Background
In the process of textile scouring and dyeing, the step of drying the rinsed cloth is an indispensable step, and the quality of a dryer directly influences the quality of textiles. At present, the general dryer is box-type drying, and the cloth in the box body is dried through the air blower and the heating pipe, but because the general dryer is a box-type shell, no flow guiding mechanism exists in the shell, so that the flow of hot air is unevenly distributed, the direction is dispersed, the local instantaneous heated temperature of the cloth can be excessively high, deformation and damage are caused, wrinkles occur, the temperature of other parts is lower, the drying is incomplete, the whole flatness of the cloth is influenced, the drying cavity is at a higher temperature, and therefore, the cloth enters the oven, and certain damage is caused to the material of the cloth due to the sudden temperature rise, so that the quality of the cloth is reduced. Therefore, designing a hot air box that uniformly heats cloth, uniformly discharges air and saves energy efficiency becomes one of the problems to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hot air box which is simple in structure and uniform in air outlet, and the air outlet strength can be adjusted according to the actual needs of users.

Specifically, the locking rods are in one-to-one correspondence with the number of the grooves 8, and move in the grooves 8 to change the positions of the air deflectors 5, so that the distance between the air outlets 17 of the adjacent air deflectors 5 is changed, and the air outlet intensity is adjusted.
The bottom box 2 is provided with a fan 10 and a plurality of heating devices 11, and the plurality of heating devices 11 are intermittently distributed below the air outlet surface 3; the fan 10 is connected with the air inlet surface 4, and a fan air outlet 12 is arranged at one side of the fan 10 close to the heating device 11. The air enters the fan 10 from the air inlet surface 4 and then is blown, the air is discharged from the air outlet 12 of the fan and enters the heating cavity to be heated, a plurality of heating devices 11 are distributed in a gap below the air outlet surface 3, so that the air is uniformly and sufficiently heated, and the condition of uneven temperature distribution in the heating cavity is prevented.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the air deflector 5 further includes: a panel 13, a first bending piece 14 and a second bending piece 15, wherein the first bending piece 14 is provided with a stop part 16; the first bending piece 14 is arranged on one side of the panel 13, the second bending piece 15 is arranged on the other side of the panel 13, and the second bending piece 15 of the air guide plate 5 corresponds to the first bending piece 14 of the air guide plate 5 adjacent to the second bending piece 15. As shown in fig. 6, the hot air in the hot air box rises to the air outlet 17 to be discharged out of the hot air box and the cloth 22 above the hot air box is dried, and the cloth moves above the hot air box at a uniform speed, so that the cloth is sufficiently dried; and the hot air which cannot be discharged out of the hot air box is blocked by the air deflector 5 and forms an air path to return to the heating device 11, so that the heating speed of the heating device 11 to the air is further increased, the temperature in the heating cavity is kept stable, and the energy efficiency is saved.
Further, the fan outlet 12 is provided with a baffle 18, and the baffle 18 is connected with a blocking portion 16 of the first bending piece 14 near the air deflector 5 of the fan 10, so as to prevent wind from entering into a gap between the air deflector 5 and the fan.
As shown in fig. 2, further, the air inlet surface 4 and the air outlet surface 3 are on the same horizontal plane and have the same opening direction, and after the hot air output by the air outlet surface 3 dries the cloth 22, the hot air enters the heating cavity through the air inlet surface 4, so that hot air circulation is realized, and the heating time of the interior of the hot air box to the air is reduced, thereby saving energy.
Further, the heating device 11 is further provided with a temperature control device 19 for monitoring and controlling the temperature of the hot air near the heating device in real time, so as to prevent the output hot air from damaging the cloth due to lower or higher temperature.
Further, the heating device 11 includes a heating pipe 20 and a heating pipe fixing frame 21, the heating pipe fixing frame 21 is disposed at two sides of the heating pipe 20, and the heating pipe fixing frame 21 is connected with the bottom case 2.

Further, two sides of the bottom box 2 are provided with bosses, and a plurality of openings are formed in the bosses; the hot air box connecting piece is provided with a plurality of connecting parts, and the connecting parts penetrate through the openings to splice the hot air boxes together, so that the hot air box connecting piece is suitable for drying cloth with different lengths.
