Abstract
The invention discloses a waterway converter, which comprises a converter body, wherein one end of the converter body is configured as a connecting end for being in butt joint with a water purifier joint, and the outer wall of the other end of the converter body is provided with a water inlet and a waste water port; the converter comprises a converter body, wherein a water flow pipeline is arranged in the converter body, a sealing plate is arranged in the water flow pipeline, extends along the axis of the water flow pipeline and is connected with the inner wall of the water flow pipeline, and the interior of the water flow pipeline is divided into a first water flow passage and a second water flow passage which are sealed relatively with each other; one end of the first water flow passage is communicated with the water inlet, and the other end of the first water flow passage is communicated with a first channel of the water purifier joint; one end of the second water flow passage is communicated with the waste water port, and the other end of the second water flow passage is communicated with the second passage of the water purifier joint. The invention also discloses a water purifier with the waterway converter. The invention can reduce the pressure area of the water pipe of the waterway converter and improve the explosion-proof strength of the water purifier.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water purifiers, in particular to a waterway converter and a water purifier with the waterway converter.
Background
The water purifier is used as water purifying equipment, and can filter raw water through a filtering component and respectively guide out waste water and purified water, namely pure water, so that people can obtain a pure water source. For example, in the water purifier 100 shown in fig. 1, the waterway converter 10 mounted to the water purifier adaptor 20 (as shown in fig. 3 and 4) has the water inlet adaptor 121 and the waste water adaptor 131, and three passages are provided in the water purifier adaptor 20, wherein, as shown in fig. 2, raw water may flow into the cartridge from the water inlet adaptor 121 of the waterway converter 10 along the first passage 21 of the water purifier adaptor 20 and pass through the RO membrane in the cartridge 30 to generate pure water and waste water, wherein the waste water may finally flow out of the waste water outlet 13 of the waterway converter 10 along the second passage 22 of the water purifier adaptor 20, and pure water (i.e., purified water) may flow out of the water outlet 24 of the water purifier adaptor 20 along the third passage 23 of the water purifier adaptor 20.
In order to dock the water path converter 10 with the water purifier connector 20 and enable the waste water flow channel and the raw water flow channel to be sealed relatively, the structure is designed in such a way that the large pipe 60 is sleeved with the small pipe 50, so that when the water path converter 10 is installed on the water purifier connector 20, the small pipe 50 can be respectively communicated with the waste water port 13 and the second channel 22, and the gap between the small pipe 50 and the large pipe 60 can be respectively communicated with the water inlet 12 and the first channel 21. However, the waterway converter 10 thus designed is not only large in pressure receiving area and liable to burst, but also requires a plurality of sealing members and connecting members 40 for securing the connection tightness between the large pipe 60 and the small pipe 50, resulting in an increase in cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of large pressure area, easy bursting and high cost of the water pipe of the traditional waterway converter.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a waterway converter, including: the water purifier comprises a converter body, wherein one end of the converter body is configured as a connecting end for being in butt joint with a water purifier joint, and the outer wall of the other end of the converter body is provided with a water inlet and a waste water port; the converter comprises a converter body, and is characterized in that a water flow pipeline is arranged in the converter body, a sealing plate is arranged in the water flow pipeline, extends along the axis of the water flow pipeline and is connected with the inner wall of the water flow pipeline, and the interior of the water flow pipeline is divided into a first water flow passage and a second water flow passage which are sealed relatively to each other; one end of the first water flow passage is communicated with the water inlet, and the other end of the first water flow passage is communicated with a first channel of the water purifier joint; one end of the second water flow passage is communicated with the waste water port, and the other end of the second water flow passage is communicated with a second passage of the water purifier joint.
As a preferable scheme, the water inlet and the waste water port are positioned on the side wall of the converter body and are arranged side by side along the axis of the converter body, and the end part of the sealing plate, which is far away from the interface, is connected to the inner wall of the water flow pipeline corresponding to the space between the water inlet and the waste water port.
As the preferable scheme, the waterway converter further comprises a water inlet connector and a waste water connector which are fixed on the converter body, wherein the water inlet connector is communicated with the water inlet, and the waste water connector is communicated with the waste water port.
