Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及电热管,主要涉及电热水器、中央热水器、空气源热泵热水器、太阳能热水器、电锅炉、中央空调电辅助加热、饮水机、开水器、小厨宝等水加热装置,浸泡在水箱中的电热管。
背景技术
专利申请201520996947.2和201510860091.0《带法兰或无法兰的非金属外壳电热管》和专利申请201610087130.2及201620118841.7《一种组合式电热管》提出了电热管的结构形式,本专利申请是补充一种新的结构形式。
发明内容
本发明的目的是对上述专利申请提出新的技术方案,采用非金属连接件制作成电热管。
本发明的技术措施是电热管由安装件2,电加热元件5,连接件6构成:所述安装件2是采用金属材料或非金属材料注塑工艺制作,将电热管与电热水器水箱或其他水加热产品的水箱相连接的构件,其上有用于插入连接件孔中的管形件10或安装件上制有安装连接件6的孔。
所述电加热部件5的外壳为非金属盲孔管或弯曲成U形的管,内装有电热丝3,引出棒或导线端要密封,管内抽低度真空或注入不可燃、不助燃的气体或隋性气体或装入非密实的氧化镁粉末和空气;或电加热部件5用卤素管或碳纤维电热管制作,为单端引出,引出棒或导线1在同一端;所述连接件6是将安装件2和电加热部件5二者连接为一体的构件,连接件采用耐高温非金属材料制成,有孔或其一端有带法兰的平面,孔内有若干齿,每个齿相当于一个密封圈,自身具有密封性,将安装件2和电加热部件5分别插入两端孔中,或将连接件装在安装件的孔中,其外部用卡箍7夹紧或将连接件压紧;连接件孔内允许无齿,但内径必需小于连接的管径。
本发明的有益效果是电热管的连接件6自身具有密封性,长途运输具有吸震性,零件数量极少,电热丝表面负荷低,使用寿命长,是最优选的结构。

具体实施方式
附图中,引出棒或导线1、安装件2、电热丝3、隋性气体或不可燃、不助燃气体或低度真空气体或氧化镁粉末或空气4、电加热元件5、连接件6、卡箍7、非金属隔离管8、瓷套9、管形件10、密封胶11。
图1是电加热元件与安装件二者不在同一轴线上的电热管。
图2、图3、图7、图8是电加热元件与安装件同心安装的电热管,安装件2是将电热管安装在电热水器或其他热水装置的水箱上,并固定起来的构件,电加热元件5是对水加热的组件;连接件6是将安装件与电加热元件二者连接为一体的构件;图5至图8、图16、图19至图21电加热元件5制成为U形,内装电热丝3或注入隋性气体或不可燃、不助燃气体或低度真空气体或氧化镁粉末或空气或电加热元件5用碳纤维管或卤素管制作;这种电热管的结构极为简单,而且可靠,完全可以替代现有金属电热管。
图18是盲孔管,图19图20是U形管,图21是U形管通过连接件直接与安装件2连接,附图中,非金属盲孔管或弯曲成U形的管内,注入保护气体后,电热丝截面积可以减小,表面负荷可以提高,使用寿命会更长;附图中,有些图形类似,制作方法有所不同,但权利要求相同。
附图中,安装件2为盘形,可根据实际需要制成管形,在其外或其内,采用螺纹连接;管形件10也有不同结构;图1至图21适用于卧式安装,也可以立式安装。
Claims (3)
1.采用非金属连接件的电热管,由安装件、电加热元件和连接件构成,其特征在于:连接件(6)是将安装件(2)和电加热部件(5)二者连接为一体的构件,连接件采用耐高温非金属材料制成,有孔或其一端有带法兰的平面,孔内有若干齿,自身具有密封性,将安装件和电加热部件分别插入孔中,或连接件装在安装件的孔中,其外部用卡箍(7)夹紧或将连接件压紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述采用非金属连接件的电热管,其特征在于:安装件(2)采用金属或非金属材料制作,其上有用于插入连接件的孔中的管形件(10),或安装件上制有安装连接件(6)的孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述采用非金属连接件的电热管,其特征在于:电加热部件(5)的外壳为非金属盲孔管或弯曲成U型的管,内装有电热丝(3),引出棒或导线端要密封,管内抽低度真空或注入不可燃、不助燃的气体或隋性气体或装入非密实的氧化镁粉末和空气,或电加热部件(5)用卤素管或碳纤维电热管制作。
