Further, checking the check bit of the obtained sound code to determine whether the sound code is a music sound code, if so, the check is passed, and further extracting the data information in the sound code to obtain the corresponding identification code. Otherwise, the verification is not passed, and the flow of the music processing method is ended.
Step S72, a verification request carrying the identification code is sent to the music management server to request the music management server to determine whether a matching identification code is found in the database.

step S82, adjusting the frequency of the sound wave signal to an ultrasonic wave signal frequency to obtain an ultrasonic wave signal, and synthesizing the ultrasonic wave signal with corresponding original music to generate the music with music sound codes.
In the embodiment of the invention, the music identification code with the unique identity is synthesized in the music, so that the music with the music identification code is directly identified when the music identification is carried out through the mobile terminal, and the information of the music is obtained through the music identification code, thereby avoiding the technical problem of wrong music identification caused by the influence of environmental noise.
Furthermore, authorization authentication information, transaction information and the like are added in the music identification code, the music is identified, meanwhile, the information of the music such as authorization, transaction and the like can be obtained, and the purpose of protecting the music copyright is achieved through authentication and identification.

Claims (9)

1. A music recognition system, the system comprising:
the database is used for pre-storing a plurality of pieces of music with music sound codes and identification codes corresponding to the music, and also used for pre-storing a plurality of pieces of original music and corresponding identification codes; wherein, each piece of music is synthesized by sound codes generated by converting corresponding identification codes in advance and original music;
a music management server comprising:
the conversion unit is used for acquiring an identification code corresponding to the original music from the database, adding a check bit into the identification code, and converting the identification code added with the check bit into a binary sound code; wherein, the check bit is used for indicating that the sound code is a music sound code;
the Fourier transform unit is used for carrying out Fourier forward change on the binary acoustic code to obtain an acoustic wave signal; and
the synthesis unit is used for adjusting the frequency of the sound wave signal to the frequency of an ultrasonic wave signal to obtain an ultrasonic wave signal, synthesizing the ultrasonic wave signal with corresponding original music to generate the music with the music sound code and storing the music in the database;
music playing means for playing music;
music recognition device, including being used for discerning the music sound code that received music carried in order to obtain the identification code discerning the unit, discerning the unit includes:
the analysis module is used for analyzing the acquired music to obtain an ultrasonic signal and performing Fourier inverse transformation on the ultrasonic signal to obtain a corresponding sound code;
the checking module is used for checking the checking bit of the obtained acoustic code to determine whether the acoustic code is a music acoustic code or not, extracting a corresponding identification code when the acoustic code is determined to be the music acoustic code, and generating a verification request carrying the identification code; and
the music management server is further used for receiving a verification request generated by the music identification device, querying the database to determine an identification code matched with the identification code carried by the verification request, acquiring data information corresponding to the identification code from the database, and sending the data information corresponding to the identification code to the music identification device, so that the music identification device acquires the data information corresponding to the music.
2. The music recognition system of claim 1, wherein the data information includes basic information, associated information, and extended application information of the music; the extended application information includes at least: music audition, music download, music purchase, music authorization authentication information and music blockchain key values.
3. A music recognition method, the method comprising:
the music identification device acquires music played by a music playing device;
the music identification device analyzes the acquired music to obtain an ultrasonic signal, and performs Fourier inverse transformation on the ultrasonic signal to obtain a corresponding sound code;
the music identification device checks the check bit of the obtained sound code to determine whether the sound code is a music sound code, and extracts a corresponding identification code when the sound code is determined to be the music sound code;
the music identification device sends a verification request carrying the identification code to a music management server;
the music management server responds to the verification request and queries a database to determine an identification code matched with the identification code carried by the verification request;
when the music management server inquires the matched identification code, acquiring data information corresponding to the identification code from the database, and sending the data information to the music identification device to enable the music identification device to acquire the data information of the music;
the plurality of pieces of music are obtained by synthesizing sound codes generated by converting corresponding identification codes and corresponding original music in advance, and are stored in the database corresponding to the identification codes, specifically:
the music management server acquires an identification code corresponding to the original music from a database, adds a check bit element into the identification code, and converts the identification code added with the check bit element into a binary sound code; wherein, the check bit is used for indicating that the sound code is a music sound code, and a plurality of original music and corresponding identification codes are pre-stored in the database;
carrying out Fourier forward change on the binary acoustic code to obtain an acoustic signal; and
and adjusting the frequency of the sound wave signal to the frequency of the ultrasonic wave signal to obtain the ultrasonic wave signal, synthesizing the ultrasonic wave signal with corresponding original music to generate music with a music sound code, and storing the music in the database corresponding to the identification code.
4. An apparatus for music recognition, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for receiving music played by a music playing device;
the identification unit is used for identifying the sound codes carried by the received music to obtain corresponding identification codes, and comprises:
the analysis module is used for analyzing the acquired music to obtain an ultrasonic signal and performing Fourier inverse transformation on the ultrasonic signal to obtain a corresponding sound code; and
the checking module is used for checking the obtained checking bit of the acoustic code to determine whether the acoustic code is a music acoustic code or not and extracting a corresponding identification code when the acoustic code is determined to be the music acoustic code;
the verification request unit is used for sending a verification request carrying the identification code to a music management server so as to request the music management server to determine whether the matched identification code is inquired in a database;
a receiving unit, configured to receive data information sent by the music management server; the data information is sent when the music management server inquires a matched identification code in a database, and corresponds to the identification code;
the plurality of pieces of music are synthesized by sound codes generated by converting corresponding identification codes in advance and corresponding original music, and are stored in the database corresponding to the identification codes.

