The article management server may execute step S108 after determining that the first user is suspected of being stolen according to the method described above.
S108: and calling the video of the first user at the position, and determining an illegal user stealing the first article according to the video.
After the article management server determines the first user, the video of the first user at the position can be called, so that the article management server can determine an illegal user stealing the first article according to the video.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, a worker may install a plurality of camera devices in a supermarket or a shopping mall, each camera device may capture a video at a set position uninterruptedly 24 hours a day, and the plurality of camera devices may capture videos at all positions in the supermarket or the shopping mall.
The plurality of image pickup devices may acquire video images of all positions by shooting, and then may transmit the video images to the article management server, and the article management server may store the video images for each position of the image pickup devices. Thus, the item management server may retrieve the video of the first user at the location after determining the first user.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to reduce videos which need to be analyzed so as to quickly determine an illegal user, when the video of the first user at the position is called, the article management server may first determine a time when the first user purchases an article, and then call videos corresponding to the position and the time according to the time.
The time when the first user purchases an item may be a time when the first user performs a settlement (which may be recorded by the item management server), a time when the first user uses a payment terminal to send device identification information and a user identification of a smart device to the item management server (which may be recorded by the item management server or recorded by the payment terminal and uploaded to the item management server), or a time when the first user sends the path information including the location to the item management server during a shopping process (which may be recorded by the item management server), which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In this way, after the article management server calls the video, the illegal user who steals the first article can be determined from the first user according to the video.
According to the technical scheme, when a user uses the intelligent device to shop, the intelligent device can be located to obtain the path information of the user, so that when the stolen article is determined to exist, the user passing through the position can be determined according to the position of the article placed in a supermarket or a shopping mall and the located path information, and then the illegal user stealing the article can be rapidly determined by obtaining the video of the user at the position.
Based on the contents described in the above steps S102 to S108, in another embodiment provided by the present application, after the article management server receives the article information sent by the payment terminal, the method further includes:
receiving a first weight of the article sent by the intelligent device, wherein the first weight is acquired by the intelligent device through a weight sensor;
determining a second weight of the item recorded in advance according to the item information of the item;
and determining whether the state of the intelligent equipment is normal or not according to the first weight and the second weight.
In this application embodiment, can contain the weight sensor who is used for gathering article weight in the smart machine, the weight sensor can set up be used for accomodating the bottom in the warehouse of article in the smart machine. In this way, when a user purchases an article using the smart device, the weight sensor may collect the weight of the article after the scanned-code article is put into the warehouse in the smart device. For convenience of distinction, the embodiment of the present application may refer to the weight of the article collected by the weight sensor as a first weight.
After the weight sensor acquires the first weight, the intelligent device may send the first weight to the article management server, and the article management server may receive and determine the weight of the article purchased by the user. In this case, based on the contents described in steps S102 to S108, the article management server can simultaneously specify the article information of the article.
The article management server may determine a second weight of the article recorded in advance according to the article information of the article after receiving the first weight and the article information of the article, where the second weight may be a weight marked on the article.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before placing the article on the shelf, the article management server may store the article information of the article in correspondence with the second weight of the article, so that after receiving the article information of the article, the article management server may determine the second weight of the article according to the identification information of the article.
After determining that the second weight of the item is obtained, the item management server may compare the second weight with the first weight to determine whether the state of the smart device is normal. In an embodiment of the present application, the normal state of the smart device may be used to represent that the first weight is consistent with the second weight, and the abnormal state of the smart device may be used to represent that the first weight is inconsistent with the second weight.
Specifically, the determining, by the item management server, whether the state of the smart device is normal according to the first weight and the second weight includes:
if the difference value of the first weight and the second weight is within a preset range, determining that the state of the intelligent device is normal;
and if the difference value of the first weight and the second weight is not within the preset range, determining that the state of the intelligent device is abnormal.
In this embodiment, the preset range may be determined according to the marked weight of the article or the actual weight of the article, for example, the preset range may be marked within five percent of the weight of the article, may be marked within one percent of the weight of the article, and the like, and may specifically be determined according to actual conditions.
The article management server may determine that the first weight is consistent with the second weight and the state of the smart device is normal when determining that the difference between the first weight and the second weight is within the preset range, and may determine that the first weight is inconsistent with the second weight and the state of the smart device is abnormal if the difference between the first weight and the second weight is not within the preset range.
