本发明公开了一种多功能石油管道,包括石油管道外层主体,所述石油管道外层主体外表面设置陶瓷高温涂层,在石油管道外层主体内侧设置加强层,所述加强层内均匀等距的设置有多层缓冲加强杆,在多层缓冲加强杆之间设置吸音海绵填充间,所述加强层内侧设置保温层,在保温层内设置有发泡保温层,所述保温层内侧设置石油管道内层主体,在石油管道内层主体外表面设置耐高温涂层,所述石油管道内层主体内壁上均匀等距的设置有圆弧凸块,在圆弧凸块之间设置有直角三角形凸块,本发明结构简单,安装方便,陶瓷高温涂层的设置将使石油管道提高耐磨性和防火功能,增长使用寿命,加强层中多层缓冲加强杆的设置将提高石油管道的抗压强度,使其不易受损。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油输送装置技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能石油管道。
背景技术
石油,地质勘探的主要对象之一,是一种粘稠的、深褐色液体,被称为“工业的血液”。地壳上层部分地区有石油储存。主要成分是各种烷烃、环烷烃、芳香烃的混合物。
石油在勘探开发的过程中需要使用石油管道进行输送,原来使用的石油管道管壁较薄,结构强度差,同时不具备隔声、保温、防火等功能,另外,由于石油本身具有粘性,在石油管道长时间输送的过程中石油容易慢慢粘接在管道内壁上,造成石油管道堵塞,给输送石油带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种输送效果好、隔声、保温、防火的多功能石油管道,包括石油管道外层主体,所述石油管道外层主体外表面设置陶瓷高温涂层,在石油管道外层主体内侧设置加强层,所述加强层内均匀等距的设置有多层缓冲加强杆,在多层缓冲加强杆之间设置吸音海绵填充间,所述加强层内侧设置保温层,在保温层内设置有发泡保温层,所述保温层内侧设置石油管道内层主体,在石油管道内层主体外表面设置耐高温涂层,所述石油管道内层主体内壁上均匀等距的设置有圆弧凸块,在圆弧凸块之间设置有直角三角形凸块。
作为优选,所述加强层内均匀等距的设置6个多层缓冲加强杆,所述多层缓冲加强杆由四层圆弧加强板组成一个整体。
作为优选,所述耐高温涂层设置在石油管道内层主体与保温层之间。
作为优选,所述石油管道内层主体由碳素钢或耐油胶制成,石油管道外层主体由金属或塑料制成。
作为优选,所述石油管道内层主体内均匀等距的设置有9个圆弧凸块和9个直角三角形凸块,且9个圆弧凸块和9个直角三角形凸块为一组,横向间隔分布于石油管道内层主体内壁上。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,安装方便,陶瓷高温涂层的设置将使石油管道提高耐磨性和防火功能,增长使用寿命,加强层中多层缓冲加强杆的设置将提高石油管道的抗压强度,使其不易受损,吸音海绵填充间的设置将使石油管道具备隔音效果,降低输送时产生的噪音,发泡保温层与耐高温涂层的设置将使石油管道的保温效果提升,圆弧凸块与直角三角形凸块的设置将防止石油粘接在管道内壁上,提高输送效率。

如图1、图2、图3和图4所示的一种多功能石油管道,包括石油管道外层主体1,所述石油管道外层主体1外表面设置陶瓷高温涂层2,在石油管道外层主体1内侧设置加强层3,所述加强层3内均匀等距的设置有多层缓冲加强杆9,在多层缓冲加强杆9之间设置吸音海绵填充间10,所述加强层3内侧设置保温层4,在保温层4内设置有发泡保温层11,所述保温层4内侧设置石油管道内层主体6,在石油管道内层主体6外表面设置耐高温涂层5,所述石油管道内层主体6内壁上均匀等距的设置有圆弧凸块7,在圆弧凸块7之间设置有直角三角形凸块8。所述加强层3内均匀等距的设置6个多层缓冲加强杆9,所述多层缓冲加强杆9由四层圆弧加强板组成一个整体。所述耐高温涂层5设置在石油管道内层主体6与保温层4之间。所述石油管道内层主体6由碳素钢或耐油胶制成,石油管道外层主体1由金属或塑料制成。所述石油管道内层主体6内均匀等距的设置有9个圆弧凸块7和9个直角三角形凸块8,且9个圆弧凸块7和9个直角三角形凸块8为一组,横向间隔分布于石油管道内层主体6内壁上。所述直角三角形凸块8的斜边与石油管道内层主体6内壁的夹角为6-18°。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:在输送石油时,陶瓷高温涂层2将起到耐磨和防火的效果,提高石油管道外层主体1的耐磨性和防火性,增长使用寿命,在石油管道长时间输送的过程中石油容易慢慢粘接在管道内壁上,圆弧凸块7和直角三角形凸块8的配合设置将使得管道内的石油流动过程中,会不断地改变流向,增加了湍流现象,降低了层流现象,从而减小了石油粘连性,提高了流速,加强层3将提高石油管道的抗压强度,保温层4与耐高温涂层5将起到保温作用。

1.一种多功能石油管道,包括石油管道外层主体(1),其特征在于:所述石油管道外层主体(1)外表面设置陶瓷高温涂层(2),在石油管道外层主体(1)内侧设置加强层(3),所述加强层(3)内均匀等距的设置有多层缓冲加强杆(9),在多层缓冲加强杆(9)之间设置吸音海绵填充间(10),所述加强层(3)内侧设置保温层(4),在保温层(4)内设置有发泡保温层(11),所述保温层(4)内侧设置石油管道内层主体(6),在石油管道内层主体(6)外表面设置耐高温涂层(5),所述石油管道内层主体(6)内壁上均匀等距的设置有圆弧凸块(7),在圆弧凸块(7)之间设置有直角三角形凸块(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能石油管道,其特征在于:所述加强层(3)内均匀等距的设置6个多层缓冲加强杆(9),所述多层缓冲加强杆(9)由四层圆弧加强板组成一个整体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能石油管道,其特征在于:所述耐高温涂层(5)设置在石油管道内层主体(6)与保温层(4)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能石油管道,其特征在于:所述石油管道内层主体(6)由碳素钢或耐油胶制成,石油管道外层主体(1)由金属或塑料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能石油管道,其特征在于:所述石油管道内层主体(6)内均匀等距的设置有9个圆弧凸块(7)和9个直角三角形凸块(8),且9个圆弧凸块(7)和9个直角三角形凸块(8)为一组,横向间隔分布于石油管道内层主体(6)内壁上。