The music recognition device of claim 4, wherein the data information includes basic information, associated information, and extended application information of the music, and the extended application information at least includes: music audition, music downloading, music purchasing, music authorization authentication information and music block chain key values; the device further comprises:
and the execution unit is used for displaying the basic information of the music on the music identification device, accessing the corresponding link address according to the associated information to acquire the extension information, and accessing the corresponding link address according to the extension application information to acquire the extension application.
6. A music recognition method, the method comprising:
responding to a verification request which is sent by a music recognition device and carries an identification code, and judging whether the identification code matched with the identification code can be inquired in a database; the verification request is generated when the music recognition device recognizes a music sound code carried by the acquired music to obtain a corresponding recognition code;
when the matched identification code is inquired, acquiring data information corresponding to the identification code from the database; and
sending the data information to the music recognition device;
wherein, a plurality of said music is synthesized by the music sound code generated by the corresponding identification code conversion and the corresponding original music in advance, and is stored in the database corresponding to the identification code, specifically:
acquiring an identification code corresponding to original music from a database, adding a check bit into the identification code, and converting the identification code added with the check bit into a binary sound code; wherein, a plurality of original music and corresponding identification codes are pre-stored in the database, and the check bit is used for indicating that the sound code is a music sound code;
carrying out Fourier forward change on the binary acoustic code to obtain an acoustic signal; and
and adjusting the frequency of the sound wave signal to the frequency of the ultrasonic wave signal to obtain the ultrasonic wave signal, synthesizing the ultrasonic wave signal with corresponding original music to generate music with a music sound code, and storing the music in the database corresponding to the identification code.
7. A music management server, characterized in that the server comprises:
the verification unit is used for responding to a verification request which is sent by a music recognition device and carries an identification code, and judging whether the identification code matched with the identification code can be inquired in a database; the verification request is generated when the music recognition device recognizes a music sound code carried by the acquired music to obtain a corresponding recognition code;
the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring data information data corresponding to the identification code from the database when the verification unit inquires the matched identification;
a transmission unit configured to transmit the data information to the music recognition apparatus;
the plurality of pieces of music are synthesized by the corresponding original music and the music sound codes generated by converting the corresponding identification codes in advance, and are stored in the database corresponding to the identification codes.