After the article management server determines whether the state of the smart device is normal, the method further includes:
if the state of the intelligent equipment is normal, sending first notification information to the intelligent equipment, wherein the first notification information is used for notifying that the state of the intelligent equipment is normal;
and if the state of the intelligent equipment is abnormal, sending second notification information to the intelligent equipment, wherein the second notification information is used for notifying that the state of the intelligent equipment is abnormal.
After receiving the first notification information, the intelligent device can prompt the user that the weight of the article selected and purchased by the user meets the requirement, and at the moment, the user can continuously select and purchase the article; after receiving the second notification information, the intelligent device may also prompt the user that the weight of the article selected and purchased by the user is not in accordance with the requirement, at this time, the user needs to perform corresponding operation on the selected and purchased article to enable the weight of the selected and purchased article to be in accordance with the requirement, for example, the selected and purchased article may be taken out of the intelligent device, or whether the article whose code has been scanned is in accordance with the article placed in the intelligent device is checked, and the like.
In another embodiment provided by the present application, after the article management server determines whether the state of the smart device is normal, the method further includes:
when a settlement request for the article is received, if the state of the intelligent device is normal, sending a payment request to a payment server corresponding to the payment terminal to request the payment server to pay for the article;
and if the state of the intelligent equipment is abnormal, sending indication information to the intelligent equipment, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the intelligent equipment to carry out manual settlement.
The settlement request may be sent by the smart device, and the article management server may determine a manner of settling the article according to the determined state of the smart device when receiving the settlement request.
Specifically, if it is determined that the state of the smart device is normal, it may be indicated that an item purchased by a user is consistent with an item purchased by the user recorded in the item management server, at this time, the item management server may send a payment request to the payment server, where the payment request may include a user identifier of the user on the payment terminal and an amount of money to be paid, and at this time, the payment server may perform payment according to the payment request.
After the payment is completed, the payment server may send payment confirmation information to the article management server, where the payment confirmation information may be used to characterize that the payment server completes the payment. At this time, the article management server may notify the smart device of leaving the shopping area after receiving the payment confirmation information. In this way, the user can successfully complete a purchase using the smart device.
On the contrary, if it is determined that the state of the intelligent device is abnormal, it may be indicated that the article purchased by the user is inconsistent with the article purchased by the user recorded in the article management server, and the user may have an action of stealing the article.
And after receiving the indication information, the intelligent equipment can prompt the user to carry out manual settlement. In this way, the user can complete the purchase through manual settlement.
It should be further noted that, based on the above-mentioned description, in practical applications, a user may use the smart device including the weight sensor, the identification code and the positioning module to perform shopping, and before shopping, the payment terminal may be used to scan the identification code in the smart device, so as to bind the payment terminal with the smart device.
When a user purchases, the payment terminal can be used for scanning codes of purchased articles, then the scanned articles can be placed in the intelligent device, at the moment, the payment terminal can send article information of the articles obtained by scanning the codes to the article management server, meanwhile, the intelligent device can send the first weight of the articles collected by the weight sensor to the article management server, and therefore the article management server can determine whether the state of the intelligent device is normal or not according to the recorded method.
In the embodiment of the application, in the process of purchasing an article, each time the user purchases an article, the payment terminal may send article information of the article to the article management server, and the intelligent device may send the first weight of the article to the article management server, so that the article management server may determine whether the state of the intelligent device is normal.
In addition, in the process of purchasing the article by the user, the intelligent device can also position the intelligent device through the positioning module to obtain the path information of the user, and send the path information to the article management server.
When the user finishes purchasing the goods, the intelligent device can send a settlement request to the goods management server, at this time, the goods management server can request the payment server corresponding to the payment terminal to pay for the goods purchased by the user when the state of the intelligent device is determined to be normal, otherwise, when the state of the intelligent device is determined to be abnormal, the intelligent device can be notified to carry out manual settlement.
After the settlement of the purchased article is completed, the article management server may determine whether or not the stolen first article exists according to the method described above, and if so, may determine an illegal user who steals the first article according to the method described above.
