本发明公开了一种夜光连裤袜,所述夜光连裤袜包括腰部、臀腹部、腿部以及足部,至少所述腿部以及足部由复合丝束编织而成;所述复合丝束由按照2:1~2的条数比设置的弹力丝以及夜光丝平行并列延伸组成,所述夜光丝的制备包括以下步骤:将长余辉荧光粉与塑料色母粒按照质量分数比为1:12~16的比例进行混合均匀并熔融,再经挤出机中挤出,形成夜光丝。采用上述技术方案,相比于现有技术而言,长余辉荧光粉不会在丝线中脱落,因此能够长期保持夜光功能,另外穿着舒适贴身,富有美感。

一种夜光连裤袜
技术领域
本发明涉及丝织品领域,尤其涉及一种夜光连裤袜。
背景技术
丝袜一般是指尼龙薄袜,俗称女人的第二层皮肤,也是每个女性必备的单品,无论年轻女孩的彩色丝袜,还是成熟女性的性感丝袜,在每个女孩的衣橱里都可以找到她的身影。由于丝袜的修饰性好,流行程度较高,使得女性穿着丝袜的人数不断增长,丝袜的市场需求量逐年上升。现有女性穿着的普通丝袜都是由纤度较细的涤纶或氨纶编织而成的,女性在选择丝袜的时候首先会去考虑的应该是颜色搭配,接着才是丝袜舒适度以及使用寿命和价格,因此颜色应该说是丝袜产业的生存之本。在正常光照下,丝袜的色彩、纹理以及紧裹的双腿轮廓展现得淋漓尽致,但是在弱光环境中,色彩、纹理、轮廓都将模糊黯淡,魅力指数大打折扣。因此,夜光丝袜的出现使得丝袜的美感在夜里得到更为贴切的体现。例如中国专利文献CN 103371439 A所公开的一种夜光丝袜,通过在丝袜主体外表面附着一层磷光组织来实现夜光功能。但这种方式中附着在丝袜主题外表面的磷光组织容易脱落,从而失去夜光功能,并且磷光组织层还局部增加了丝袜的厚度使丝袜穿着时体感不协调,附着磷光组织的部分弹力不足,不舒适。
而在现有技术中,长余辉荧光粉已经得到广泛的应用,例如中国专利文献CN102766454B所公开的长余辉荧光粉,再如中国专利文献CN 101818058 B所公开的长余辉荧光粉等。因此,有必要设计一种编织丝线中融合长余辉荧光粉材料,从而实现丝袜夜光效果的丝袜。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种穿着舒适、不易失去夜光功能的夜光连裤袜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的一种夜光连裤袜,所述夜光连裤袜包括腰部、臀腹部、腿部以及足部,至少所述腿部以及足部由复合丝束编织而成;所述复合丝束由按照2:1~2的条数比设置的弹力丝以及夜光丝平行并列延伸组成,所述夜光丝的制备包括以下步骤:将长余辉荧光粉与塑料色母粒按照质量分数比为1:12~16的比例进行混合均匀并熔融,再经挤出机中挤出,形成夜光丝。
所述弹力丝为聚氨酯高弹丝,其包含含量为重量百分比5%~15%的苯酚磺酸以及包含含量为重量百分比5%~25%的二羟基苯基砜。
所述色母粒为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚丙烯或尼龙。
所述长余辉荧光粉在于色母粒混合之前,先通过球磨机进行研磨至颗粒大小为小于1200nm。
在所述复合丝束中,所述弹力丝为1条,所述夜光丝为1条。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的夜光连裤袜,通过将长余辉荧光粉添加至夜光丝内,从而使夜光丝具有夜光功能,再通过夜光丝与弹力丝捏合形成复合丝束,使用复合丝束编织连裤袜,从而使得连裤袜具有夜光功能,相比于现有技术而言,长余辉荧光粉不会在丝线中脱落,因此能够长期保持夜光功能,另外穿着舒适贴身,富有美感。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图所示,本实施例提供一种夜光连裤袜,所述夜光连裤袜10包括腰部101、臀腹部102、腿部103以及足部104,至少所述腿部103以及足部104由复合丝束1编织而成;所述复合丝束1由按照2:1~2的条数比设置的弹力丝100以及夜光丝200平行并列延伸组成,如图2所示,本实施例中弹力丝100以及夜光丝200优选为1:1。
所述夜光丝200的制备包括以下步骤:将长余辉荧光粉与塑料色母粒按照质量分数比为1:12~16的比例进行混合均匀并熔融,再经挤出机中挤出,形成夜光丝。
所述弹力丝为聚氨酯高弹丝,其包含含量为重量百分比5%~15%的苯酚磺酸以及包含含量为重量百分比5%~25%的二羟基苯基砜。
所述色母粒为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚丙烯或尼龙。
所述长余辉荧光粉在于色母粒混合之前,先通过球磨机进行研磨至颗粒大小为小于1200nm。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的夜光连裤袜,通过将长余辉荧光粉添加至夜光丝内,从而使夜光丝具有夜光功能,再通过夜光丝与弹力丝捏合形成复合丝束,使用复合丝束编织连裤袜,从而使得连裤袜具有夜光功能,相比于现有技术而言,长余辉荧光粉不会在丝线中脱落,因此能够长期保持夜光功能,另外穿着舒适贴身,富有美感。

1.一种夜光连裤袜,其特征在于:所述夜光连裤袜包括腰部、臀腹部、腿部以及足部,至少所述腿部以及足部由复合丝束编织而成;所述复合丝束由按照2:1~2的条数比设置的弹力丝以及夜光丝平行并列延伸组成,所述夜光丝的制备包括以下步骤:将长余辉荧光粉与塑料色母粒按照质量分数比为1:12~16的比例进行混合均匀并熔融,再经挤出机中挤出,形成夜光丝。
2.如权利要求1所述的夜光连裤袜,其特征在于:所述弹力丝为聚氨酯高弹丝,其包含含量为重量百分比5%~15%的苯酚磺酸以及包含含量为重量百分比5%~25%的二羟基苯基砜。
3.如权利要求1所述的夜光连裤袜,其特征在于:所述色母粒为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚丙烯或尼龙。
4.如权利要求1所述的夜光连裤袜,其特征在于:所述长余辉荧光粉在于色母粒混合之前,先通过球磨机进行研磨至颗粒大小为小于1200nm。
5.如权利要求1所述的夜光连裤袜,其特征在于:在所述复合丝束中,所述弹力丝为1条,所述夜光丝为1条。