As the preferable scheme, waterway converter still including cup joint in waterway converter body's outer wall, water inlet connector's outer wall and the steady firmware of waste water connector's outer wall.
Preferably, the waterway converter further comprises an anti-drop piece arranged on the stabilizing piece and used for being connected with the water purifier joint.
Preferably, the waterway converter further comprises a reinforcing rib fixed on the stabilizing piece, the reinforcing rib corresponds to the end position, far away from the interface, of the sealing plate, and the reinforcing rib is connected with the outer wall of the converter body.
Preferably, the converter body and the sealing plate are integrally formed.
As a preferable scheme, the converter body, the sealing plate, the water inlet joint, the wastewater joint, the stabilizing piece, the anti-falling piece and the reinforcing rib are integrally formed.

According to the water purifier provided by the embodiment of the invention, the waterway converter is arranged, so that the water flow pipeline in the converter body is divided into the first water flow passage and the second water flow passage which are respectively communicated with the water inlet and the waste water outlet by the sealing plate, and the sealing plate is arranged along the axis of the water flow pipeline in an extending way, so that the first water flow passage and the second water flow passage can be considered to be arranged in parallel along the axis of the water flow pipeline, and uniform pressure bearing between the first water flow passage and the second water flow passage is ensured in the use process, so that the cross section area of the water flow pipeline can be reduced, the pressure bearing area of the waterway converter is reduced, the waterway converter is prevented from bursting, and the integral anti-riot strength of the water purifier is improved.

Detailed Description
The following describes in further detail the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Note that, although the reference numerals corresponding to the respective parts constituting the water purifier in the embodiment of the present invention are the same as those of the respective parts constituting the water purifier in the related art, the reference numerals are only used to refer to the respective parts appearing in the drawings, and do not mean that the specific structure of each part in the embodiment is identical to the specific structure of the corresponding part in the related art.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, a water purifier 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a filter element 30, a water purifier connector 20 provided on the filter element 30, and a waterway converter 10 shown in fig. 5. The water purifier connector 20 is provided with a first channel 21, a second channel 22 and a third channel 23 which are communicated with the filter element 30, one side of the water purifier connector 20 is provided with a water outlet 24 which is communicated with the third channel 23, and the other side of the water purifier connector 20 is provided with an interface 25 which is connected with the waterway converter 10. The cartridge 30 has a raw water inlet, a waste water outlet, and a pure water outlet, which are respectively communicated with the first passage 21, the second passage 22, and the third passage 23.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the waterway converter 10 includes a converter body 1, wherein one end of the converter body 1 is configured as a connection end 11, and an outer wall of the other end thereof is provided with a water inlet 12 and a waste water outlet 13; the inside of the converter body 1 is provided with a water flow pipeline 14, a sealing plate 15 is arranged in the water flow pipeline 14, the sealing plate 15 extends along the axis of the water flow pipeline 14 and is connected with the inner wall of the water flow pipeline 14, the inside of the water flow pipeline 14 is divided into a first water flow passage 141 and a second water flow passage 142 which are sealed relatively to each other, one end of the first water flow passage 141 is communicated with the water inlet 12, and one end of the second water flow passage 142 is communicated with the wastewater outlet 13.
When the waterway converter 10 is used, the waterway converter 10 is required to be mounted on the water purifier connector 20 of the water purifier 100, specifically, the connection end 11 of the waterway converter 10 and the interface 25 of the water purifier connector 20 can be detachably and hermetically connected. As shown in fig. 7 to 9, when the waterway converter 10 is mounted on the water purifier tap 20, the other end of the first water flow path 141 communicating with the water inlet 12 is communicated with the first passage 21 of the water purifier tap 20, and the other end of the second water flow path 142 communicating with the waste water port 13 is communicated with the second passage 22 of the water purifier tap 20.
