本发明涉及一种生物农药泡腾片剂，由60％农药有效成分和40％助剂配制而成；其中，农药有效成分包括以下重量份组分：20～30wt％的肉桂醛和川楝子提取物、8～10wt％的表面活性剂、0.01～0.5wt％的壳聚糖、10～50wt％的噻虫胺,余量为95％乙醇和松节油及薄荷精油；所述的助剂包括固体酸、二氧化碳源、润湿分散剂、助流剂、粘结剂、干燥剂和填料中两种或者两种以上的混合物。

一种生物农药泡腾片剂
技术领域
本发明属于农业领域，尤其是一种生物农药泡腾片剂。
背景技术
现有技术的杀虫杀菌多为化学农药，其药效低，残毒期长，严重影响作物生长环境和人畜健康。既能防治农林病虫害，也会对人畜产生危害。且由于大量施用化学农药，空气、水源、土壤和食物受到了污染，毒物积累在家畜和人体当中引起中毒等。
据文献报道，农药利用率一般为10％，约90％的余量残留在环境中，造成对环境的污染。大量农药挥发到空气中、流入水体中、沉降聚集在土壤中，污染农畜渔果产品，并通过食物链的富集作用转移到人体内，对人体产生危害。高效剧毒的农药，毒性大，且在环境中残留的时间长，当人畜食用了含有残留农药的食物时，就会造成积累性中毒。这类危害往往要经过较长时间的积累才显示出症状，它又是通过食物链的富集作用，最后才进入人体，不易及时发现，危害严重。
农药一旦进入环境，其毒性、高残留特性便会发生效应，造成严重的大气、水体及土壤的污染，从而给人类健康带来危害。当有毒农药施用在农作物、蔬菜和果树上时，残留在作物表面上的农药，由于脂溶性强，很容易渗入作物表皮的蜡质层，以致很难完全清洗掉。
因此，有必要提出一种新型的多用途杀虫杀菌农药，对室内花卉及农作物无药害、无残留、不污染环境及农产品，对人畜也安全。
泡腾片剂技术最初是应用在医药制药中，到了二十世纪七十年代初期日本开始将泡腾片剂技术应用到农药剂型加工中。我国近年来也开始有这方面的研究，现在市场上也开始有几个品种的农药泡腾片出售，如红太阳集团有限公司生产的18％苄·二氯泡腾片剂除草剂，安徽化工研究院生产的20％吡嘧磺隆泡腾片剂。但是目前的泡腾片剂品种单一，有的品种还存在杀草谱窄，对水稻不安全，不适宜在南方稻区使用的缺点。
发明内容
针对上述不足，本发明旨在提供一种无毒无害，且具有良好的挥发性生物农药泡腾片剂。
为了实现上述技术效果，本发明提供的技术方案是这样的：由60％农药有效成分和40％助剂配制而成；
其中，农药有效成分包括以下重量份组分：20～30wt％的肉桂醛和川楝子提取物、8～10wt％的表面活性剂、0.01～0.5wt％的壳聚糖、10～50wt％的噻虫胺,余量为95％乙醇和松节油及薄荷精油；
所述的助剂包括固体酸、二氧化碳源、润湿分散剂、助流剂、粘结剂、干燥剂和填料中两种或者两种以上的混合物。
其中，所述肉桂醛和川楝子提取物重量比例为1.7:4。
其中，95％乙醇、松节油及薄荷精油的重量比为2:5:5。
本发明生物农药泡腾片剂可直接用到瓜、果、叶、豆类蔬菜、茶叶、中药材、花卉、水果、油菜、棉花、烟草等植物、水果或蔬菜。使用后的蔬菜、水果可以直接食用，并无残留农药危害。
本发明生物农药泡腾片剂以肉桂醛及川楝子提取物作为主要活性成分，具有无毒无害性，且具有良好的挥发性，能够克服农药残留增加、生态环境遭到破坏的缺点。而且尽管现在生物农药泡腾片剂成本比化学农药稍高，但因为社会效益好，环境污染少，因而从长远看具有颇多优势。

实施例1
一种生物农药泡腾片剂，由农药有效成分和助剂配制而成；
其中，农药有效成分包括以下重量份组分：20wt％的肉桂醛和川楝子提取物、10wt％的表面活性剂、0.01wt％的壳聚糖、50wt％的噻虫胺,余量为95％乙醇和松节油及薄荷精油为原料制备而成。
其中，所述肉桂醛和川楝子提取物重量比例为1.7:4。
其中，95％乙醇、松节油及薄荷精油的重量比为2:5:5。
所述的助剂包括固体酸、二氧化碳源、润湿分散剂、助流剂、粘结剂、干燥剂和填料中两种或者两种以上的混合物。
实施例2
一种生物农药泡腾片剂，由农药有效成分和助剂配制而成；
其中，农药有效成分包括以下重量份组分：30wt％的肉桂醛和川楝子提取物、8wt％的表面活性剂、0.5wt％的壳聚糖、10wt％的噻虫胺,余量为95％乙醇和松节油及薄荷精油为原料制备而成。
其中，所述肉桂醛和川楝子提取物重量比例为1.7:4。
其中，95％乙醇、松节油及薄荷精油的重量比为2:5:5。
所述的助剂包括固体酸、二氧化碳源、润湿分散剂、助流剂、粘结剂、干燥剂和填料中两种或者两种以上的混合物。
实施例3
一种生物农药泡腾片剂，由农药有效成分和助剂配制而成；
其中，农药有效成分包括以下重量份组分：25wt％的肉桂醛和川楝子提取物、9wt％的表面活性剂、0.2wt％的壳聚糖、25wt％的噻虫胺,余量为95％乙醇和松节油及薄荷精油为原料制备而成。
其中，所述肉桂醛和川楝子提取物重量比例为1.7:4。
其中，95％乙醇、松节油及薄荷精油的重量比为2:5:5。
所述的助剂包括固体酸、二氧化碳源、润湿分散剂、助流剂、粘结剂、干燥剂和填料中两种或者两种以上的混合物。

所述的助剂包括固体酸、二氧化碳源、润湿分散剂、助流剂、粘结剂、干燥剂和填料中两种或者两种以上的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种生物农药泡腾片剂，其特征在于，所述肉桂醛和川楝子提取物重量比例为1.7:4。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种生物农药泡腾片剂，其特征在于，95％乙醇、松节油及薄荷精油的重量比为2:5:5。
