Background
The baby carriage is a tool carriage designed for facilitating outdoor activities of babies, and has various vehicle types, and generally, the baby carriage is played by children of 1 to 2 years old, and the toy carriage with wheels is played by children of 2 years old, so that the baby carriage brings certain benefits to the intelligence development of the children, and the brain development of the children is increased. The baby carriage is a favorite walking vehicle for babies, and is a necessary product for the babies to shop on the street. However, the strollers are classified into various types according to the growth and use of babies. Mainly according to the load capacity as standard, and the general test standard is nine to fifteen kilograms. Typical strollers are available for about four to five years.
The existing baby carriage has more complicated direct mechanism and poor use effect.

The unlocking link mechanism of the baby carriage is characterized by mainly comprising a supporting link assembly, a bracket pipe assembly, a push rod assembly and a rear foot pipe assembly, wherein the supporting link assembly comprises a U-shaped supporting link, seat pipe connectors are hinged at left and right side rods of the supporting link, and seat pipes are fixedly inserted in the seat pipe connectors;
the support tube assembly comprises a support tube and a support tube upper joint, wherein the upper end of the support tube is fixedly provided with the support tube upper joint, the lower part of the support tube is also hinged with a seat tube sliding part, the seat tube sliding part is provided with a sliding hole, and the seat tube passes through the sliding hole;
the push rod assembly comprises a push rod and a push rod sleeve, the push rod is a U-shaped pipe, two ends of the push rod are inserted into the push rod sleeve, and the head end of the push rod sleeve is connected with the shower head fixing seat; the middle part of the push rod is provided with a rotating handle, both sides of the rotating handle are provided with rotating handle seats, both ends of the push rod are provided with push rod locking columns, the wall of the push rod sleeve pipe is provided with holes corresponding to the push rod locking columns, the push rod locking columns are controlled by stay wires, the stay wires penetrate through the U-shaped pipe, and the tail ends of the stay wires are connected with the rotating handle;
the lower end of the push rod sleeve is fixedly inserted with a support positioning seat, a push rod is sleeved in the push rod sleeve, the lower end of the push rod sleeve is also inserted with a push rod sleeve locking piece, a reset pressure spring groove is formed in the push rod sleeve locking piece, a reset pressure spring is arranged in the reset pressure spring groove, a convex clamping column is arranged on the push rod sleeve locking piece, an arc-shaped chute is formed in the side face of an upper joint of the support pipe, and the clamping column is slidably embedded into the arc-shaped chute;
the lower end of the support positioning seat is connected with the head end of the support connecting rod, and the upper end of the support positioning seat is hinged with the upper joint of the support pipe;
the rear foot pipe assembly comprises an H-shaped rear foot pipe and a central joint part, wherein the central joint part is provided with three support arms distributed in a T shape, the head end of the rear foot pipe is connected with the lower support arm of the central joint part, the left support arm of the central joint part is hinged with the lower end of the support pipe, and the lower support arm of the central joint part is hinged with the two sides of the tail end of the support connecting rod.
Preferably, the head end of the supporting connecting rod is fixedly inserted with a safety plate, and the free end of the safety plate is hinged with the lower end of the bracket positioning seat.
Preferably, the lower end of the bracket tube is provided with a bracket tube lower joint, and the free end of the lower joint and the left end support arm of the central joint piece.
Preferably, the push rod locking column is fixed at the front end part of the locking reed, the rear end part of the locking reed is connected with the stay wire, the stay wire passes through the U-shaped pipe, and the tail end of the stay wire is connected with the rotating handle; the front end of the locking reed is also provided with a bending rebound part, a stop block is arranged near the root of the bending rebound part, and the rear end of the locking reed is provided with a stay wire return spring.
Preferably, the push rod locking column is fixed at the front end part of the locking reed, the front end part of the locking reed is also provided with a bending rebound part, a push block is arranged near the root part of the bending rebound part, and the rear end part of the push block is provided with a stay wire reset spring; the rear end of the push block is connected with a stay wire, the stay wire passes through the U-shaped pipe, and the tail end of the stay wire is connected with the rotating handle.
Preferably, a column head reset spring is arranged at the bottom of the push rod locking column.
