保健养生在中国有着悠久的历史，早在春秋战国时期的中医学经典著作《黄帝内经》中就全面地总结了先秦时期的养生经验，明确地指出“圣人不治已病治未病，不治已乱治未乱，夫病已成而后药之，乱已成而后治之，鐾犹渴而穿井，斗而铸锥，不亦晚乎！”的养生观点，为中国传统预防医学和养生学的发展奠定了基础。随着经济的发展，人们的生活水平提高，人们所食食物的油量越来越多，不但造成养过剩，身体过度肥胖，而且引起了各种疾病，严重影响了人们的身体健康。

本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种保健美体养生配方。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种保健美体养生配方，包括重量份配比的如下成分：当归25-35、佩兰10-15、紫苏150-300、白芍5-10、没药10-20、莪术8-15、五味子1-5、丁香5-10、广木香10-15、黄连10-30、白芷25-35、莲米3-8、黄芪50-180。
作为优选，所述配方中当归25g、佩兰15g、紫苏280g、白芍8g、没药15g、莪术8g、五味子3g、丁香6g、广木香12g、黄连15g、白芷18g、莲米6g、黄芪160g。
本发明的有益效果在于：本发明可以有效的调理身体以达到保持良好身材，而且可以防止人身体其他疾病的侵害。
