referring to fig. 1 to 3, the inner sand belt device for drum of the present invention comprises a sand belt 1 and two connecting seats separately arranged at two ends of the sand belt 1, namely, two ends of the sand belt 1 are respectively fixed on a drum cavity 2 through the connecting seats. Wherein the sand belt 1 is arranged close to the drum skin.
The two connecting seats are identical in structure and symmetrically arranged inside the drum cavity 2, and the structure of the two connecting seats is described in detail by taking one connecting seat as an example:
the connecting seat comprises a fixed seat 3 fixed at the inner side of the drum cavity 2, a sliding block 4, a lifting adjusting screw 5, a sliding pin 6, a horizontal sliding block 7 and a sand belt tightness adjusting screw 8.
The sliding block 4 can be installed in the sliding groove of the fixed seat 3 in a vertical sliding manner, a chute 41 is formed in the front-back penetrating mode of the middle of the sliding block 4, the sliding pin shaft 6 is installed in the chute 41 in a matched mode, the sliding pin shaft 6 can slide along the chute 41, a threaded hole is formed in the middle of the sliding pin shaft 6 in a radial penetrating mode, the lifting adjusting screw 5 can be horizontally installed in the fixed seat 3 in a rotating mode, one end of the lifting adjusting screw 5 penetrates through the drum cavity 2 to extend outwards, and the other end of the lifting adjusting screw is connected to the threaded hole of the sliding pin shaft 6 in a threaded mode and penetrates through the sliding block 4 to extend into the drum cavity 2. The sliding pin shaft 6 can be driven to move left and right along the lifting adjusting screw 5 by rotating the lifting adjusting screw 5, and meanwhile, the sliding pin shaft 6 also relatively slides along the chute 41 on the sliding block 4, so that the sliding block 4 finally moves up and down in the sliding groove of the fixed seat 3.
Preferably, the fixing seat 3 is fixedly connected inside the drum cavity 2 by two screws 11.
Preferably, the end of the lifting adjusting screw 5 located outside the drum cavity 2 is also formed with a tetragonal body. The square design facilitates the rotation of the lifting adjusting screw 5 by a wrench or a special tool.
Preferably, an annular groove is formed on the outer wall of the lifting adjusting screw 5 in the circumferential direction, a round hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the annular groove, of the fixing seat 3, a ball 9 is placed in the round hole, and the ball 9 is embedded in the annular groove through a jackscrew 10 installed in the round hole. The upper portion of the horizontal sliding block 7 is fixedly connected with the end part of the sand belt 1, the middle part of the horizontal sliding block 7 is penetrated and provided with a sand belt tightness adjusting screw rod 8 which can rotate relative to the horizontal sliding block, one end of the sand belt tightness adjusting screw rod 8 is provided with a screw cap, the other end of the sand belt tightness adjusting screw rod 8 penetrates through the horizontal sliding block 7 and is in threaded connection with a threaded through hole at the upper end of the sliding block 4, and the horizontal sliding block 7 can be driven to move left and right relative to the sliding block 4 through rotating the sand belt tightness adjusting screw rod 8 so as to realize tightness adjustment of the sand belt 1. The horizontal sliding block 7 is further provided with a guide rod, a guide groove matched with the guide rod is formed in the upper portion of the sliding block 4, the guide rod plays a role in guiding in the process that the horizontal sliding block 7 moves relative to the sliding block 4, meanwhile, the guide rod also strengthens the connection between the horizontal sliding block 7 and the sliding block 4, and plays a certain supporting role in the process that the sliding block 4 drives the horizontal sliding block 7 to move up and down.