According to the technical scheme, the path information of the user is acquired in the shopping process of the user, so that after the stolen object is confirmed to exist, the suspected user passing through the object placing position can be confirmed through the path information of the user, the video of the suspected user at the position is called, the illegal user stealing the object is quickly confirmed, and the effective monitoring of the illegal user stealing the object is realized.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart diagram of an intelligent shopping method according to an embodiment of the present application.
The intelligent shopping method provided by the embodiment of the application can be described by taking the example that a user purchases an article in a supermarket by using the intelligent device described in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
Before shopping by using the intelligent shopping method, the article management server may record the position of an article placed on a shelf in a supermarket and the weight of the article marked on the article, and the weight of the article may be regarded as the second weight of the article. After recording the position at which the article is placed and the second weight of the article, the following steps may be performed.
Step 201: and the user logs in the payment terminal.
After a user logs in a payment terminal, the payment terminal may determine a user identifier of the user, where the user identifier may be a user name used when the user logs in the payment terminal.
Step 202: and the user uses the payment terminal to scan the two-dimensional code in the code intelligent device.
The two-dimensional code may include a device identifier of the smart device and address information of the article management server. After scanning the two-dimensional code in the intelligent device, the user may send the user identifier and the device identifier of the intelligent device to the article management server.
Step 203: the supermarket exit/entrance monitoring device records the equipment identification of the intelligent equipment.
In the embodiment of the application, a monitoring device for monitoring the intelligent device can be arranged at an entrance/exit of a supermarket, and a radio frequency sensor can be installed in the monitoring device and used for monitoring the entrance/exit of the intelligent device (a radio frequency sensor can also be installed in the intelligent device and is communicated with the monitoring device through the radio frequency sensor) into/from a shopping area. After the monitoring device records the device identifier of the intelligent device, the monitoring device can be regarded as determining that the intelligent device corresponding to the device identifier enters a shopping area.
Step 204: the smart device records the initial weight of the bin.
In consideration of practical application scenarios, before entering a shopping area, a user may put an article (requiring sealing treatment) such as a backpack carried around into a warehouse for storing the article, so that when the user enters the shopping area, the weight of the warehouse can be collected and recorded. If the user does not put articles such as a backpack in the cargo compartment, the weight of the cargo compartment collected by the intelligent device may be zero.
Specifically, when the intelligent device passes through the monitoring device, the monitoring device can send prompt information to the intelligent device after monitoring the intelligent device, and the intelligent device can collect the weight of the cargo compartment after receiving the prompt information.
Step 205: and the user uses the payment terminal to scan the code of the purchased article.
After the user uses the payment terminal to scan the goods, the goods can be put into the warehouse of the intelligent device.
Step 206: and the payment terminal sends the article information of the article to the article management server.
When the payment terminal sends the article information to the article management server, the payment terminal may directly send the article information in a wireless manner, or may send the article information through a payment server corresponding to the payment terminal, which is not limited specifically herein.
In addition, the payment terminal can display the article information of the article in the payment terminal after scanning the code of the article, so that the user can visually check the purchased article.
Step 207: the smart device sends the first weight of the item to the item management server.
In this application embodiment, the weight that weight sensor gathered is the weight of the article (including articles such as user's knapsack) accomodate in the warehouse, and at this moment, smart machine can be according to the initial weight of warehouse and put into after the article the weight of warehouse calculates and obtains the first weight of article.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the smart device may send the recorded initial weight of the cargo compartment and the weight of the cargo compartment collected by the weight sensor to the article management server, and the article management server determines the first weight of the article, so that the cost of the smart device may be relatively reduced (the first weight is calculated by the smart device, and the smart device needs to have calculation processing capability, so that the cost of the smart device is relatively high).
For convenience of description, the smart device in the embodiment of the present application may have a calculation capability, and calculate the first weight of the article.
Step 208: the article management server determines whether the state of the smart device is normal.
In step 208, the goods management server may determine whether the state of the smart device is normal according to the method described in the embodiment of fig. 1.
Step 209: and the article management server informs whether the state of the intelligent equipment is normal or not.
Specifically, if the state of the smart device is normal, the indicator light in the smart device may display green, and if the state of the smart device is abnormal, the indicator light in the smart device may display red. The embodiment of the present application may be described by taking a normal state of the smart device as an example.
The user may repeatedly perform the above-described steps 205 to 209 during the process of purchasing the item.
