Abstract

Detailed Description
The electroacoustic transducer with magnetic circuit system as shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a shell 12, a front cover, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system 30, wherein the shell 12 is formed by connecting an upper shell 121 and a lower shell 122 up and down, a guide groove matched with the upper end of the lower shell 122 is formed in the bottom of the upper shell 121, the upper end of the lower shell 122 is movably connected in the guide groove, a locking mechanism is further arranged between the lower shell 122 and the upper shell 121, the front cover is detachably connected on the upper shell 121, the vibration system is arranged in the upper shell 121 and consists of a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil connected to the lower side of the vibrating diaphragm, the magnetic circuit system is arranged in the lower shell 122, a mounting frame 40 is sleeved outside the magnetic circuit system 30 and is connected with the lower shell 122 through the mounting frame 40, and a positioning and clamping mechanism is arranged between the mounting frame 40 and the lower shell 122. The magnetic circuit system shown in fig. 1 is a double magnetic circuit structure including a central inner magnetic circuit 31, a peripheral outer magnetic circuit 32, and a lower magnetically permeable plate 33 located at the lower side. The magnetic circuit system is of a rectangular structure, a rectangular magnetic gap for accommodating the voice coil is formed, four sound holes 331 formed by material removal are formed in the positions of four corners of the rectangular magnetic gap on the lower magnetic conduction plate 33, and the sound holes 331 are formed along the magnetic gap. The invention is provided with the sound hole formed by removing the materials at the position corresponding to the corner of the rectangular magnetic gap on the lower magnetic conductive plate, thereby enabling the sound hole not to occupy the thickness of the side wall, increasing the volume of the magnetic circuit system, improving the magnetic performance of the electroacoustic transducer and increasing the power of the electroacoustic transducer.
The positioning and clamping mechanism shown in fig. 3 comprises a groove 51 formed in the inner side wall of the lower end of the lower shell 122, a hemispherical clamping groove 52 formed in the outer side wall of the mounting frame 40, a spherical clamping head 53 and a spring 54, wherein the spherical clamping head 53 is connected in the groove 51 through the spring 54, and the spherical clamping head 53 is clamped into the hemispherical clamping groove 52 under the action of the spring 54. The design has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, practicality and high efficiency.