Because the first water flow passage 141 and the second water flow passage 142 are formed by dividing and sealing the water flow pipe 14 by the sealing plate 15 disposed in the water flow pipe 14, and the sealing plate 15 is disposed along the axis of the water flow pipe 14, the first water flow passage 141 and the second water flow passage 142 may be considered to be disposed in parallel along the axis of the water flow pipe 14, so as to ensure uniform pressure bearing between the first water flow passage 141 and the second water flow passage 142 during use, thereby reducing the cross-sectional area of the water flow pipe 14, reducing the pressure bearing area of the water-way converter 10, avoiding bursting of the water-way converter 10, and improving the overall anti-riot strength of the water purifier 100.
Meanwhile, since the first water flow path 141 and the second water flow path 142 of the waterway converter 10 are formed by sealing connection between the sealing plate 15 and the inner wall of the water flow pipe 14, the sealing member and the connecting member 40 of the waterway converter 10 can be reduced as a whole while ensuring the sealing connection, so that the cost of the waterway converter 10 is reduced, and the cost of the water purifier 100 is also reduced.
For convenience of processing, the water inlet 12 and the waste water outlet 13 may be located on a side wall of the converter body 1 and side by side along an axis of the converter body 1, and an end portion of the sealing plate 15 away from the interface 25 may be connected to an inner wall of the water flow pipe 14 corresponding between the water inlet 12 and the waste water outlet 13, as shown in fig. 6.
In the waterway converter 10 shown in fig. 6, the water inlet 12 is closer to the end of the converter body 1 than the water outlet 13, and the sealing plate 15 is extended along the central axis of the water flow pipe 14. Of course, the positions of the water inlet 12 and the water outlet 13 may be adjusted according to the actual situation, such as installation environment. The position of the sealing plate 15 may be adjusted according to specific factors such as the amounts of liquid that are supplied to the first water flow path 141 and the second water flow path 142 in actual use, for example, the sealing plate 15 may be offset from the central axis of the water flow pipe 14, or the shape and/or structure of the sealing plate 15 may be adjusted.
For convenient docking of the water inlet pipe and the waste pipe, as shown in fig. 5, for example, a water inlet joint 121 and a waste water joint 131 may be further provided on the converter body 1, and the water inlet joint 121 may be in communication with the water inlet 12, and the waste water joint 131 may be in communication with the waste water port 13. Further, in order to ensure the connection strength between the water inlet connector 121 and the wastewater connector 131 and the converter body 1, so as to avoid breakage or damage during the working process, for example, the stabilizing member 16 may be further added and sleeved on the outer wall of the waterway converter 10 body, the outer wall of the water inlet connector 121 and the outer wall of the wastewater connector 131. Preferably, a reinforcing rib 18 is added to the stabilizing member 16, and the reinforcing rib 18 corresponds to an end position of the sealing plate 15 away from the interface 25, and the reinforcing rib 18 is connected to the outer wall of the converter body 1.
As shown in fig. 5, an anti-falling member 17 may be added to the fixing member 16, and the anti-falling member 17 may be used as a connection reinforcing member, so that after the connection end 11 of the converter body 1 is docked with the water purifier connector 20, the water purifier connector 20 is connected with the anti-falling member 17, so as to form a double connection, thereby reducing the risk of the waterway converter 10 and the water purifier connector 20 falling off in the working process, and improving the working efficiency. It will be appreciated that the connection between the anti-drop member 17 and the water purifier connector 20 may be a detachable connection, so as to facilitate the assembly, disassembly and maintenance of the waterway converter 10.
In addition, an access hole 19 communicating with the water flow pipe 14 may be formed on the converter body 1, and an access cover 191 may be detachably sealed on the access hole 19, so as to maintain or process the water flow pipe 14 in time, so as to prolong the service life of the waterway converter 10.
To improve the connection strength and sealing property between the water flow pipe 14 and the sealing plate 15, the converter body 1 and the sealing plate 15 may be integrally formed by injection molding or other processes. Of course, the converter body 1 may be integrally formed with the sealing plate 15, the water inlet joint 121, the waste water joint 131, the fixing member 16, the anti-drop member 17, and the reinforcing rib 18, so as to improve the strength and the life of the waterway converter 10 as a whole.
