The invention relates to a multifunctional electric shredding and slicing device which comprises a push rod, a feeding barrel, a processing upper cover and a cutting cutter head, wherein the push rod can move up and down in the feeding barrel, the processing upper cover is covered on the cutting cutter head, the feeding barrel can slide relative to the processing upper cover and is switched between a concentric assembly state and an eccentric assembly state relative to the processing upper cover, the feeding barrel is concentrically assembled relative to the processing upper cover to realize central cutting, and the feeding barrel is eccentrically assembled relative to the processing upper cover to realize eccentric cutting. The invention can respectively realize the cutting effect of the long-strip spiral wire and the continuous spiral piece shape and the conventional cutting and slicing functions of the food materials on the same product through simple operation, so that the product can meet the requirements of more food material cutting treatment of customers. And the product has compact structure, small volume and easy storage.

The feeding cylinder 100, independent of the processing upper cover, can accommodate the push rod 300, and the inner wall of the push rod 300 is provided with the same number of rotation stopping grooves 102 corresponding to the positions of the rotation stopping ribs 302, and the rotation stopping ribs 302 are matched with the rotation stopping grooves 102 to prevent the push rod 300 and the feeding cylinder 100 from rotating mutually. A slide plate 101 is provided around the feed cylinder 100 and perpendicular to the feed cylinder vertical wall.
The upper cover 200 is processed to cover the cutter head 400, the center portion thereof is provided with a mounting hole 202 for mounting the feed cylinder 100, and the upper cover 200 is processed to be provided with a slide groove 201 adapted to the slide plate 101. When the feeding cylinder 100 is moved relative to the processing upper cover 200 and fixed in a concentric assembly relationship, the feeding of the food material into the feeding cylinder 100 can achieve a central screw cutting, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, resulting in a cutting effect of the food material in the shape of a long spiral wire and a continuous spiral sheet. When the feed cylinder 100 is moved relative to the process cover 200 and fixed in an eccentric assembly relationship, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, cutting by feeding the food material into the feed cylinder 100 can achieve eccentric cutting, thereby achieving a conventional cutting and slicing effect of the food material.