It should be noted that, the intelligent device may further include a positioning module, and during shopping, the intelligent device may perform positioning through the positioning module to obtain the path information of the user, and send the path information of the user to the article management server.
It should be further noted that, in the process of purchasing an item, a user may need to take out an item placed in the warehouse (the user determines that the user does not want to purchase the item), at this time, the user may delete item information corresponding to the item that needs to be taken out in the payment terminal, the payment terminal may send the deleted item information to the item management server, and the item management server may delete the record of the item information and ensure that the state of the smart device is normal.
Step 210 may be performed after the user finishes purchasing the item.
Step 210: the supermarket exit/entrance monitoring device records the equipment identification of the intelligent equipment.
In step 210, after monitoring the smart device again, the monitoring device may determine that the user has finished purchasing the item, and at this time, the monitoring device may send a prompt message to the smart device to prompt the smart device to pay.
Step 211: and the intelligent equipment sends a settlement request to the article management server.
Step 212: and the article management server judges whether the intelligent equipment meets the automatic settlement condition.
In this embodiment of the present application, when the first weight of the item selected by the user is consistent with the second weight, it may be determined that the intelligent device meets the automatic settlement condition, and at this time, step 213 may be executed; otherwise, it may be determined that the smart device is not eligible for automatic settlement, at which point step 220 may be performed.

The intelligent shopping method provided by the embodiment of the application has the beneficial effects that at least:
(1) the user uses the intelligent equipment to choose and settle accounts for the articles, so that the queuing settlement at a cashier desk is not needed, the shopping time of the user is saved, and the user experience is improved;
(2) by comparing the first weight of the article actually acquired by the intelligent equipment with the second weight recorded by the article management server, whether the article added into the intelligent equipment by the user is code-scanned or not can be determined, and the article can be prevented from being stolen by the user to a certain extent;
(3) after the user finishes shopping by using the intelligent equipment, an electronic shopping list can be obtained through the payment terminal, and the user does not need to manually record the consumed amount;
(4) the user does not need to settle the article at the cash register desk, thereby reducing the number of cash registers.
It should be noted that, after the user finishes shopping by using the intelligent shopping method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the article management server may determine whether there is a stolen article according to the article information sent by the payment terminal, specifically:
step 221: the item management server determines a first item having a difference between an actual stock and a settlement stock according to actual stock information of the item and settlement stock information determined on the basis of the item settled by scanning a code.
Step 222: the article management server determines the position where the first article is placed and path information of a user.
Step 223: and the article management server determines a first user corresponding to the path information containing the position according to the position and the path information.
Step 224: and the article management server calls the video of the first user at the position and determines an illegal user stealing the first article according to the video.
The specific implementation method of steps 221 and 224 may be the same as that described in the embodiment of fig. 1, and will not be described again here. The method described in steps 221 to 224 can quickly identify an unauthorized user who has stolen an article.

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, at a hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor, and optionally further includes an internal bus, a network interface, and a memory. The Memory may include a Memory, such as a Random-Access Memory (RAM), and may further include a non-volatile Memory, such as at least 1 disk Memory. Of course, the electronic device may also include hardware required for other services.
The processor, the network interface, and the memory may be connected to each other via an internal bus, which may be an ISA (Industry Standard Architecture) bus, a PCI (peripheral component Interconnect) bus, an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one double-headed arrow is shown in FIG. 3, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
And the memory is used for storing programs. In particular, the program may include program code comprising computer operating instructions. The memory may include both memory and non-volatile storage and provides instructions and data to the processor.
The processor reads the corresponding computer program from the nonvolatile memory into the memory and then runs the computer program, and a device for detecting whether the user steals the article is formed on the logic level. The processor is used for executing the program stored in the memory and is specifically used for executing the following operations:
determining a first article with a difference value between an actual stock and a settlement stock according to actual stock information of the article and settlement stock information determined by the article and settled according to the scanned codes;
determining the position of the first article and the path information of a user;
determining a first user corresponding to the path information containing the position according to the position and the path information;
and calling the video of the first user at the position, and determining an illegal user stealing the first article according to the video.
The method performed by the device for detecting whether a user steals an article according to the embodiment of fig. 3 of the present application may be applied to or implemented by a processor. The processor may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware in a processor or instructions in the form of software. The Processor may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but also Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in a memory, and a processor reads information in the memory and completes the steps of the method in combination with hardware of the processor.
