Washing color protection method and washing machine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing equipment, and particularly relates to a washing color protection method capable of preventing clothes from fading in a washing process and a washing machine with a color protection function.
Background
The washing machine is a special cleaning device for washing clothes, cotton, hemp, chemical fiber and other textiles, the current washing machine, whether a full-automatic washing machine or a semi-automatic washing machine, basically has three basic functions of washing, rinsing and dewatering, the labor intensity of people is reduced to a certain extent, and the life of people is comfortable.
The existing washing machine directly uses tap water to inject into the washing tub to wash clothes. Since tap water often contains impurities such as residual chlorine, iron filings, silt and the like, white clothes turn yellow, and color clothes turn light and become darker and darker after the washing machine washes the clothes for multiple times by using untreated tap water.
In order to care the color of the washed clothes, the prior clothes color protecting method mainly comprises the following steps:
(1) oxidant such as 84 disinfectant can be added to yellow white clothes for bleaching; however, this treatment method causes great damage to the fabric;
(2) adding a color master batch into the faded clothes to adsorb colors, so as to avoid color cross; however, this process requires the manual addition of color master in each washing process, which is time consuming, labor intensive and costly;
(3) a softener is added to avoid the clothes from becoming hard and dull in color; however, the improvement of color care by adding a softening agent is very limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a washing color protection method applied to washing equipment, which removes impurities causing clothes to become dull in color in tap water by performing pre-treatment on the tap water injected into the washing equipment, thereby playing a color care role on the washed clothes.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in one aspect, the present invention provides a laundry color protection method applied in a washing device, comprising: a water purification and color protection component is arranged in a water inlet pipeline of the washing equipment; determining the water passing amount of the water purification and color protection component according to the amount of filter materials in the water purification and color protection component; impurities influencing the color of the clothes in water injection are removed by using the water purification and color protection assembly; counting the total water injection amount of the washing equipment; and when the total water injection amount reaches the excessive water amount, replacing the water purifying and color protecting component.
For the statistical method of the total water injection quantity of the washing equipment, the invention provides the following two preferable modes:
firstly, a flow meter is arranged in a water inlet pipeline of the washing equipment; and detecting the water injection amount of the washing equipment each time through a flowmeter, and counting to generate the total water injection amount.
Secondly, when the washing equipment executes different washing programs according to the operation of a user, recording the water injection amount determined by the washing equipment in each washing program according to the weight of clothes; and counting the water injection amount corresponding to each washing program executed by the washing equipment to generate the total water injection amount.
Further, after the water purification and color protection assembly is replaced, the water passing amount of the water purification and color protection assembly is determined again according to the filter material amount in the replaced water purification and color protection assembly, the total water injection amount recorded in the washing equipment is cleared, and the total water injection amount is counted again. Or when the water purification and color protection component is replaced, only the water purification and color protection component with the same filter material amount can be replaced, the total water injection amount recorded in the washing equipment is reset, and the total water injection amount is counted again so as to accurately calculate the time for replacing the water purification and color protection component next time.
In another aspect, the present invention further provides a washing machine, including a water inlet pipeline, a washing tub, a water purifying and color protecting assembly, a memory, a controller, and an output unit; the washing tub is communicated with the water inlet pipeline and receives tap water injected through the water inlet pipeline; the water purifying and color protecting component is arranged in the water inlet pipeline and used for removing impurities which influence the color of clothes in tap water; the memory records the water passing amount corresponding to the water purification and color protection component, and the water passing amount is determined according to the amount of filter materials in the water purification and color protection component; the controller counts the total water injection quantity of the washing machine and generates a prompt signal for replacing the water purifying and color protecting component when the total water injection quantity reaches the excessive water quantity; and the output unit receives the prompt signal and sends out a prompt.
