After the user performs the trial modification operation, the terminal obtains the content information after the trial modification operation, and correspondingly generates a quotation request, namely requests to calculate the cost required by the content information after the trial modification. Wherein, the quotation request comprises the content information when the quotation is requested, namely the content information after the trial modification operation. Further, the required fee (hereinafter, referred to as required fee) may be a premium or may be all insurance-related fees such as a premium.
The server acquires the quotation request sent by the terminal and stores the content information of the quotation request contained in the quotation request. It will be appreciated that the required cost (i.e. price quote) may also vary for different content information.
Further, the server can calculate the corresponding required cost according to the content information when the quotation is requested, and sends the required cost to the terminal. It is to be understood that this calculation of the required fee is not an essential step, and may be included or omitted as long as the server is satisfied to store the content information at the time of the price quote request included in the price quote request.
Furthermore, the terminal may generate a quotation request for each trial modification of the content information, or may generate a quotation request after trial modification of the content information included in the preset content type information. The method and the device for generating the quotation request by the terminal are not limited under any conditions. The content information of the request quotation contained in the quotation request can be stored only when the server receives the quotation request sent by the terminal.
In this embodiment, before the step of updating the modified content information into the policy information, the method further includes: and obtaining the stored content information when the quotation is requested, comparing whether the modified content information is the same as the content information when the quotation is requested, and if so, updating the modified content information into the policy information.
Specifically, the server acquires the stored content information at the time of requesting a quote, before the step of updating the modified content information included in the content information modification request into the policy information. It will be appreciated that what the server has obtained is the stored content information at the time the bid was last requested.
Further, the server compares whether the modified content information is the same as the content information when the quotation is requested, if so, the modified content information is updated to the policy information, and if not, the modified content information is not updated to the policy information.
Specifically, the server may perform hash calculation on the modified content information and the content information when requesting a price quote, and compare whether the hash values of the modified content information and the content information when requesting a price quote are the same, if the hash values of the modified content information and the content information when requesting a price quote are not the same, the modified content information and the content information when requesting a price quote are different.
In the embodiment, the method avoids the situation that a user firstly quotes through the content information of the trial modification operation to obtain a required fee, and then submits the content modification operation request after the content information of which the required fee is calculated is tampered into other content information in a tampering mode, but the required fee calculated before is reserved. When a quotation request is received, the content information which is contained in the quotation request and used for requesting quotation is stored, when the modified content information in the content information modification request is received, the two content information are compared, and when the two content information are the same, the modified content information is updated into the policy information. Therefore, the tampering condition which can cause low premium and high premium is avoided, and the safety is further improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, there is provided a policy information modifying apparatus including: an obtaining module 302, a content information to be modified processing module 306, and an updating module 308, wherein:
the obtaining module 302 is configured to obtain a content information to be modified obtaining request sent by a terminal, where the content information to be modified obtaining request includes a content type identifier to be modified and a policy identifier.
And the to-be-modified content information processing module 306 is configured to search policy information corresponding to the policy identifier, obtain the to-be-modified content information corresponding to the to-be-modified content type identifier from the policy information, and return the to-be-modified content information to the terminal, so that the terminal displays the to-be-modified content information.
The obtaining module 302 is further configured to receive a content information modification request sent by the terminal, where the content information modification request is generated by the terminal in response to a modification operation instruction for the displayed content information to be modified, and the content information modification request includes modified content information.
And an updating module 308, configured to update the modified content information to policy information.
In one embodiment, the content information to be modified acquisition request further includes a user identifier. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus further includes:
the permission judging module 304 is configured to obtain permission information corresponding to the user identifier, and judge whether the user corresponding to the user identifier has a modification permission for the content type information corresponding to the content type identifier according to the permission information.
The to-be-modified content information processing module 306 is further configured to search policy information corresponding to the policy identifier when the user corresponding to the user identifier has a modification right for the content type information corresponding to the content type identifier.
In an embodiment, the obtaining module 302 is further configured to obtain an policy modification request sent by the terminal, where the policy modification request includes a user identifier and a policy identifier, and obtain policy dependent information corresponding to the policy identifier, where the policy dependent information includes information of an insurance type to which the policy belongs. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus further includes:
the revisable content type information determining module 303 is configured to determine, according to the insurance type information to which the policy belongs, first revisable content type information corresponding to the policy identifier; and acquiring authority information corresponding to the user identification, and selecting second modifiable content type information with modification authority of the user corresponding to the user identification from the first modifiable content type information according to the authority information.
The modifiable content type information determining module 303 is further configured to return second modifiable content type information to the terminal, where the second modifiable content type information includes second modifiable content type identifiers, and the content type identifier to be modified included in the to-be-modified content information obtaining request is one or more of the second modifiable content type identifiers.
In one embodiment, the content information modification request further includes a user identifier and a content type identifier corresponding to the modified content information.
In this embodiment, the permission determining module 304 is further configured to obtain permission information corresponding to the user identifier, determine whether the user corresponding to the user identifier has a modification permission for content type information corresponding to the content type identifier corresponding to the modified content information according to the permission information, and notify the updating module 308 to update the modified content information to the policy information if the content type information has the modification permission;
the updating module 308 is further configured to update the modified content information to the policy information when receiving the notification of the permission judging module.
In one embodiment, the obtaining module 302 is further configured to obtain a request for a price quote sent by the terminal, and store content information included in the request for a price quote when the price quote is requested. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus further includes:
a comparing module 307, configured to obtain the stored content information when the quotation is requested, compare whether the modified content information is the same as the content information when the quotation is requested, and if so, notify the updating module 308 to update the modified content information into the policy information.