The electronic device may also execute the method in fig. 1, and implement the functions of the apparatus for detecting whether a user steals an article in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, which are not described herein again in this application embodiment.
Of course, besides the software implementation, the electronic device of the present application does not exclude other implementations, such as a logic device or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may also be hardware or a logic device.

determining a first article with a difference value between an actual stock and a settlement stock according to actual stock information of the article and settlement stock information determined by the article and settled according to the scanned codes;

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus 40 for detecting whether a user steals an article according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 4, in a software implementation, the apparatus 40 may include:
a stolen article determination unit 41 that determines a first article having a difference between an actual stock and a settlement stock based on actual stock information of the article and settlement stock information determined based on the article settled by the code-scanning;
a position determination unit 42 that determines a position where the first item is placed and path information of a user;
a suspected user determining unit 43 that determines a first user corresponding to the route information including the position, based on the position and the route information;
and the illegal user determining unit 44 is used for calling the video of the first user at the position and determining the illegal user stealing the first article according to the video.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the stolen article determination unit 41 obtains the settlement inventory information by:
receiving the article information of the article sent by a payment terminal, wherein the article information is obtained by scanning a code of the article by the payment terminal; and determining the settlement inventory information according to the initial inventory information of the article and the article information uploaded by the payment terminal, wherein the settlement inventory information of the article is obtained by subtracting the total number of the article sent by the payment terminal from the initial inventory of the article.
Optionally, the stolen article determining unit 41 receives, before receiving the article information sent by the payment terminal, a user identifier corresponding to the payment terminal and an equipment identifier of an intelligent device, which are sent by the payment terminal, where the intelligent device is used to store articles, and the equipment identifier is obtained by scanning a code of the intelligent device by the payment terminal; and correspondingly storing the user identification and the equipment identification.
Optionally, the position determining unit 42 obtains the path information of the user by the following method, including:
receiving path information of a user sent by an intelligent device, wherein the path information of the user is obtained by positioning the intelligent device through a positioning module in the intelligent device, and the path information comprises a device identifier of the intelligent device.
Optionally, the determining, by the suspected user determining unit 43, a first user corresponding to the path information including the position according to the position and the path information includes:
determining path information including the position according to the position and the path information;
determining a user identifier corresponding to the path information according to the path information containing the position;
and determining the first user according to the user identification.
Optionally, the suspect user determining unit 43 determines, according to the path information including the position, a user identifier corresponding to the path information, including:

the intelligent device state determining unit 45 is configured to receive the first weight of the article sent by the intelligent device after the stolen article determining unit 41 receives the article information of the article sent by the payment terminal, where the first weight is acquired by a weight sensor in the intelligent device;
determining a second weight of the item recorded in advance according to the item information of the item;
and determining whether the state of the intelligent equipment is normal or not according to the first weight and the second weight.
Optionally, the determining, by the intelligent device state determining unit 45, whether the state of the intelligent device is normal according to the first weight and the second weight includes:
if the difference value of the first weight and the second weight is within a preset range, determining that the state of the intelligent device is normal;
and if the difference value of the first weight and the second weight is not within the preset range, determining that the state of the intelligent device is abnormal.
Optionally, the intelligent device state determining unit 45, if it is determined that the state of the intelligent device is normal, sends first notification information to the intelligent device, where the first notification information is used to notify that the state of the intelligent device is normal; and if the state of the intelligent equipment is determined to be abnormal, sending second notification information to the intelligent equipment, wherein the second notification information is used for notifying the intelligent equipment of the abnormal state.

when receiving a settlement request for the article, if the state of the intelligent device is normal, the payment unit 46 sends a payment request to a payment server corresponding to the payment terminal to request the payment server to pay for the article; and if the state of the intelligent equipment is abnormal, sending indication information to the intelligent equipment, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the intelligent equipment to carry out manual settlement.
The device 40 for detecting whether the user steals the article may also execute the method in fig. 1, and implement the functions of the device 40 for detecting whether the user steals the article in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, which are not described herein again in this application embodiment.