For the statistical mode of the total water injection amount, the invention preferably adopts the following two schemes:
one is that a flowmeter is additionally arranged in the washing machine, can be arranged in the water inlet pipeline, detects the flow of tap water passing through the water inlet pipeline and transmits the flow to the controller; and the controller counts the total water injection quantity of the washing machine according to the detected flow value.
Secondly, an input unit is arranged in the washing machine, receives a washing program selected by a user and transmits the washing program to the controller; the controller controls the washing machine to execute a washing program selected by a user, and determines the water injection amount corresponding to the washing program according to the weight of clothes; the controller counts the water injection amount corresponding to each washing program executed by the washing machine to generate the total water injection amount.
Further, after the water purification and color protection component is replaced, the controller clears the total water injection quantity recorded by the water purification and color protection component, and determines whether to modify the water flow quantity parameter stored in the memory according to the type of the replaced water purification and color protection component; specifically, when the replaced water purification and color protection component is the same as the original water purification and color protection component, the water passing quantity parameter is kept unchanged; when the replaced water purification and color protection component is different from the original water purification and color protection component in type, the input unit of the washing machine receives the water passing amount parameter which is re-determined and input by a user according to the amount of the filter material in the replaced water purification and color protection component, and writes the water passing amount parameter into the memory.
As a preferred structural design of the water purification and color protection assembly, the water purification and color protection assembly comprises a shell, a filter screen and an internal filter element; a water inlet and a water outlet are arranged on the shell; the filter screen is arranged at a position close to the water inlet and used for filtering large-particle impurities in tap water; the internal filter element is arranged in the shell and used for receiving the tap water filtered by the filter screen, and the internal filter element is filled with filter materials capable of removing residual chlorine in the tap water.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the water purifying and color protecting assembly is additionally arranged in the water inlet pipeline of the washing machine and is used for pre-treating the tap water injected into the washing machine and filtering out impurities affecting the color of clothes in the tap water, so that the tap water entering the washing bucket is purer, the color of the clothes is effectively protected, and the effect of washing and color protecting is achieved. Meanwhile, the water passing amount parameters stored in the washing machine are adjusted according to the amount of the filter materials in the water purifying and color protecting assembly, and when the total water injection amount of the washing machine is monitored to reach the water passing amount, a user is automatically reminded to replace the water purifying and color protecting assembly, so that the long-term effectiveness of the water purifying and color protecting assembly can be ensured, and the color protecting effect of the washing machine is guaranteed.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings.
A washing machine, as a kind of laundry washing apparatus, generally includes a water inlet pipe 1, a washing tub 3, a drain pump 4, and a computer board, etc., as shown in fig. 1. Wherein, the front end of the water inlet pipeline 1 can be provided with a water inlet valve 6 for controlling the connection and disconnection state of the water inlet pipeline 1 and an external tap water source, thereby realizing the effective control of the water injection quantity of the washing machine. The water inlet pipeline 1 is connected to a washing tub 3, wherein the washing tub 3 is a tub body of the washing machine for containing tap water, and the washing tub may be an inner tub of the washing machine or an outer tub of the washing machine according to the actual design condition of the washing machine. A drain pump 4 may be installed at a lower portion of the tub 3, and waste water in the tub 3 may be drained by activating the drain pump 4 at the end of the washing process.
For the on-off control of the water inlet valve 6 and the on-off control of the water discharge pump 4, the controller 10 on the computer board of the washing machine can automatically complete the control according to the actual design condition of the washing program, which is shown in fig. 3.
Because the tap water contains impurities such as residual chlorine and the like which can cause the yellow color of white clothes, the light color of colored clothes and the dark color of the colored clothes, in order to keep the original color of the clothes, the washing machine has the function of washing and protecting the color of the clothes, the water inlet pipeline 1 of the washing machine is also provided with a water purifying and color protecting component 2, as shown in figure 1, so as to filter the impurities which influence the color of the clothes in the tap water and play a role of purifying the water.
