Abstract
The invention discloses an automobile oil filling pipe assembly with a return air structure, which comprises an oil filling pipe body and an oil filling port, wherein the oil filling pipe body is connected with the oil filling port through a conical pipe, a connecting thread is arranged in the oil filling port, the periphery of the front section of the oil filling port is sleeved with a rubber baffle disc with a circular ring structure, and the rubber baffle disc is provided with a mounting hole; the oil filling pipe comprises a first straight pipe section, a first bent pipe section, a second straight pipe section, a second bent pipe section and a third straight pipe section which are sequentially arranged, wherein an air return pipe is connected to the oil filling port and is fixed beside the oil filling pipe body along the trend of the oil filling pipe body, and a reducing section is arranged at the joint of the air return pipe and the oil filling port. The advantages are that: the structure is simple, and the arrangement of the rubber baffle disc ensures the tightness of the joint; the arrangement of the return air pipe solves the phenomenon of fuel choking in the fuel filling process; and the connection part is provided with a diameter-reducing section, and when the oil gas molecules pass through the diameter-reducing section, the pressure is increased to enable part of the oil gas molecules to be liquefied and then returned to the oil tank.

Technical Field

Background
With the rapid development of the automobile industry in China and the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the sedan increasingly enters our family, and the demand of the family sedan increases. Automobiles are usually fueled with gasoline or diesel fuel and are equipped with fuel tanks, the fuel filler ports of which are provided with dedicated filler tubes for facilitating the sealing and filling of the fuel tanks. The oil filling pipe in the prior art is generally made of hard materials such as iron pieces or steel pieces, and the oil filling pipe is manufactured in a great number of troubles due to the narrow and tortuous space in the automobile; the oil filling pipe made of soft materials such as rubber has the defects of troublesome connection with the oil filling port, weak connection and the like. And when the fuel is filled into the fuel filling pipe, the fuel inlet pipe and the fuel return pipe both pass through a pipeline, so that the fuel is not filled smoothly enough, and the phenomenon of fuel choking easily occurs, and therefore, the existing fuel filling pipe has room for improvement.

Aiming at the current state of the art, the invention provides the automobile oil filling pipe assembly with the return air structure, which has the advantages of simple structure and good sealing property and can effectively avoid fuel oil choking.

the upper surface of the rubber baffle disc is an inclined surface with high outer side and low inner side.

The oil filling pipe body is sprayed with powder to form a coating, and the thickness of the coating is larger than 60 mu m.

The oil filler 2 and the conical tube 3, and the conical tube 3 and the oil filler body 1 are fixed by adopting an electric welding process, and galvanized treatment is carried out outside the welding part.

In the embodiment, the tail section of the return air pipe 5 is provided with an annular bulge 52, and the tail end of the return air pipe 5 is provided with a necking 53.
The design of the necking 53 at the tail end of the return air pipe 5 facilitates the insertion and the matching between the return air pipe 5 and the installation part, and the annular bulge 52 plays a role in positioning, so that the insertion depth can be mastered more quickly, and the assembly efficiency is improved; the annular bulge 52 can also improve the strength of the tail end of the return air pipe 5.

The oil filling port 2 is connected with the air return pipe 5, and the air return pipe 5 is fixed beside the oil filling pipe body 1 along the trend of the oil filling pipe body 1, so that the structure of the whole oil filling pipe assembly is more compact and tidy; in addition, the arrangement of the return air pipe 5 enables oil gas molecules generated in the oiling process to be discharged from the return air pipe 5, so that the phenomenon of choking of fuel in the fuel filling process is solved, and the fuel filling is smooth; the arrangement of the reduced diameter section 51 at the joint makes the oil gas molecules pass through the reduced diameter section 51, and the pressure increase makes part of the oil gas molecules return to the oil tank after being liquefied.