Fig. 5 is a schematic block diagram of a system for detecting whether a user steals an item according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, the system may include:
the payment terminal 51 sends the article information obtained by scanning the code to the article management server 53;
the smart device 52 sends the path information of the user to the article management server 53;

In another embodiment provided by the present application, after the payment terminal 51 sends the item information of the item to the item management server 53, the smart device 52 may further acquire a first weight of the item selected by the user through a weight sensor, and send the first weight to the item management server 53, where the item management server 53 receives the first weight.

The system for detecting whether a user steals an article provided by the embodiment of the application, in the process of shopping by the user, a payment terminal obtains article information of the article, the article information is sent to an article management server, intelligent equipment obtains path information of the user, and the path information of the user is sent to the article management server, therefore, the article management server can determine a suspected user passing through the article placing position according to the article information after determining the stolen article according to the article information, and further can effectively determine an illegal user stealing the article by calling the video of the suspected user at the position, and effective monitoring on the illegal user stealing the article is realized.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a smart device 60 according to an embodiment of the present application. The smart device 60 may be an intelligent shopping cart and the user may be the smart device 60 to shop. In one embodiment, the smart device 60 may include: a positioning module 61 and a processing module 62, wherein:
the positioning module 61 positions the intelligent device to obtain path information of the intelligent device, and sends the path information to the processing module;
the processing module 62 sends the path information to the article management server, so that the article management server determines an illegal user who steals the article according to the path information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the positioning module 61 may be a chip with a positioning function, and may be installed at any position of the smart device 60 as long as the smart device can be positioned.
The processing module 62 may be a chip with a wireless communication function, and may receive the path information obtained by the positioning module 61, and send the path information to the article management server, so that the article management server determines an illegal user who steals an article by the method described in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
The smart device 60 may further include: an identification code 63, the identification code 63 includes a device identifier of the smart device, wherein:
the identification code 63 is scanned by a payment terminal, so that the payment terminal sends the scanned equipment identifier of the intelligent equipment and the user identifier corresponding to the payment terminal to the article management server after scanning the identification code 63.
In the embodiment of the present application, the identification code 63 may be a two-dimensional code or a barcode, and the identification code 63 may be attached to the surface of the smart device in a paper identification code manner, or may be printed on the surface of the smart device in an electronic printing manner, which is not limited specifically.
Before the user uses the intelligent device 60 to shop, the user can use the payment terminal to scan the code of the identification code 63, and after scanning the code, the payment terminal can send the device identifier of the intelligent device contained in the identification code 63 and the user identifier corresponding to the payment terminal to the article management server, so that the article management server can bind the payment terminal with the intelligent device to determine which user uses which intelligent device to shop for articles.
The smart device 60 may further include: a cargo compartment 64 for receiving items and a weight sensor 65, wherein:
the cargo compartment 64 is of a closed structure;
the weight sensor 65 is disposed at the bottom of the warehouse, and is configured to collect a first weight of the articles stored in the warehouse and send the first weight to the processing module 62, so that the processing module 62 sends the first weight to the article management server.
The warehouse 64 is arranged in a sealed structure, so that the user can be prevented from stealing the articles, and particularly, the user can be prevented from finding a fulcrum outside, so that the purchased articles can be prevented from being weighed.
The weight sensor 65 may be connected to the processing module 62, and after acquiring a first weight of the goods stored in the cargo compartment 64, the weight sensor may transmit the first weight to the processing module 62, and the processing module 62 may transmit the first weight to the goods management server, so that the goods management server determines whether the state of the smart device 60 is normal.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the smart device 60 may further include a handrail, a bracket for supporting the cargo compartment, and the like, which will not be described in detail herein.
In practical application, the intelligent device may further include a radio frequency sensor, and the radio frequency sensor may be used for monitoring by a monitoring device of an entrance/exit; the intelligent device may further include an indicator light, and the indicator light may be used to indicate whether the state of the intelligent device is normal, for example, when the state of the intelligent device is normal, the indicator light may display a green light, and when the state of the intelligent device is abnormal, the indicator light may display a red light; in addition, the intelligent device may further include a voice playing device, and the voice playing device may be configured to play a prompt related to shopping, for example, to prompt the user that the state of the intelligent device is abnormal, that manual settlement is required, for example, to prompt the user where a promotional item is located, and the like.