The water purifying and color protecting assembly 2 of the present invention may include casing, filtering net, inner filter core and other parts, and the casing has water inlet and water outlet communicated to the water inlet pipeline 1 of the washing machine. The running water that pours into through inlet pipe 1 flows into the filter screen via the water inlet, the filter screen can be installed inside the shell and be close to the position department of water inlet to be used for filtering large granule impurity such as silt, iron rust in the running water. The inside filter core of water purification colour protection subassembly 2 of running water flow direction after the filtration, inside filter core can set up inside the shell, and it has a certain amount of filter material to fill wherein, the filter material is the metallic component that can carry out electrochemical reaction with strong oxidizing property impurity such as chlorine residue in the running water to be used for getting rid of strong oxidizing property impurity such as chlorine residue, and can get rid of the bacterium in the running water simultaneously, when playing the guard action to the colour of clothing, can also avoid bringing the problem of the secondary pollution of doing washing, the guarantee user is done clothes healthily. The tap water from which impurities are removed by the internal filter element flows into the water inlet pipeline 1 through the water outlet of the water purifying and color protecting assembly 2, and then is injected into the washing tub 3 through the water inlet pipeline 1, so as to provide pure washing water for the clothes in the washing tub 3.
Because the water purification and color protection component 2 has the problems of filter screen blockage, weakened effect of filter materials of internal filter elements and the like after being used for a period of time, the water purification and color protection component 2 needs to be replaced in time in order to ensure the color protection effect of the washing machine. The present invention preferably determines the optimum replacement time of the water purifying and color protecting assembly 2 by monitoring the water supply amount of the washing machine.
The washing and color protecting method of the washing machine will be explained in detail by two specific embodiments.
In the first embodiment, a flow meter is used to detect the water injection amount of the washing machine, the total water injection amount entering the washing machine after the current water purification and color protection component 2 is loaded is counted, and the water purification and color protection component 2 is combined with the filter material amount of the water purification and color protection component 2 to determine when to replace the water purification and color protection component 2.
Specifically, a flow meter 5 may be additionally installed in the water inlet pipeline 1 of the washing machine, as shown in fig. 2, the flow meter 5 is preferably installed in the water inlet pipeline 1 between the water inlet valve 6 and the water purifying and color protecting assembly 2, and is used for detecting the flow rate of the tap water flowing into the water inlet pipeline 1 and transmitting the detected flow rate to the computer board of the washing machine, and specifically, the detected flow rate may be received by the controller 10 on the computer board, as shown in fig. 3, so as to count the total water injection amount of the washing machine after the water purifying and color protecting assembly 2 is installed.
Since the amount of the filtering material of the water purifying and color protecting assembly 2 installed in the washing machine is known, the water passing amount corresponding to the water purifying and color protecting assembly 2 (i.e., the total flow of the tap water that can be filtered by the water purifying and color protecting assembly 2) can be determined according to the amount of the filtering material of the water purifying and color protecting assembly 2. And writing the water passing amount into a memory 9 on a computer board for a controller 10 to call in the operation process of the washing machine.
The following describes a specific process of the laundry color protection method in detail with reference to fig. 4, including:
s401, determining the water passing amount of the water purification and color protection component 2 according to the selected filter material amount of the water purification and color protection component 2;
in this embodiment, before the washing machine leaves the factory, the manufacturer may write the water passing amount corresponding to the water purifying and color protecting component 2 into the memory 9 on the computer board of the washing machine in advance according to the filtering material amount of the water purifying and color protecting component 2 selected by the manufacturer when writing the software program of the washing machine. In the daily use process of the washing machine, a user can re-determine the water passing amount corresponding to the water purification and color protection component 2 according to the filter material amount in the replaced water purification and color protection component 2 (the water passing amount can be recorded on the product description of the water purification and color protection component 2 for the user to search), and the water passing amount is transmitted to the controller 10 on the computer board through the input unit 7 (such as a key, a touch screen and the like) on the washing machine, and is written into the memory 9 through the controller 10, so that the water passing amount stored in the memory 9 is updated.
