The ground pile type water level monitoring device according to claim 10, wherein the outer cylinder has an upper end portion with a larger diameter, a lower end portion with a smaller diameter and a supporting platform formed therebetween, the supporting platform is provided with a plurality of threaded holes, the inner cylinder has a structure matched with the outer cylinder, the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are provided with openings from top to bottom, and the inner cylinder is sleeved into the outer cylinder through the openings of the outer cylinder.
12. The ground pile type water level monitoring device according to claim 11, further comprising a sealing cover sealing the opening of the inner cylinder to seal the opening of the outer cylinder.
13. The ground pile type water level monitoring device according to claim 10 or 12, further comprising a circuit fixing sleeve, wherein the water level monitoring unit is arranged in the circuit fixing sleeve, and the circuit fixing sleeve is arranged in the inner barrel.