It should be noted that, in the intelligent device provided in the embodiment of the present application, display device (for displaying the article information of the article purchased by the user) and camera device (scanning the code of the article purchased by the user) are not included, the intelligent device provided in the embodiment of the present application may be bound to the payment terminal, and the payment terminal scans the code of the article purchased by the user, and displays the article information of the article purchased by the user, that is, the payment terminal replaces the display device and the camera device, so that not only the cost of the intelligent device may be reduced, but also the user may use the intelligent device conveniently.

Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. Claims (16)

1. A method of detecting whether a user steals an item, comprising:
determining a first article with a difference value between an actual stock and a settlement stock according to actual stock information of the article and settlement stock information determined by the article and settled according to the scanned codes;
determining the position of the first article and the path information of a user;
determining a first user corresponding to the path information containing the position according to the position and the path information;
calling a video of the first user at the position, and determining an illegal user stealing the first article according to the video;
wherein the settlement inventory information is obtained by:
receiving the article information of the article sent by a payment terminal, wherein the article information is obtained by scanning a code of the article by the payment terminal;
and determining the settlement inventory information according to the initial inventory information of the article and the article information uploaded by the payment terminal, wherein the settlement inventory information of the article is obtained by subtracting the total number of the article sent by the payment terminal from the initial inventory of the article.
2. The method of claim 1, prior to receiving the item information sent by the payment terminal, the method further comprising:
receiving a user identifier corresponding to the payment terminal and an equipment identifier of intelligent equipment, which are sent by the payment terminal, wherein the intelligent equipment is used for accommodating articles, and the equipment identifier is obtained by scanning codes of the intelligent equipment by the payment terminal;
and correspondingly storing the user identification and the equipment identification.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the path information of the user is obtained by a method comprising:
receiving path information of a user sent by an intelligent device, wherein the path information of the user is obtained by positioning the intelligent device through a positioning module in the intelligent device, and the path information comprises a device identifier of the intelligent device.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein determining the first user corresponding to the path information including the location according to the location and the path information comprises:
determining path information including the position according to the position and the path information;
determining a user identifier corresponding to the path information according to the path information containing the position;
and determining the first user according to the user identification.
5. The method of claim 4, determining the user identifier corresponding to the path information according to the path information including the location, comprising:
determining an equipment identifier corresponding to the path information according to the path information containing the position;
and determining the user identification corresponding to the equipment identification according to the corresponding relation between the stored equipment identification and the user identification.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, after receiving the item information of the item sent by the payment terminal, the method further comprising:
receiving a first weight of the article sent by the intelligent device, wherein the first weight is acquired by a weight sensor in the intelligent device;
determining a second weight of the item recorded in advance according to the item information of the item;
and determining whether the state of the intelligent equipment is normal or not according to the first weight and the second weight.
7. The method of claim 6, determining whether the state of the smart device is normal based on the first weight and the second weight, comprising:
if the difference value of the first weight and the second weight is within a preset range, determining that the state of the intelligent device is normal;
and if the difference value of the first weight and the second weight is not within the preset range, determining that the state of the intelligent device is abnormal.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
if the state of the intelligent equipment is normal, sending first notification information to the intelligent equipment, wherein the first notification information is used for notifying that the state of the intelligent equipment is normal;
and if the state of the intelligent equipment is abnormal, sending second notification information to the intelligent equipment, wherein the second notification information is used for notifying that the state of the intelligent equipment is abnormal.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
when a settlement request for the article is received, if the state of the intelligent device is normal, sending a payment request to a payment server corresponding to the payment terminal to request the payment server to pay for the article;
and if the state of the intelligent equipment is abnormal, sending indication information to the intelligent equipment, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the intelligent equipment to carry out manual settlement.