Preferably, the upper joint of the bracket tube is fixedly connected with the bracket tube through a third rivet; the lower joint of the support pipe is fixedly connected with the support pipe through a fourth rivet, and the lower joint of the support pipe is hinged with a seat pipe sliding piece through the fourth rivet.
The right end support arm of the central joint piece is hinged with the front foot pipe assembly, the front foot pipe assembly is hinged with the end part of the foot pedal rod assembly, and the other end part of the foot pedal rod is hinged with the tail end of the supporting connecting rod.
Preferably, the support connecting rod, the seat tube and the bracket tube are all made of stainless steel tubes or aluminum alloy tubes.
Preferably, the safety plate, the seat tube connecting piece, the bracket tube upper joint, the bracket tube lower joint, the bracket positioning seat and the push rod sleeve locking piece are all made of engineering plastics.
Preferably, the seat tube is movably inserted into the insertion hole of the seat tube sliding piece, and the seat tube slides along the insertion hole of the seat tube sliding piece.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the support connecting rod assembly, the support pipe assembly, the push rod assembly and the rear foot pipe assembly are all in movable hinged structures, so that the whole assemblies can be folded, the assembly and the folding can be effectively realized, and the whole storage is convenient.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, the invention mainly comprises a support connecting rod 2 assembly, a support pipe assembly 8, a push rod 23 assembly, a rear foot pipe assembly 8, a front foot pipe assembly 181 and the like, wherein the support connecting rod 2 assembly comprises a U-shaped support connecting rod 2, a seat pipe connecting piece 3 is hinged at left and right side rods of the support connecting rod 2 through rivets 5, and a seat pipe 6 is fixedly inserted into the seat pipe connecting piece 3 through rivets 4;
the bracket tube assembly 8 comprises a bracket tube 80, a bracket tube upper joint 7 and a bracket tube lower joint 801, wherein the bracket tube upper joint 7 is fixedly connected with the bracket tube 80 through a third rivet 12; the bracket tube lower joint 801 is fixedly connected with the bracket tube 80 through a fourth rivet 11, and the bracket tube lower joint 801 is also hinged with the seat tube sliding part 9 through the fourth rivet 11. The seat tube sliding piece 9 is provided with a sliding hole 91, the seat tube 6 passes through the sliding hole 91, and the seat tube 6 slides along the insertion hole of the seat tube sliding piece 9.
The push rod assembly 26 comprises a push rod 23 and a push rod sleeve 13, the push rod 23 is a U-shaped pipe, two ends of the push rod 23 are inserted into the push rod sleeve 13, and the head end of the push rod sleeve 13 is connected with the shower head fixing seat 25; the middle part of push rod 23 is equipped with the twist grip 231, and the twist grip both sides are equipped with twist grip seat 232, and push rod 23 both ends are equipped with push rod locking post 233, and push rod cover pipe wall has seted up the hole that corresponds with push rod locking post 233, and push rod locking post 233 is controlled by the acting as go-between, and the acting as go-between passes the U-shaped pipe, and its end is connected to twist grip 231.
The stay wire control mode can be various, one of which is: the push rod locking column 233 is fixed at the front end of the locking reed 238, and a column head return spring 236 is arranged at the bottom of the push rod locking column 233. The front end of the locking reed 238 is also provided with a bending rebound part, a pushing block 235 is arranged near the root of the bending rebound part, and the rear end of the pushing block 235 is provided with a stay wire reset spring 237; the rear end of the push block 235 is connected with a pull wire 239, the pull wire 239 penetrates through the U-shaped tube, and the tail end of the pull wire 239 is connected with a rotating handle 231;
the other is: the push rod locking column 233 is fixed at the front end of the locking reed 238, and a column head return spring is arranged at the bottom of the push rod locking column 233. The rear end of the locking reed 238 is connected to a pull wire 239 which passes through the U-shaped tube and the end of which is connected to the knob 231; the front end of the locking reed 238 also has a curved spring back portion, a stopper 235 is provided near the root of the curved spring back portion, and a wire return spring 237 is provided at the rear end of the locking reed.
