Optionally, the inner surface of the mounting sleeve 20 in this embodiment is also provided with a thermal insulation film 22 to reduce heat loss. The wiper blade assembly 100a is provided with a water spray channel K1 which communicates with the accommodating chamber Q1 and can spray cleaning agent toward the surface of the front windshield 300. Referring to fig. 1 in combination, the electrically heated wiper blade 100 further includes an electrically heated water delivery tube 500. The electric heating water pipe 500 is provided along the wiper swing arm 100b, and one end of the electric heating water pipe 500 is used for being connected with a water supply device, and the other end is provided with a communicating pipe G1 for communicating the accommodating cavity Q1 and a water spraying pipe G2 which is directly oriented to the surface of the front windshield 300. The inner wall of the electrothermal water pipe 500 is provided with a second heating wire H2 which can be electrically heated. Referring to fig. 1 and 4, a tee joint G3 is disposed at one end of the electrothermal water pipe 500, and the communicating pipe G1 and the water spray pipe G2 are connected through the tee joint G3. Referring to fig. 4, the water jet pipe G2 is extended to one side of the wiper swing arm 100b in a laterally offset manner, so that the water jet direction of the water jet pipe G2 is directed to the wiping side of the wiping portion 42 of the wiper strip 40.
When the electrically heated wiper 100 in this embodiment is used, the wiper swing arm 100b drives the wiper blade assembly 100a to reciprocate together with the electrothermal water pipe 500 provided on the wiper swing arm 100 b. Meanwhile, the lower end of the electric heating water pipe 500 is communicated with the cleaning solution water tank 210 in the vehicle body 200, and the electric power system of the vehicle body 200 supplies power to the electric heating water pipe 500 and the heating wires in the accommodating cavity Q1, water in the cleaning solution water tank 210 is heated to a certain temperature through the electric heating water pipe 500, and part of the water is directly sprayed on the surface of the front windshield 300 through the water spraying pipe G2, so that the effects of flushing untight impurities (such as fallen leaves and branches) on the front windshield 300 and carrying out large-area preliminary preheating on the front windshield 300 are achieved, and then the cleaning solution entering the accommodating cavity Q1 from the electric heating water pipe 500 is thawed and cleared up with higher temperature on condensed tight ice and snow on the front windshield 300 after the heating wires in the accommodating cavity Q1 are further heated, so that the driving vision can be recovered.
In this embodiment, different influencing objects on the front windshield 300 are cleaned in a layered manner by different water outlet modes and different temperatures, so that sundries such as fallen leaves and branches which cannot be stuck can be effectively cleaned, and ice and snow which can be tightly condensed on the front windshield 300 can be avoided, local thermal stress damage caused by sudden heating of the front windshield 300 can be avoided, and the front windshield can be well adapted to the use of a severe cold automobile 010.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, the two wiper sides of the wiper portion 42 of the wiper strip 40 are sequentially coated with a third heating wire H3 and a graphene heat conduction layer 40a from inside to outside. The third heating wire H3 and the first and second heating wires H1 and H2 are configured to be able to control on-off, respectively. Alternatively, the graphene heat-conducting layer 40a covers the entire surface of the wiper strip 40.
With reference to fig. 3 and 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, flexible sealing bars 21 are respectively connected to two inner sides of the opening of the accommodating cavity Q1. The opposite surfaces of the two flexible sealing strips 21 are respectively provided with strip grooves C1 recessed in the width direction of the wiper strip 40. The wiper strip 40 includes a connecting portion 41 and a wiper portion 42. The connection portion 41 is located in the accommodation chamber Q1 and detachably connected to the mount sleeve 20. The wiper portion 42 is flexibly connected to the connecting portion 41 and can elastically deflect to both sides thereof in the width direction with respect to the connecting portion 41. The wiper strip 40 has side stoppers 43 on both sides in the width direction. The side stopper 43 has one end slidably fitted in the bar-shaped groove C1 of the corresponding flexible seal stopper 21 and seals the opening of the accommodation chamber Q1, and the other end corresponding to the side surface of the wiper portion 42, and is capable of sliding in the bar-shaped groove C1 with the widthwise elastic deviation of the wiper portion 42 to change the depth position of its insertion into the bar-shaped groove C1. The water spray channel K1 is provided on the flexible sealing barrier 21. One end of the water spraying channel K1 is communicated with the accommodating cavity Q1, and the other end of the water spraying channel K1 is communicated with the outside of the accommodating cavity Q1. The strip-shaped groove C1 transversely penetrates the water spraying channel K1, the side blocking portions 43 on both sides block the two corresponding water spraying channels K1 respectively, and the side blocking portions 43 on both sides can simultaneously shift in the same direction along with the wiper portion 42 when the wiper strip 40 wipes water, so that the blocking of the water spraying channel K1 on one side in front of the wiping direction is released. Alternatively, the connecting portion 41, the wiper portion 42, and the side stopper portion 43 constituting the wiper strip 40 are integrally formed of an elastic material. The side blocking portion 43 includes a blocking portion 43a in the widthwise direction of the wiper strip 40 and a swing arm portion 43b in the thickness direction of the wiper strip 40. The blocking portion 43a has one end slidably fitted in the bar-shaped groove C1 of the flexible seal strip 21 and the other end corresponding to the side surface of the wiper portion 42 and abutting against the side surface of the wiper portion 42 or having a gap f1. Naturally, in order to make the wiper portion 42 better drive the blocking portion 43a to move in a biased manner, a resilient connecting portion 43d is provided between