10. An apparatus for detecting whether a user steals an item, comprising:
a stolen article determination unit which determines a first article having a difference between an actual stock and a settlement stock according to actual stock information of the article and settlement stock information determined by the article settled according to the scanned code;
the position determining unit is used for determining the position of the first article and the path information of the user;
a suspected user determining unit, which determines a first user corresponding to the path information containing the position according to the position and the path information;
the illegal user determining unit is used for calling the video of the first user at the position and determining the illegal user stealing the first article according to the video;
wherein the stolen article determination unit obtains the settlement inventory information by: receiving the article information of the article sent by a payment terminal, wherein the article information is obtained by scanning a code of the article by the payment terminal; and determining the settlement inventory information according to the initial inventory information of the article and the article information uploaded by the payment terminal, wherein the settlement inventory information of the article is obtained by subtracting the total number of the article sent by the payment terminal from the initial inventory of the article.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
determining a first article with a difference value between an actual stock and a settlement stock according to actual stock information of the article and settlement stock information determined by the article and settled according to the scanned codes;
determining the position of the first article and the path information of a user;
determining a first user corresponding to the path information containing the position according to the position and the path information;
calling a video of the first user at the position, and determining an illegal user stealing the first article according to the video;
wherein the settlement inventory information is obtained by:
receiving the article information of the article sent by a payment terminal, wherein the article information is obtained by scanning a code of the article by the payment terminal;
and determining the settlement inventory information according to the initial inventory information of the article and the article information uploaded by the payment terminal, wherein the settlement inventory information of the article is obtained by subtracting the total number of the article sent by the payment terminal from the initial inventory of the article.
12. A system for detecting whether a user steals an article, comprising a payment terminal, an intelligent device for housing the article, and an article management server for managing the article, wherein:
after the payment terminal scans the goods, the payment terminal sends the goods information obtained by scanning the goods to the goods management server;
the intelligent equipment sends the path information of the user to the article management server;
the article management server determines settlement inventory information according to the initial inventory information of the article and the article information, wherein the settlement inventory information is obtained by subtracting the total number of the article sent by the payment terminal from the initial inventory of the article; comparing the settlement inventory information with the actual inventory information, and determining a first article with a difference value between the actual inventory and the settlement inventory; determining a position at which the first item is placed; determining a first user corresponding to the path information containing the position according to the position and the path information; and calling the video of the first user at the position, and determining an illegal user stealing the first article according to the video.
13. A smart device, comprising: location module and processing module, wherein:
the positioning module positions the intelligent equipment to obtain path information of the intelligent equipment and sends the path information to the processing module;
the processing module sends the path information to an article management server, so that the article management server determines an illegal user stealing articles according to the path information by the following method: determining a first article with a difference value between an actual stock and a settlement stock according to actual stock information of the article and settlement stock information determined by the article and settled according to the scanned codes; determining a position at which the first item is placed; determining a first user corresponding to the path information containing the position according to the position and the path information; calling a video of the first user at the position, and determining an illegal user stealing the first article according to the video;
wherein the item management server obtains the settlement inventory information by:
receiving the article information of the article sent by a payment terminal, wherein the article information is obtained by scanning a code of the article by the payment terminal;
and determining the settlement inventory information according to the initial inventory information of the article and the article information uploaded by the payment terminal, wherein the settlement inventory information of the article is obtained by subtracting the total number of the article sent by the payment terminal from the initial inventory of the article.
14. The smart device of claim 13, further comprising: an identification code, the identification code including a device identification of the smart device, wherein:
the identification code is scanned by the payment terminal, so that the payment terminal sends the scanned equipment identification of the intelligent equipment and the user identification corresponding to the payment terminal to the article management server after scanning the identification code.
15. The smart device of claim 14, further comprising: a warehouse and weight sensor for taking in article, wherein:
the warehouse is of a closed structure;
the weight sensor is arranged at the bottom of the cargo hold and used for collecting first weight of articles stored in the cargo hold and sending the first weight to the processing module, so that the processing module sends the first weight to the article management server.
16. A computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs which, when executed by an electronic device including a plurality of application programs, cause the electronic device to perform a method of:
determining a first article with a difference value between an actual stock and a settlement stock according to actual stock information of the article and settlement stock information determined by the article and settled according to the scanned codes;
determining the position of the first article and the path information of a user;
determining a first user corresponding to the path information containing the position according to the position and the path information;
calling a video of the first user at the position, and determining an illegal user stealing the first article according to the video;
wherein the settlement inventory information is obtained by:
receiving the article information of the article sent by a payment terminal, wherein the article information is obtained by scanning a code of the article by the payment terminal;
and determining the settlement inventory information according to the initial inventory information of the article and the article information uploaded by the payment terminal, wherein the settlement inventory information of the article is obtained by subtracting the total number of the article sent by the payment terminal from the initial inventory of the article.