When a user dials the handle unlocking key 25 leftwards and rotates the handle 231 anticlockwise, the push rod locking column 233 used for positioning of the push rod is controlled by the locking reed 238, the push block 235 or the locking reed 238 is pulled by the built-in stay 239, the bending rebound part of the locking reed 238 drives the push rod locking column 233 to stretch to the inner side of the push rod, and at the moment, the push rod 23 can slide freely in the push rod sleeve 13 after the push rod is separated from a hole on the push rod sleeve 13; when the handle 231 is released, the push rod locking post 233 springs out under the action of the spring to reset, and when the push rod 23 encounters a corresponding hole in the push rod sleeve 13 during free sliding movement within the push rod sleeve 13, the push rod locking post 233 springs out to place the push rod 23 in a locked state.
The lower end of the push rod sleeve 13 is fixedly inserted with a bracket positioning seat 14 through a positioning rivet 17, a push rod 23 is sleeved in the push rod sleeve 13, a push rod sleeve locking piece 15 is also inserted into the lower end of the push rod sleeve 13, a reset pressure spring groove 151 is formed in the push rod sleeve locking piece 15, a reset pressure spring 16 is arranged in the reset pressure spring groove, the rivet 17 penetrates through the lower end of the reset pressure spring groove, the reset pressure spring 16 is propped against, and the bracket positioning seat 14 is fixed.
The push rod sleeve locking piece 15 is provided with a convex clamping column 152, the side surface of the upper joint of the support tube is provided with an arc-shaped chute 153, and the clamping column 152 is slidably embedded into the arc-shaped chute 153.
The lower end of the bracket positioning seat 14 is connected with the head end of the support connecting rod 2, and the upper end of the bracket positioning seat 14 is hinged with the upper joint 7 of the bracket tube 80; the head end of the support connecting rod 2 is fixedly inserted with a safety plate 1, the free end of the safety plate 1 is hinged with the lower end of the support positioning seat 14, the safety plate 1 is of a triangular structure, vacuum formed at the crossing position of a frame can be filled, and infant clamping hands in the vehicle collecting process are prevented.
The rear foot tube assembly 10 comprises an H-shaped rear foot tube 101 and a central joint piece 18, wherein the central joint piece 18 is provided with three support arms distributed in a T shape, the head end of the rear foot tube 101 is connected with the lower support arm of the central joint piece 18, the left support arm of the central joint piece 18 is hinged with the lower end of the support tube 80, and the lower support arm of the central joint piece 18 is hinged with two sides of the tail end of the support connecting rod 2. The right end arm of the center joint member 18 is hinged to a front foot tube assembly 181, the front foot tube assembly 182 is hinged to an end of a foot bar assembly 183, and the other end of the foot bar 183 is hinged to a distal end of the support link 182.
The lower end of the bracket tube 80 is provided with a bracket tube lower joint 801, the free end of which is connected with the left end support arm of the central joint member 18.
In the invention, the support connecting rod 2, the seat tube 6 and the bracket tube 80 are all made of stainless steel tubes or aluminum alloy tubes. The safety plate 1, the seat tube connecting piece 3, the bracket tube upper connector 7, the bracket tube lower connector 80110, the bracket positioning seat 14 and the push rod sleeve locking piece 15 are all made of engineering plastics.
The working principle is as follows: the support connecting rod 2 assembly, the support pipe assembly 8, the push rod assembly 26, the rear foot pipe assembly 10 and the front foot pipe assembly 181 are all in a movable hinged structure, so that turnover can be realized among the whole assemblies, assembly folding can be effectively realized, and the whole storage is convenient. After the whole car is unfolded, the rotating handle 231 is rotated, when the push rod locking column 233 is separated from the hole on the push rod sleeve 13, the push rod 23 is pushed down, the end of the push rod pushes out the push rod sleeve locking piece 15, the clamping column 152 on the push rod sleeve locking piece 15 is separated from the guiding clamping groove 153 obliquely downwards as shown in fig. 9 and 10, and the locking device formed by the clamping column and the arc guiding clamping groove is unlocked. Simultaneously, the push rod 23 is driven by the downward pushing force to rotate clockwise, and the cart is folded by the four-bar mechanism shown in fig. 11, and the folded state is shown in fig. 11. When the cart is in the collapsed position, the telescoping push rod assembly is pulled up in the opposite direction, the cart can be deployed in a homeopathic manner, with the cart deployed position shown in fig. 12.