Of course, in some washing machines, only the water purifying and color protecting components 2 of the same type are allowed to be replaced, or the water purifying and color protecting components 2 replaced by users have the same filtering material amount as the original water purifying and color protecting components 2, the water passing amount written in the storage 9 can be kept unchanged, and only the water purifying and color protecting components 2 need to be replaced.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the intellectualization level of the washing machine, a manner that trigger components matched with each other are arranged on the washing machine and the standard water purification and color protection assembly 2 can be adopted, so that the washing machine can automatically identify the type of the replaced water purification and color protection assembly 2, and further determine whether to allow a user to modify the water passing quantity parameter. Specifically, when the user replaces the water purification and color protection assembly 2, the controller 10 detects whether the trigger member is triggered, thereby determining whether the replaced water purification and color protection assembly 2 is the standard water purification and color protection assembly 2. If the water purification and color protection component 2 is in standard distribution, the water passing amount parameters stored in the memory 9 do not need to be modified because the filter material amount is the same; if the water purification and color protection component 2 is not standard, the user is allowed to rewrite the water passing amount parameter stored in the memory 9 through the input unit 7.
S402, running a washing program;
the user can input the selected washing program through the input unit 7, the controller 10 controls the washing machine to automatically operate according to the washing program selected by the user, and automatically controls the on-off of the water inlet valve 6 according to the operation process so as to control the water inflow of tap water.
S403, collecting the water injection amount of the washing machine through a flowmeter 5;
the flow of tap water entering the washing machine through the water inlet pipeline 1 is detected through the flow meter 5, and a detection signal is generated and sent to the controller 10 on the computer board of the washing machine. The controller 10 generates a flow value according to the received detection signal, and records the water injection amount of the water injection at this time.
S404, counting the total water injection amount of the washing machine;
after the water purification and color protection assembly 2 is replaced each time, the controller 10 records the water injection amount of the tap water injected into the washing machine each time after the water purification and color protection assembly 2 is replaced, and then calculates and generates a total water injection amount parameter.
S405, judging whether the total water injection amount of the washing machine reaches the excessive water amount of the water purifying and color protecting component 2, and if so, executing the subsequent process; otherwise, continuously counting the total water injection quantity of the washing machine;
in this embodiment, the comparison of the total water supply amount and the excessive water amount should be performed after a complete washing program is completed. By adopting the program design mode, the washing machine can be ensured not to be forcibly interrupted in the middle of running a normal washing program, thereby ensuring that the clothes can be normally washed.
S406, sending an alarm prompt for replacing the water purifying and color protecting component 2;
when detecting that the total water injection amount of the washing machine reaches the excessive water amount allowed by the water purification and color protection assembly 2 in the washing machine, the controller 10 outputs a prompt signal to an output unit 8, such as an indicator lamp, a display screen, etc., arranged on the washing machine to send an alarm signal to a user, so as to remind the user to replace the water purification and color protection assembly 2 in the washing machine in time, thereby maintaining the washing and color protection functions of the washing machine.
S407, replacing the water purification and color protection component 2 in the washing machine, and clearing the total water injection quantity parameter;
when a user replaces the water purification and color protection component 2 in the washing machine, the washing machine can be controlled to enter a maintenance mode so as to prevent the misoperation of the washing machine caused by false triggering in the process of replacing the water purification and color protection component 2 by the user. Meanwhile, in the maintenance mode, the controller 10 may instruct the user to modify the water flow parameter in the memory 9 according to the replaced water purification and color protection assembly 2 through the output unit 8, and clear the total water injection parameter to be counted again. The specific modification manner of the water excess parameter may refer to the relevant description in the process S401.
And in the second embodiment, the total water injection quantity of the washing machine is counted according to the washing program executed by the washing machine each time.