the wiper portion 42 and the blocking portion 43 a. Of course, the elasticity of the tie-down portion 43d should be appropriate to avoid affecting the relative tie-down motion between the wiper portion 42 and the blocking portion 43a, and in normal circumstances, the lateral forces of the tie-down portions 43d on the two sides to the wiper portion 42 cancel each other out, so that the wiper portion 42 is maintained in the original position. One end of the swing arm portion 43b is integrally formed with the wiper strip 40, and the other end is connected to the blocking portion 43a, and serves as a swing arm for sliding the blocking portion 43 a. Alternatively, the wiper portion 42 includes a wiper head 42a having an approximately inverted triangle shape, and a neck portion 42b connected to a larger end of the wiper head 42a and having a reduced width and connected to the connecting portion 41. The blocking portion 43a and the swing arm portion 43b are formed in an approximately L-shaped configuration, and one end of the blocking portion 43a corresponds to a side surface of the constricted portion 42b. Alternatively, one end of the blocking portion 43a corresponding to the constricted portion 42b extends toward the constricted portion 42b to protrude to form an extended end 43c to improve the feedback sensitivity of the wiper portion 42 to lateral displacement. In the wiper strip 40 in this embodiment, the approximately elliptical slot C2 is formed between the necking portion 42b and the swing arm portion 43b, so that when the necking portion 42b is laterally offset, the movement can be very sensitively applied to the extending end 43C and the blocking portion 43a is smoothly moved in the wide direction, and the large pressure in the thickness direction caused by the traction between the swing arm portion 43b and the necking portion 42b is avoided, so that the friction between the blocking portion 43a and the bar-shaped slot C1 is increased to affect the movement, the on-off of the water spraying channels K1 on two sides is sensitively controlled, and water spraying is performed according to actual needs. The outlet direction of the water spray channel K1 is directed to the side of the corresponding wiper portion 42. In this embodiment, a section of the water spraying channel K1 near the accommodating cavity Q1 is a straight section, a section near the outer side is an arc-shaped water spraying outer section K11, and the water spraying outer section K11 extends in the direction of the wide-to-middle plane of the wiper strip 40, and the tangential direction of the outlet end corresponds to the side surface of the wiper head 42 a. This allows water to flow down the side of the wiper head 42a at the time of spraying water without causing problems such as splashing by direct spraying on the windshield 300.
In other implementations of the present embodiment, the flexible sealing barrier 21 described above may also be provided on only one side and not on the other side, resulting in a relatively low cost solution for spraying water or mist on one side.
Fig. 7 is a structural view of the flexible sealing strip 21 in the present embodiment, shown in the view along the direction F in fig. 3. Referring to fig. 3 and 7, each flexible sealing strip 21 is provided with a plurality of water spraying channels K1. The plurality of water spray channels K1 on each flexible sealing strip 21 are arranged at intervals in rows along the length of the flexible sealing strip 21. Optionally, at least part of outlets of the water spraying channels K1 are provided with atomizing nozzles W1 for atomizing the discharged water, so that direct water spraying is changed into spray water, and the water spraying device is suitable for different situations.
Fig. 8 and 9 are schematic views showing a state in which the wiper blade assembly 100a of the present embodiment wipes water. Referring to fig. 8 and 9, when the wiper blade assembly in the present embodiment is not in use, the side blocking portions 43 on both sides of the wiper strip 40 are respectively located in the strip-shaped grooves C1 of the flexible sealing strip 21, so that the wiper strip 40 seals the opening of the accommodating cavity Q1 as a whole, the two side blocking portions 43 respectively block the water spraying channels K1 of the flexible sealing strip 21 on both sides, and the cleaning liquid in the accommodating cavity Q1 will not leak out;
when the wiper strip cleaning device is used, the mounting sleeve 20 drives the wiper strip 40 to move towards the wiping cleaning direction to clean the front windshield 300, and due to frictional resistance between the wiper part 42 and the front windshield 300 to be cleaned and flexible connection between the wiper part 42 and the connecting part 41, the wiper part 42 has lateral elastic deformation relative to the connecting part 41, and the deformation of the wiper part 42 drives the sealing parts 43a at two sides to deviate towards the rear of the wiping cleaning direction. The blocking part 43a positioned at the rear of the wiping cleaning direction continues inwards, keeps the water spraying channel K1 at the side blocked, and does not spray water at the side; the blocking part 43a positioned at the front side in the wiping cleaning direction slides outwards along the strip-shaped groove C1 to release the blocking of the water spraying channel K1, so that the water in the accommodating cavity Q1 can be sprayed out through the water spraying channel K1, and the cleaning liquid is fully utilized just by the wiping part 42 for cleaning the front windshield 300 and the like. In this embodiment, the water sprayed from the water spraying channel K1 is sprayed on the side surface of the wiper 42, and then flows down onto the front windshield 300 along the side surface of the wiper 42 for brushing, so that no splashing phenomenon occurs, and the water can be fully utilized.
Similarly, when the wiper blade assembly is brushed in the opposite direction, the blocking portion 43a on the other side is released from blocking the side water spray channel K1, so that the side water spray channel K1 kept on is always on the front side in the wiping cleaning direction, and the sprayed water can be fully utilized, that is, the water can be fully used for cleaning the front windshield 300 and the like.
Of course, the water spraying channel K1 provided with the atomizing nozzle W1 can also change water spraying into spraying, different cleaning effects are realized, and stains such as leaves on the surface of a windshield, mosquito corpse and the like can be removed.
