiency of the product is high, the assembly process is simple and feasible, and the manufacturing cost of the product is reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected to" another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
It should be noted that the terms of orientation such as left, right, up and down in the embodiments of the present invention are only relative to each other or are referred to the normal use state of the product, and should not be considered as limiting.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 1 and a screen assembly 2, where the screen assembly 2 may be a touch screen, a sealing member 3 is disposed between the housing 1 and the screen assembly 2, the sealing member 3 includes an elastic frame 31 and a rigid member 32 embedded in the elastic frame 31, and the elastic frame 31 is sandwiched between the housing 1 and the screen assembly 2; the elastic frame 31 may be rectangular frame-shaped and have a certain elasticity, the elastic frame 31 has four sides, and the rigid member 32 is provided with at least two sides and is respectively and independently embedded in each side of the elastic frame 31. The elastic frame 31 can be made of materials such as soft rubber or foamed rubber, the elastic frame has certain elasticity and a good sealing effect, the rigid pieces 32 can be embedded in the elastic frame 31, each rigid piece 32 is disconnected at the corner of the elastic frame 31, the elastic deformation capacity of the elastic frame 31 is not influenced, the elastic frame 31 can have certain rigidity, the assembly of a product is facilitated, the sealing part 3 can be formed independently, the preparation cost is low, other parts cannot be scrapped together even if the sealing part 3 is defective in the production process, the cost of the product is reduced, the assembly efficiency of the product is high, and the assembly process is simple and easy.
Specifically, the mobile terminal may be a mobile phone or a tablet computer.
Specifically, four rigid members 32 may be disposed on each side of the elastic frame 31, and the rigid members 32 are disposed at a distance from corners of the elastic frame 31, that is, the rigid members 32 are broken at the corners of the elastic frame 31, and the elastic frame 31 may have a certain degree of freedom of elastic deformation, which is convenient for assembly of the product.
Or, the number of the rigid members 32 may also be three, and the rigid members 32 are respectively disposed on three sides of the elastic frame 31, and are disposed at a distance from corners of the elastic frame 31 between the rigid members 32, that is, the rigid members 32 are broken at corners of the elastic frame 31, and the elastic frame 31 may have a certain degree of freedom of elastic deformation, which is convenient for assembly of a product.
In particular, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the rigid members 32 are integrally connected and formed by the connecting bracket 33, and after the elastic frame 31 is coated outside the rigid members 32, the connecting bracket 33 is integrally cut off, so that the package component can be formed without positioning each rigid member 32 in a mold for forming the elastic frame 31, and therefore, the production efficiency is high and the product yield is high.
In specific application, the rigid part 32 can be provided with a plurality of through holes, so that glue can penetrate through the through holes when the elastic frame 31 is injection molded, and the reliability of the sealing part 3 is higher.
Specifically, an antenna is disposed at one side of the elastic frame 31 where the rigid member 32 is not disposed, and the rigid member 32 may be made of a metal material, so as to avoid affecting an antenna signal of the mobile terminal by leaving a space at one side of the elastic frame 31.
Specifically, the elastic frame 31 may be made of a plastic material, such as silicone, which has good elasticity and good sealing performance.
Specifically, the rigid member 32 may be a metal member or a rigid plastic member, etc. to function as a skeleton; the rigid member 32 may be rod-shaped or plate-shaped. The rigid member 32 may be stamped and/or formed from sheet metal.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the screen assembly 2 includes a transparent lens 21 and a display screen located below the transparent lens 21; the elastic frame 31 is connected with the side surface of the transparent lens 21 or/and the side surface of the display screen, and the reliability is good.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the inner side or/and the outer side of the elastic frame 31 is/are provided with a guide slope to facilitate assembly of the product.
Specifically, the rigid member 32 may be a steel sheet, and the cross section of the rigid member 32 may be "L" shaped or "straight" shaped.
Specifically, the rigid member 32 has an extension portion extending to the surface of the elastic frame 31 or outside the elastic frame 31, and a snap structure is disposed between the extension portion and the housing 1 or the screen assembly 2 to facilitate the assembly and fixation of the sealing member 3.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a manufacturing method of the mobile terminal, which is used for manufacturing the mobile terminal and comprises the following steps of preparing the shell 1, the screen component 2 and the sealing component 3, wherein the manufacturing of the sealing component 3 comprises the following steps of stamping and forming a steel sheet and placing the steel sheet in an injection mold, injection molding an elastic frame 31 in the injection mold, cutting off the redundant steel sheet and forming a rigid piece 32 embedded in the elastic frame 31, sleeving the sealing component 3 on the outer side of the screen component 2, and then installing the screen component 2 sleeved with the sealing component 3 on the shell 1.
In specific application, the elastic frame 31 (soft rubber ring) is processed by using several sections of rigid pieces 32 (thin steel sheets) as a framework in a silica gel liquid state forming mode to obtain the elastic frame 31. The rigid part 32 (thin steel sheet) can be divided into 4 sections, which respectively correspond to the straight edges around the mobile phone screen component 2, and the four corners are respectively disconnected by one section; the mobile terminal can also be made into 3 sections, the rigid part 32 is not arranged on the side corresponding to the main antenna of the mobile terminal so as to avoid metal interference with the radio frequency of the antenna, the rubber ring of the elastic frame 31 has variable circumference, the steel sheet is easy to process and manufacture, and the sealing part 3 is utilized to seal the circumferential gap of the screen component 2 in the mobile terminal.
The sealing component 3 is used as a soft rubber ring with a framework and is assembled between the periphery of the screen component 2 and the gap of the shell 1. Moreover, the size of the elastic frame 31 can be ultrathin (about 0.2-0.3 mm), certain rigidity can be guaranteed, part production and whole machine assembly operation are facilitated, nondestructive disassembly and maintenance of the mobile terminal can be achieved, part manufacturing is simple, assembly is simple, and the advantage of large cost is achieved.

A sealing part of a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising an elastic frame and rigid parts embedded in the elastic frame, wherein the elastic frame is provided with four side edges, the rigid parts are provided with at least two parts which are respectively and independently embedded in the inner side edges of the elastic frame, the rigid parts are arranged at intervals at the corners of the elastic frame, the rigid parts are disconnected at the corners of the elastic frame, each rigid part is provided with an extending part extending to the surface of the elastic frame or the outside of the elastic frame, a buckling structure is arranged between the extending part and a shell or a screen assembly, the elastic frame has certain elastic deformation freedom, the rigid parts are integrally connected and molded through a connecting support, and the connecting support is integrally cut off after the elastic frame is coated outside each rigid part; and one side of the elastic frame opposite to the screen component or/and one side of the elastic frame opposite to the shell are/is provided with convex ribs so as to form an interference fit state.

4. The sealing member for a mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the rigid members are provided in three numbers, respectively, on three sides of the elastic frame, and the rigid members are spaced apart from each other at corners of the elastic frame.
5. The sealing member for a mobile terminal according to claim 4, wherein an antenna is provided at one side of the elastic frame where the rigid member is not provided.
6. The sealing member of a mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the elastic frame is made of a plastic material.
7. The sealing member for a mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the rigid member has a rod shape or a sheet shape.
8. The sealing member of a mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein an inner side or/and an outer side of the elastic frame is provided with a guide slope.
9. The sealing member for a mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the rigid member is a conductive member.
10. A method for manufacturing a sealing member of a mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of stamping and placing a steel sheet in an injection mold, injection molding an elastic frame in the injection mold, cutting off the excess steel sheet and forming a rigid member embedded in the elastic frame.