When the existing washing machine executes different washing programs, a fixed water injection amount is corresponding to each set of washing program, the water injection amount is properly adjusted according to the actual weight of clothes when the set of washing program is operated, and the adjustment amount is determined by the washing machine. That is, the required water supply amount is determined by the washing machine itself and is a known amount for the washing machine when the washing machine runs each washing program, and although the actual water supply amount may deviate from the water supply amount set by the washing machine during actual use, the influence on the problem of determining when to replace the water purifying and color protecting assembly 2 is not great.
Based on this, the present embodiment designs the washing and color protecting method of the washing machine by counting the total water injection amount of the washing machine according to the washing program executed by the washing machine each time, and as shown in fig. 5, the specific process is as follows:
s501, determining the water passing amount of the water purification and color protection component 2 according to the selected filter material amount of the water purification and color protection component 2;
the specific implementation of this process can be referred to in the related description of the process S401 in the first embodiment.
S502, running a washing program;
the washing machine automatically calls relevant parameters corresponding to the washing program according to the washing program selected by the user, such as washing steps (such as washing, rinsing, dewatering and the like), the running time of each washing step, the water injection amount of each washing step and the like. Weighing the weight of the clothes, and properly adjusting the water injection quantity parameter of each washing step according to the actual weight of the clothes to be washed, thereby calculating the water injection quantity required by the current washing program.
S503, recording the water injection amount required by each washing program;
the controller 10 on the computer board of the washing machine is used for recording the water injection amount corresponding to each washing program of the washing machine after the washing machine is installed in the current water purification and color protection component 2.
S504, counting the total water injection amount of the washing machine;
the controller 10 statistically generates the total water injection amount of the washing machine according to the recorded water injection amount corresponding to each washing program of the washing machine.
S505, judging whether the total water injection quantity of the washing machine reaches the excessive water quantity of the water purifying and color protecting component 2, and if so, executing the subsequent process; otherwise, continuously counting the total water injection quantity of the washing machine;
in this embodiment, the comparison and determination process of the total water injection amount and the water excess amount is preferably performed after a complete washing program operation is finished.
S506, sending an alarm prompt for replacing the water purifying and color protecting component 2;
the alarm reminding mode of the embodiment can imitate the related description in the process S406 in the first embodiment, so as to play a role in reminding the user to replace the water purifying and color protecting component 2 in time.
S507, the washing machine enters an assembly replacement or maintenance mode, a water purification and color protection assembly 2 in the washing machine is replaced, and the total water injection quantity parameter is cleared;
after the water purification and color protection assembly 2 is replaced in the washing machine, the controller 10 clears the recorded total water injection parameter to count the water injection amount of the washing machine again. The user re-determines the water passing amount according to the replaced water purifying and color protecting component 2, and updates the water passing amount parameters stored in the washing machine so as to accurately judge the optimal time for replacing the water purifying and color protecting component 2 next time.
The invention adds the water purifying and color protecting component at the rear end of the water inlet valve of the washing machine, and can remove the impurities such as silt, scrap iron, residual chlorine, bacteria and the like in the tap water by utilizing the water purifying and color protecting component, thereby solving the problems of yellow white clothes, light colored clothes, dark color and the like caused by directly using the tap water to wash the clothes, and realizing the washing and color protecting functions of the washing machine. Meanwhile, the total water injection amount of the washing machine is monitored, the water purification and color protection assembly is combined to effectively play the excessive water amount allowed by the water purification and color protection effect of the water purification and color protection assembly, the optimal time for replacing or maintaining the water purification and color protection assembly can be accurately judged, and a user is reminded to replace or maintain the water purification and color protection assembly in time, so that the continuous effectiveness of the washing and color protection function of the washing machine can be ensured, and the clothes of the user are effectively protected.
Of course, the washing color protection method and the structure design proposed for the method of the present invention are also applicable to other washing apparatuses besides the washing machine, and the embodiment does not specifically limit this.