The updating module 308 is further configured to update the modified content information to the policy information when receiving the notification of the comparing module.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A policy information modification method, characterized in that said method comprises the steps of:
acquiring a content information acquisition request to be modified sent by a terminal, wherein the content information acquisition request to be modified comprises a content type identifier to be modified, a policy identifier and a user identifier; the policy corresponding to the policy identification comprises a plurality of content types represented by the content type identification;
acquiring authority information corresponding to the user identification, and judging whether a user corresponding to the user identification has modification authority for the content type information corresponding to the content type identification or not according to the authority information;
when the user corresponding to the user identifier has modification rights to the content type information corresponding to the content type identifier, searching policy information corresponding to the policy identifier according to a preset corresponding relationship between the policy identifier and the policy information, acquiring the content information to be modified corresponding to the content type identifier to be modified from the policy information according to a prestored corresponding relationship between the content type identifier and the content information, returning the content information to be modified to the terminal, and displaying the content information to be modified by the terminal;
receiving a content information modification request sent by the terminal, wherein the content information modification request is generated by the terminal through a modification operation instruction responding to the displayed content information to be modified, and the content information modification request contains modified content information;
and updating the modified content information into the policy information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of obtaining the request for obtaining the content information to be modified sent by the terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring a policy modification request sent by a terminal, wherein the policy modification request comprises a user identifier and a policy identifier, and acquiring policy dependent information corresponding to the policy identifier, wherein the policy dependent information comprises insurance type information to which a policy belongs;
determining first modifiable content type information corresponding to the policy identification according to the insurance type information to which the policy belongs;
acquiring authority information corresponding to the user identification, and selecting second modifiable content type information, of which the user corresponding to the user identification has modification authority, from the first modifiable content type information according to the authority information;
and returning the second modifiable content type information to the terminal, wherein the second modifiable content type information includes second modifiable content type identifiers, and the content type identifiers to be modified included in the to-be-modified content information acquisition request are one or more of the second modifiable content type identifiers.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the content information modification request further includes a user identifier and a content type identifier corresponding to the modified content information;
before the step of updating the modified content information into the policy information, the method further includes:
acquiring authority information corresponding to the user identification, judging whether a user corresponding to the user identification has modification authority for content type information corresponding to the content type identification corresponding to the modified content information or not according to the authority information, and if so, updating the modified content information into the policy information.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of receiving the content information modification request transmitted by the terminal, further comprising:
acquiring a quotation request sent by the terminal, and storing content information in the quotation request when quotation is requested;
before the step of updating the modified content information into the policy information, the method further includes:
and acquiring the stored content information when the quotation is requested, comparing whether the modified content information is the same as the content information when the quotation is requested, and if so, updating the modified content information into the policy information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the content type comprises at least one of applicant information, insured life information, insured refund information, insurance schemes, and the like.
6. The method of claim 5 wherein the applicant information includes at least one of name, age, address, and contact details of the applicant.
7. An apparatus for policy information modification, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a modification module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a content information acquisition request to be modified sent by a terminal, and the content information acquisition request to be modified comprises a content type identifier to be modified, a policy identifier and a user identifier; the policy corresponding to the policy identification comprises a plurality of content types represented by the content type identification;
the authority judgment module is used for acquiring authority information corresponding to the user identification and judging whether a user corresponding to the user identification has modification authority for content type information corresponding to the content type identification according to the authority information;
a to-be-modified content information processing module, configured to, when a user corresponding to the user identifier has a modification right for content type information corresponding to the content type identifier, search policy information corresponding to the policy identifier according to a preset correspondence between the policy identifier and the policy information, acquire, from the policy information, to-be-modified content information corresponding to the to-be-modified content type identifier according to a pre-stored correspondence between the content type identifier and the content information, and return the to-be-modified content information to the terminal, so that the terminal displays the to-be-modified content information;
the acquisition module is further configured to receive a content information modification request sent by the terminal, where the content information modification request is generated by the terminal in response to a modification operation instruction for the displayed content information to be modified, and the content information modification request includes modified content information;
and the updating module is used for updating the modified content information into the policy information.

The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the obtaining module is further configured to obtain a policy modification request sent by the terminal, where the policy modification request includes a user identifier and a policy identifier, and obtain policy dependent information corresponding to the policy identifier, where the policy dependent information includes information of an insurance type to which a policy belongs;
the device further comprises:
the revisable content type information determining module is used for determining first revisable content type information corresponding to the insurance policy identification according to the insurance type information to which the insurance policy belongs; acquiring authority information corresponding to the user identification, and selecting second modifiable content type information, of which the user corresponding to the user identification has modification authority, from the first modifiable content type information according to the authority information;
the modifiable content type information determining module is further configured to return the second modifiable content type information to the terminal, where the second modifiable content type information includes a second modifiable content type identifier, and the content type identifier to be modified included in the to-be-modified content information obtaining request is one or more of the second modifiable content type identifiers.
9. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the content information modification request further includes a user identifier and a content type identifier corresponding to the modified content information;
the permission judging module is further configured to obtain permission information corresponding to the user identifier, judge whether a user corresponding to the user identifier has a modification permission for content type information corresponding to a content type identifier corresponding to the modified content information according to the permission information, and notify the updating module to update the modified content information to the policy information if the content type information has the modification permission;
the updating module is further configured to update the modified content information to the policy information when receiving the notification of the permission judging module.
10. The device according to claim 7, wherein the obtaining module is further configured to obtain a request for quotation sent by the terminal, and store content information included in the request for quotation when the quotation is requested;
the device further comprises:
the comparison module is used for acquiring the stored content information when the quotation is requested, comparing whether the modified content information is the same as the content information when the quotation is requested or not, and if so, informing the updating module to update the modified content information into the policy information;
the updating module is further configured to update the modified content information to the policy information when the notification of the comparing module is received.
